Went by based on the hours not knowing this is an appointment only business. I attempted to call the business before wasting my time driving across town, but no one answered and I received a message from Verizon that the number had be changed or disconnected.(It appears that the phone number on google was wrong which I have since suggested an edit for). After peering in through the window I did not see any name brand mattresses which is also a little concerning to me as well. I cannot speak for the actual competency of the sales staff or owners as I was never able meet anyone.

Worked with Matt to get a new mattress, and there are not enough words to explain the awesome experience I had with him. First off, Matt was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store and was more than willing to let me try different sets out to see which one I thought was most comfortable. Being a single mother I didn’t have a tremendous amount to spend on a mattresses, but Matt was very keen on finding me a good mattress in my price range. I did extensive research on other places in the are prior to coming here, so believe me when I say that their prices CAN’T BE BEAT! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress. They have a gamut of options to choose from that are budget friendly without sacrificing comfort.

This was the best experience weve had when making a big purchase. They were very informative, and gave us time to talk things over. We didnt feel pressured to purchase anything. They were all very friendly, and we got an AMAZING deal on a FANTASTIC mattress. We felt like we were chatting with people we have been friends with for years.That is how comfortable they made us feel.They will work with you on pricing which does not happen at most places. Would avoid this place. The place they use for credit isnt good. The bed hasnt been everything they said so I tried to return it a week later. Was told all sales are final. We were offered a different mattress. We already bought the best they had so where do you go from there? We stopped payment until we could resolve and they went in to the card we used for down payment to access the payment a couple of days later Shady say to the least. If you dont pay it off within 90 days, the amount you owe will be doubled. We were aware of that but thought you all should be aware too. Youll pay close to 1,000 a month to do that on the one we got.

We have three little ones and they all were due for an upgrade. For those of you who know how much beds cost, the thought of buying three new beds was seriously daunting. David seemed to genuinely care about our familys needs and didnt up-sell us or try to take advantage of us. We bought three quality mattresses, two box springs, and a queen size mattress protector for a great price. I would highly recommend Mattress Clearance Center of Bloomington-Normal for any of my friends or family who are in the market for beds.

Called at 9:50 in the morning, was asked what time I was thinking of meeting someone at the store. I asked for an 11am meeting, as I was on that side of town until 11:30am, was told Noon was the earliest someone could get there. (Sounded like I woke someone up when they answered the phone) They wanted to know if I could do Noon, I said no as I had other things on the east side of town I needed to get to. They asked again if I could do noon as they had other appointments and things to do, my thought was if you have other appointments, why cant I be there and look around during those appointments before mine? I was asked if I could come up with another time to meet them to call them back and they would like to help. I explained, I need help today during the time(s) I asked about and it doesnt sound like its going to work. Maybe next time.

You post a customers Home address and full name online because you are upset that I was not satisfied with the service I received. Good, so future customers can see how you handle business. I will post my review again Since the Owner had it removed. Thats says alot about their character that they have reviews flagged / removed because they dont want people to know how they treated a PAYING Customer. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they rather continously lie and make excuses for their actions. BEWARE DO NOT purchase the 200$ matress set from CINDY ( Cynthia Elder) the owner Or Her Son Jamie Eldridge . It is the worst matress I have ever had in my life. Zero support in the matress and the box spring is cheaply made and already coming apart and I just got it today. The Picture I posted is how the box spring looked after they delivered it. I know its inexpensive. But this matress set should NOT even been sold. I paid 30$ for delivery. They were OVER AN HOUR late and did not come within the scheldued time. Then she claimed she never told me a scheduled time which was a LIE. I wish I would have just paid the extra 50$ or 60$ and got a better matress from Shermans. This was the worst matress shopping experience I have ever had. I cant even sleep on the matress its so bad.My 5 year old relative came over and he sat on the bed and he sunk into the matress. No one would be able to sleep or even sit on that matress comfortably. Second of all you did not arrive just a few minutes late You claimed you would deliver my matress between 1pm-4pm. You arrived at 5pm. No apologies for being late. No call to let me know you would run late. When I called to ask for an update on my delivery. You didnt answer the phone I left a voicemail you called me back and said Whats Up How professional. Then on top of that Days prior I had to call you several times to even find out what time you were coming to deliver my matress. You did not bring the matress up ten flights of stairs. Its an elevator right by the entrance. Once you get off the elevator All you and the driver did was drag the matress to the door which was a few steps away. You and your driver dropped the matress in the floor. Didnt even bother taking the plastic off the matress or didnt bother putting it on top of the bed rails. The work you two did wasnt even worth 30$. Then at the store when I asked you about different options for purchasing a matress including the payment plan. After telling me I needed my bank info. I said oh ok. Out the corner of my eye I seen you throw your hands up and say Well why did you ask ? I replied I dont have my bank info with me. You were annoyed that I wanted to know what my options were and didnt have my bank info. ANOTHER LIE YOU JUST TOLD IS THAT YOU OFFERED ME A MATRESS 50$ more expensive. You told me the pillow top matress was over 100$ more. This whole experience was terrible. I will never do any business with you again. You LIE and would sell horrbile quality matress to someone. Anybody that reads this, shop at other matress stores in town. You will get better quality matresses. Response to Jamie: You two are complete liars. You didnt even sell me the matress. CINDY did so how would you know what me and her discussed? She did not offer me a matress 50$ more expensive. She only told me about a matress that was 100$ more. For potential customers pay attention to the previous BAD reviews this business has recieved months ago. They are telling the truth about the poor quality matresses they sell. I would not want anybody else to waste almost 250$ on a matress and unprofessional and LATE Delivery.

Just thought I’d put it out there. My fiancé has a mattress from them. Threads coming out and quality way less than perfect for what was payed for it. Let alone all/most of beds are from “Corsicana” says it right on the tag on the mattress. For the money I would highly suggest just buying a legit one from a retail store!!From response, my fiancé wouldn’t have the same last name as me so idk how you would look her up? Please tell me that?I’m just here to leave a review that the quality of your beds aren’t even close to worth the price you ask for them on your little hidden sheets you go to for pricing. Let alone I have a friend that works in the outlet mall on Wylie drive in the old outlet mall and watches “Corsicana” trucks back up to your store consistently to unload beds that you turn around and say are “your private label” which is the pitch my fiancé received from you arrogant sales guy in your store after having to meet him on “his time” because he had “other appointments” and I was there early and not a soul was there meeting with other people.What is going on with this kind of thing??
