Refilling station is good for ice but for water its not quite good as the coins never gets returned .i tried to refill 5 gallon jar using coins but once i insert quarter it got stuck and whatever i insert it does not show up .next time i insert 5 dollar bill i used 2 dollars and when i press the change coin button i could not get the change so i had to leave 3 dollars in the machine .Further if we could pay by card it would be awesome!! Water quality is good.Recently i was there to refill 5 gallons jar, Seems like the station has been improved

I only give it 2 stars because the water is good and its only $1 for 5 gallons. It rarely works right for water. Sometimes it wont take coins. Sometimes it wont take bills. Sometimes it wont take either. Last time it only filled half of the 5 gallon jug. Its becoming not worth the trip across town, to see if it will work right.

Love these 24 hr bulk ice machines, this one only dispenses in bag, doesnt have shoot to dispense directly into cooler, which is annoying because I have to dump bags into cooler, and then throw bags away.update, machine is always busted now.

Just lost $4 on water because the machine doesn’t give change. What a waste.
