I’ve been w A.W. For 12 years. Sherry is rude, unprofessional & words I cannot use. She is unclean, gross, snorts, rubs her nose, coughs & refuses to wear a mask, “THIS IS AMERICA! THIS IS MY STORE!, I DON’T HAVE TO!” She’s been this way ALL through the pandemic, citing permission from the Cleveland County Sherrif’s office. This is NOT her store. She hopefully will not be an employee for long.

The website is sub par to say the least. The store is under staffed but the gentleman who helped me was quite profiencient. I do like the lifeline service they provide because it is affordable. Ultimately if they could get the app, the website, text (link), all to work together at the same time I would rate them higher.

This is the worst phone company!!! I cant even give them ONE STAR!!!!! They can only be reached from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday! Too bad if you run out of minutes! When do you get through you cant understand a word they say! Plus the only thing that is right in your portal is how many minutes you have left! Amount due is always wrong and cant buy a top up of minutes there either. Ive told them my new address (4 yrs) and is still being sent to old one! Find a different phone service! Yes, im very angry!!! Just started to click POST...couldnt because i hadnt given a star! so i gave one star but wouldnt have.

My granddaughter has a phone through Assist Wireless her phone bill was due so I left work and drove 24 miles round trip to find a note on the door saying because there was only one employee there today they were closed until 2:45. It is now 3:00 and they are still not open. I called corporate and was told there was nothing they could do. We own a business and this is not the way to run a business. When you call the store they say they are there but there are not. If this continues they will not stay in business long.

Do they ever answer the phone ? Are they ever open?! Ugh. Cant download there app to pay online when their phone they gave me wont work with it. So if a bill is due on the weekend or u run out of minutes you ate screwed

Over charged on my bill, signed up for a $5 plan, I was charged $14.25 and given no extra minutes or data. DO NOT APPLY. Unless you like being ripped off (lawyers Im talking to you)

The store hours say 10 am till 7 pm.I came around 3 or 3:30 today Monday 9th of July 2018. Both times there was no one here. I really need to get my step son a phone. He is disabled and needs a phone to be able to call me. They didnt put any kind of sign on the door. While sitting and typing 3 other people have tried to come to this store.

This location never has anyone who can help customers correctly. I went in the store to see if they had battery replacements and they only gave me a number. Ive also been having issue downloading the latest software update Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. It wont download because it says the battery must be fully charged and I leave it on the charger with 100% battery and still no result. Hence the reason I needed the new battery. The girl helping us was extremely rude and unhelpful. She had no clue about the software update and I feel if you work in a cell phone store you should understand some of the job. She nor the other girl there could explain why I keep getting text saying I only have 100 min left when in fact I have 300. I will no longer be going to this location until you get people in there that know what they are doing. I really hate calling the 1-844 number due to the fact that they are not in front of me and they cant possibly figure the problem out over a phone call and they cant physically touch my phone.

Have been on the phone since I got up this morning to reinstate my acc & get my number transfered to another device, it is now 12:40 pm...i give up. Should not take this long or be this hard to do this. Every time I was transfered to another dept & NOONE had clue how to help me. Speaking clear english would sure help & not being rude & over talking me would go alot farther than being so Pissy!

Bad Service! Never answer the phone when you call. Rude customer service that doesnt even speak proper English. Pretty much just abusing the system and taking advantage of disabled people.

Horrible service. We dealt with Katie and she was very unprofessional, talked to other people while helping us, and was doing her makeup while trying to set up the phone. She kept asking her coworker on what to do. Completely clueless.

When I started my assist wireless plan, I went to the W Main location in Norman. Never have I been so disgusted to not return to a store. I have had this service for over a year now, Im close to the Norman location, but due to the employees, I drive to South OkC for perfect service!When I began my service, I started with a basic phone and later paid $100+ for the iPhone due to work. Once I got home, I took it out of the box and plugged it in. The charger it Came with was not supported. I quickly went back and an older employee replaced it. Again, same problem, but this time they were closed. The next day, I went to the store once again and talked to the manager about what was going on. He told me I had to wait for their next shipment to come in, that it would be two to four weeks. Two weeks later, I called and asked if it had come in. He said no. Again, the next week, and the next. Then two weeks later, I called again, and once more the next week. Only this time, the phone continued ringing. After so many calls with no answer, I went to the store, sat in one of the chairs, called once more, and watched as no one attempted to answer. That day I asked the manager about the iPhone and he said I would have to purchase another.When I got the iPhone, I needed it because of the data plan for my job. Not once has my data worked. The young manager not only refused to look as to why the data I had been paying for was never available. Instead, he said that I have background apps that must be using it up. To this day, my phone still reads 0 cellular bytes used. My phone broke 9/28 and I replaced it 10/02. Again, somehow I used my data for October. After one visit and a quick explanation to the South OkC location, Their manager saw the problem and reimbursed me the collected data. Plus a little extra for the hassle.I went elsewhere and got a replacement iPhone, simply switching the SIM card over. However, I needed to sync it with iTunes to unlock it. That day I went and had a different employee help me out. He quickly plugged it in, began to sync it, but asked me to wait a minute for his iTunes to update. No problem. Come to find out, the previous provider on the iPhone did not allow a transfer. So I returned it and found another through T-Mobile. Afterwards, I went back to have it synced and unlocked. Unfortunately, it was the manager I had to deal with again. I nicely asked him if he could plug it in for me. He said he cant, that they dont have iTunes. At this point I had had enough and confronted him, only saying thats weird because yesterday your coworker had no problem with it and even explained iTunes needed to be updated. He turned red as a fire truck and became mute. I havent been back since.I understand this is a government phone and company, but it is also a place of employment. Meaning All employees, including managers, need to act accordingly.If you want awesome, honest, and thorough service: avoid this Norman location.

Refuses to close account and causing me to live with out a phone to contact my Family and friends, potential employers and Dr. Appointments and etc....By far this is the worse phone service in Norman, OK!!!!! Going to DHS Monday morning to stop service from their end, if at all possible!!!!! No phone service in Norman Oklahoma!!!!!!!!

It says they close at 6 but never here when we come at 5. Only one guy and he is EXTREMELY slow. The three time I came at 11, line of people who look VERY unhappy. Dont think I want to try here again.
