Tried for the 1st time and it was incredible! I ordered a mango smoothie with strawberry flavor added and it was heavenly! I wasnt sure what to expect because I chose this completely at random and I was super happy with the outcome. The employees were kind and helpful as well. Thanks for a tasty smoothie, will be coming back for sure to try some more yummy beverages! 😋

My girls and I found this gem of a place a few months ago and been regulars ever since. We like to mix it up every time we come and have yet to find a drink that we dont like. Started ordering online for pick up and we are in and out. It can be a bit of a wait at times depending on how packed they are to order in store.

I got tea with about 50% sugar and the drink tasted TERRIBLE. It was medicinal tasting and way too bitter. I ended up straining out the drink and adding the tapioca to my own homemade tea and let the kids eat leftovers. Two stars because slushes are okay, just too sweet.

I stopped here to get two teas (only because tea café is closed on Sunday ) and stood near the pick up counter for literally 30 minutes waiting for them. ON A SUNDAY… they weren’t even crazy busy. That’s ridiculous

I love this place, everytime Im in Norman I stop by here. Theres a super friendly staff, who are quick & professional. Their drinks are amazing, & the environment is always do peaceful. Definitely recommend to everyone! My absolute favorite is The taro blastea with boba! So gooood!

Im not typically a huge fan of boba, but I loved it in their drinks and would definitely recommend trying out their boba smoothies.

I went here for twice and both of the times I and my friends got sick with our stomachs. For both times, we had original milk tea with 1/4 syrup, no ice.The first time the tea tastes okay and we enjoyed it while we were drinking. But later on we had some hard time with our stomachs...The second time we had the same thing and the bubbles were actually bad and soft... when we finally started to drink it at home, we found out that problem. And I got the milk tea for the second time around 4pm.Well, I think this is the only place as a “professional provider” for milk tea? These are my experiences about this place. The pictures showed me boiling the drink for not being sick...

I love the Boba that they make (which they offer in two sizes, normal and mini). The Boba is Cooked and soaked in a brown sugar mixture. My all-time favorite thing to get there is a honeydew smoothie. I also really enjoy the fruit flavored teas. It always smells good when I come here and it is a nice place to lounge and study or meet up with friends.

They had such a wide variety of drink options (even a 44oz size hehe), so my family and I are most definitely coming back😌ps I got a oolong cream blast w/ boba, my sister got the taro cream blast w/ boba (ABSOLUTELY LOVED), and my dad got the jasmine green tea w/ mango

The drinks are great, the service is not. I ordered in advance online for “10 minute pick up” at 3:37 pm when my husband arrived they said they were working on our drinks, it took 39 minutes total for them to finish our order (4:16 pm) when people were coming in and out with their orders, not ordering ahead. They did not apologize or give a heads up. Every other time we have been the employees are on their phones and barely acknowledge the customers. I highly recommend Bahn Thai tea or Kung Fu Tea instead if you are looking for a great, quick and friendly boba tea establishment in Norman.

Honestly its a 2 and a half. Not horrible but not the best boba experience Ive had. I visited early on during the day and was disappointed that they didnt even have the regular tapioca balls available. I was offered mini tapioca balls instead and was barely given any in my cup.

Really disappointed. I ordered the crazy drink and watched her make it. She literally barely put any of the toppings and filled 3/4 of the cup with water. The drink literally tastes like sugar and water. I used to drink here all the time and I order the crazy drink every single time but the quality has gotten very low. I think they are trying to save money or something... or she was just really lazy & stingy. The teapioca in OKC is much better.

The lady who made my coffee was not too interested in telling me about different coffee options. The coffee was ENTIRELY too sweet and was hard to get through the straw, not blended well enough. It was okay and when in a rush with no other coffee options it’s better than McDonald’s.

Like to try different drinks from the large menu, usually love my drink. Employees work fast too.

Awesome service and awesome drinks! My favorite is the Thai tea and the honey lemon green teaI come in monthly to grade papers and I am never disappointed! Sometimes large drink orders can slow down the service speed, but that really isnt the employees fault. Good drinks take a minute to make (unless you are seriously THAT impatient 😒). Totally worth a minute or two extra to get a delicious drink!

