I was sent to Sole Savers shoe store by Comprehensive Prosthetics and Orthotics. I entered and saw two receptionists. I waited while one was on the phone. I told her I was there for the shoe store and she said that the store manager was on lunch and she didnt know when she would be back and she was the only one who could help me. I asked if I could wait and she said that the manager also had other things to do so she might not be back right away. This receptionist had the not my job, not my problem attitude. If you are the first face someone sees when they walk in the building, you need to be better at giving great customer service. I ended up seeing the exact pair of shoes I am required to wear, but with no one willing or able to help me, I ordered them online. We wonder why online shopping has become so popular.....

The best shoes! I have neuropathy, so finding shoes that fit just right is hard. Highly recommend! Also, the owner is very kind, and knowlegable. She makes you feel welcome!
