Excellent party shop

It’s great to have a party city in town for all your basic party needs! The staff has been helpful every time I go in whether it was personal shopping or picking up Shipt orders. They also have a nice selection of balloons for all occasions.

Everything in there really more expensive than every other place that I went to but they did have it I will give them that but you got to pay the price if you want to receive that item and if it says its not in the store online just go to the store cuz I found stuff that was in the store that said it was was out of so but they did have it if you want to pay more money

Will not be returning to do business here. I have been doing party planning for 2 decades, and I have never had to deal with a more disrespectful, horrendous person as the lady working this place. She is terribly condescending. Your mother should teach you manners, lady. Ive never left a single review for a business until this moment. You need to look deep inside yourself, and find out why youre such an ugly person. God doesnt like ugly, dear.

Staff was kind and balloon delivery was on time and the lady was sweet. The cashier was so helpful and patient with us.

Overpriced and one worker lady in particular was very snotty and rude at checkout as shes taking money from me. Very appreciative of my business.....NOT

Im going to give this place a good review, even though I went in for quite a few balloons to take to my sons classroom, and they were out of helium! It wasnt the cashiers fault, she said the Oklahoma City stores had some, but this Norman store had been shortchanged! I didnt drive to the city, I stayed there and looked for an alternative to balloons. I found quite a few cute water bottles at a decent price that I got instead. This place was the former Party Galaxy that used to be over by where Hastings used to be. And was called Party America before that. If youre from Norman you get this. Anyway, I was upset, I wont lie, but since Ive kind of had a long history with them, Im giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope their new store and location works out well for them.

Heather is absolutely rude every single time I walk through the door. I try and avoid her condescending tone/remarks, but she is loud and inappropriate, unhelpful, callous, ill-mannered, impolite, discourteous, abrupt, nasty, disagreeable, callow, and just an absolutely disgusting person to deal with. How this person was ever allowed to be employed in customer service, I will never know. Find a new job, where you just sit in a room alone. Ive decided this week was the absolute last time, and will drive out of town from now on.

My friend and I went in yesterday looking for the last things we needed for a birthday party for her mother and Nicco (not sure if I spelled his name right) and Tanner were amazing! Nicco took us down various isles to show us exactly what we were looking for or needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the store and what was located where. He was helpful in answering questions and was a breath of fresh air in regards to amazing customer service! Tanner checked us out and was delightful, quick, and so funny! The two of them made what had been a stressful day so much better and made us laugh. Thank you so much and we will back soon for our party and balloon needs. Would highly recommend this store and employees!!!

For a party store the selection of greeting cards was awful. They had zero musical cards. Staff could not be bothered

Took a long time in the line. Still getting the store stocked, not a big deal. Also heard the workers talking about schedules and being ready to go home. Kind of annoying when youre in a hurry. Not a bad location change either.

Very helpful and polite staff but limited options on what I personally was looking for.

This is the best party store around. Lots of choices and the best service.

If I could put zero stars i WOULD my experience was horrible i was going to get a balloon for my anniversary and they said In order for us to inflate a balloon we need your email and phone number they also said if i dont they would have to give it to me disinflated I do NOT reccomend and i will NEVER return

I ordered a bouquet of 5 balloons online. I called the store before going to make sure my order was ready. The lady said they were ready. I went to pick them up and only 2 of the 5 balloons I had ordered were ready and in stock. She said that they have been out of the others for 3 days. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I had called to make sure they were ready and she said..well you’re order is ready. You’re just only getting two balloons instead of 5. The two balloons I was getting was a red star and a yellow star. The other 3 were supposed to be footballs and a jersey (the main ones I wanted). Anyways, she proceeds to tell me that she only charged me for the two balloons instead of the whole bouquet. I told her that that is not what I ordered and to just cancel the whole thing. I didn’t want those two balloons. I still haven’t received a refund. I’m highly disappointed with this store.