Ok, I literally love this place and it’s just amazing. I put it as a 2 star tho because first they are way to expensive. It’s $10 for two drinks which is a lot including $5 for one drink. The second one is I found HAIR in my drink. I found a piece of black man hair in my boba. I almost threw up looking at it. It was inside the drink and there was a man with black hair and it was probably his. Disgusting!! I had to have them make me another and that one didn’t have it but I was just too grossed out. I will come here again but that is SUPER gross!!!!

I had a pleasant time! Relaxing atmosphere, great to pull up a laptop to study and/or have a decent chat with a friend. Absolutely recommend the Ice Cream Coffee, it was the BEST and worth every penny. No problems with the staff, they had our drinks out fast!!! 5 stars for sure, coming back soon!

I have never had a nicer experience than this one. Although it was busy, the two girls working at the front, (I think one was Susana?) were very attentive to all guests, the drinks came out quickly, and the girls were friendly throughout our entire stay. I will definitely be coming back, it is nice to be around a friendly staff.

This was probably the best Boba tea place weve been to so far! You could tell they used quality ingredients. Our favorite was the Matcha Frapioca, but the smoothies were really good too, we will come back again!

Every time Ive been here over several months, the drinks are made horribly. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice, but last visit my friends had to go up and ask the drinks to be remade or have flavor powder added because they tasted like water. I avoid coming here for tea if possible. So far the juice has been fine though, and theres a nice selection of boba and jellies to add to the drinks.

This place was a nice find in Norman. My girlfriend and I love boba tea, and this store had a great selection. Many different flavors to offer and different varieties of boba as well. She had the Thai tea and I had the Thai tea coffee, both of these were refreshing and a great end to our nice day shopping. Try this location out for a delicious treat!

Honestly one of the best boba tea places that Ive been to. I got the Macha Frapioca With boba added to it. The tea is really soothing, and the boba added a really nice contrast to it.10/10. Definitely would return.

The tea is excellent. The coffee is excellent. They have a great frequency card (buy 10 get 1 free). It is disappointing, however, that they do not honor their posted hours. Ive been kicked out once a half hour before they closed and two times Ive come by to get a tea when theyre open for at least a half hour more and they refused service. Either change your hours or honor them. Its that simple. Im going to speak with a manager and if their policy changes, Ill revise my review, but until then, 2/5 stars.

So I visited Teapioca over the weekend and took a friend with me who had never been. The person who helped up (I forget her name, forgive me) was very kind in helping him pick between their multitude of choices! It was even better since he had never tried boba before and she had let him try 2 different types of boba and gel. He very much enjoyed his experience and cant wait to come back! I cant recommend this place enough!

The service was horrible tonight. We had one guest in front of us and it took the lady 30 minutes to make our 4 drinks. She had no sense of urgency to make our drinks. She kept taking orders instead. The lady that was working wasn’t very friendly either. Our drinks tasted good but the service and the speed sucks here. I am so disappointed!!!

My tea was delicious but the service sucked. It was my first time at Teapioca and it was obvious that i was a new customer. I asked how a tea tasted that i wasnt familiar with and my response was: it tastes like tea. I also asked for the drink to-go because it appeared that they put their drinks in fancy glasses (thats how they were advertised). One of the clerks replied: They are all to-go and laughed at me. I grabbed my drink once it was ready and another girl told me how to poke the straw in the cup... Well, duh. I think I can manage that one. I felt I was looked at funny and talked to in a condescending way because I didnt know how things worked there. I wont be going back.

Fresh ingredients and friendly staffs. Sometimes people is too noisy but if you wanna buy to go, this is one of very good choice.

I really like Teapioca, they have non-dairy coffee drinks that are pretty tasty, and they let you order their other drinks with less sweetener if theyre too sweet for you.

They have a wide variety of Teas, smoothies, slushies etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, I will say there are no board games 🙁Other than that I always love stopping by.

Surprised that this place does not have more reviews. The drinks here are fantastic if you are looking for boba / bubble tea. Their drinks range from Smoothies, to Coffee, to Cream teas.If you have been to Teapioca in Oklahoma City, this is the same place but different name.

Very slow. Forgot about our order and gave a group of 7 their drinks before ours even though we were there for 15 min already, because they said they were in a hurry. After 50 mins I complained and our drinks were done the entire time, just sitting in a pitcher. My tea was distilled for too long and was so bitter that it tasted like piss. We usually come 3x a week but after this my girlfriend and I arent coming back.

This is one of my fave places the staff are awesome and if you can dream up a drink they will make it.

Has always been a great place to invite friends or a date.
