Oh man, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Russell was super helpful during the entire process, from my hearing test to my fitting to our credit approval. It was such a refreshing experience compared to other audiologists I’ve visited—Pioneer actually gave me options (you wouldn’t believe how much pressure other hearing aid providers put on you to buy one specific device just because it makes them more money), and once I made my decision, they personalized my Phonaks and reassured me of Pioneer’s assistance in the future. I love my Marvels, they’re white and waterproof and rechargeable and it’s like having little space shuttles in my ears. I’ll be seeing much more of Pioneer in the future, they’re fantastic. You wont find better people than you will here. Bob and his crew have been so great with us. This is what customer service is about. I cant say enough about how they take care of you. There is no pressure to buy anything. Bob just wants the best for you. You wont find any better. I will never go anywhere else. Been coming here for several years now and I wouldn’t go any where else. Kelli up front is fantastic, always greets you with a smile & Bob who does the testing & fitting is fantastic also. If you’re looking for help with your hearing, this is where you need to go.

Only place I trust for hearing service in Central Oklahoma. OKC store just as good. Never any complaints. Cant imagine better service. Tech skills superior and personal skills off the chart. They truly care.

Couldnt ask for a better experience. I have some older hearing aids that I needed reprogrammed. Mark went out of his way to get the software needed to program then...and I have never heard better. Mark didnt try to hard sell me new expensive hearing aids, he just made what I had work better then ever. He was very knowledgeable and patient and made the whole appointment very easy. Highly recommend.

Pioneer Hearing Aid Center of Norman has been such a blessing to me! I can hear all my grandchildrens voices every time! I recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life!

The kind gentleman at Pioneer Hearing checked my hearing and suggested I see a specialist AND he did not charge me for the hearing test. He was very professional and showed a great deal of concern for my hearing issues. I would recommend this to anyone who needs their hearing checked.
