The best customer service Ive encountered in years. Stopped by the other day to see how long the wait was to repair my lawnmower. Anthony, asked me several questions regarding the model and issue I was having. After our conversation, I left with 2 parts in hand that took me all of 10 minutes to install once I got home. Mower is running like it was brand new again. On a side note, before leaving Metro Turf, I bought a new Stihl blower that Id been wanting based on the level of service Id received. Always glad to do business with a place that understands and appreciates customers needs. Definitely recommend doing business here with confidence!

My experiences Metro Turf have all been positive. They offer and service all the great equipment brands. Their staff is knowledgeable about what they sell and they take pride in your satisfaction.This store operates in the old way of doing business where they take pride in what they sell. They take pride in their service. They take pride in employees training.I have bought 8 or more pieces of equipment there and never have I ever got back to home and not been pleased and confident in my purchase. This is a rare feeling. They aren’t a discount store. They charge a fair price for top quality equipment and they service and stand behind what they sell. If you go there one time, you won’t be back at the big box stores with the mediocre products and service.

During the ice storm crisis last week I was in desperate need of a chainsaw! So was everyone for a 50 mile radius. I have used this store before for some parts. I went by and it was the calm before the storm. They said come back tomorrow and we will have some in. So I went the next day and it was a madhouse I waited in a small line at first but it grew by the minute. The staff was so helpful and they were very nice even under the pressure of everyone calling and showing up for chainsaws. They even run the equipment that you purchase so you know it works. It was nice to see people working that were overwhelmed with customers but kept a great attitude. Thank you Metro Turf. I will be back for sure. My Stihl saw is awesome.

Great parts department

Staff was very helpful and patient. I was trying to get replacement blades for my zero turn mower and did not have all the numbers I needed to match parts up. They guided me on how and where to find them and took time to make sure we got the correct blades. I will make sure and give them all of my lawn business in the future! Thank you Metro Turf!!!

I bought a new zero turn at Metro Turf last year. It has always been a little hard to start. This spring I havent been able to get it started at all. I was at their store talking to the counter clerk. I noticed that Mike (big boss) was really paying attention to our conversation. In a moment he came over and took over the conversation. With his great tips and advice, he told me what to try. Last year I moved to a large property and only had a small garden tractor to mow it with. And in three months I pretty much killed it so I decided to get a heavier mower for what I needed. First store I went to wouldnt even look at me when I said I wasnt looking for a $15,000 mower. The second store I went to acted like I was wasting their time for not getting a high end mower.Came here, was greeted and after explaining my needs and budget was shown a good Cub Cadet model that would fit my needs and budget. There was no pushing to get something bigger or something I didnt need. The best part was when I came in the next day to pick it up the sales man I was working with was off, but the owner himself helped me out and was more than happy to pick up where I had left off the day before. They set up the mower for me, showed me how to use it, and helped me get it home.Very happy, will come back here again if I need more equipment.

Was needing a new weed eater, but wanted something that would last. I was greeted as I entered, and helped immediately after a customer that was ahead of me finished up. Super friendly staff with great knowledge of what they sell. Went with the stilh combi system with some extra attachments. Great thing was I didn’t feel pressured to buy one brand over the other. Will definitely be giving them my future business.

Best call I ever made! They had the part and got me going quickly. I recently went in to purchase a weed eater and the salesman was very helpful in finding the right fit for my needs. Service department (Anthony) offered to look at my old unit at not charge since I purchased a new unit, just to make sure it wasnt something cheap and simple to fix. What a great company! My sales rep Danny was very knowledgeable about their mowers, he actually saved me $300 by not over selling me on a mower that I thought I needed. We just bought a Honda lawn mower today and Danny helped me pick out just the right one for us! I went in just shopping around and was shocked to see that they were as cheap of not cheaper than the big box stores and on top of all that to have a pro like Danny to help you, thats a win win in my book! Plus, they just dont send you home with a box and say good luck! No, they provide a mower thats put together and explain all the functions and inform you of the service intervals and an approximate cost for them to do it. This lawn equipment store has never let me down! Every time I walk through the door they are always greeting my family and I with a smile. They have been my one stop shop for everything Ive needed for the past few years. i would recommend this store to anyone!

As a Lawn Care Business Owner its the only shop Ill buy equipment from. Sales staff is great and highly knowledgeable. If we just need parts for repairs they are quick to get them or order them for us and let us know when they are in. My only complaint would be on equipment repairs. After losing their main mechanic, repairs seem to both take longer and be more expensive (often more than equipment is worth). They will get it fixed but weve found other better shops if repairs are all that is needed. I do recommend them for all other needs though.

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. First-rate equipment and service good so far. My only complaint . . . If you try to special order an item they dont normally stock, they want you to pay in full before they order. I could see a non-refundable deposit or a restocking fee, but I just have this personal rule about not paying in full for goods not yet delivered or services not yet performed, particularly when the merchant is wanting a credit card #. Not sure whose rule is more unreasonable, but in any case, this is one sale they lost . . .

Needed service work on a walk behind mower with B&S engine (under warranty). Service advisor Anthony said he could not repair engine because the throttle cable got pinched in transit. Seriously? A lawn mower repair shop that cant fix a lawnmower? The service advisors attitude made me feel like I drove a VW Beetle into a Mercedes dealership. Cannot recommend this shop. May I give it zero stars?

I have used Metro Turf four times. First for help with a second hand riding mower that needed a new carburetor. They had a number of possibilities but narrowed it down to the right one. It arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Next I came by to see if they could help me with a edger whose manufacturer had stopped making the blade I needed. They quickly found a suitable replacement that is working fine. But the best experience I had was bringing by my chainsaw that was not starting. Wtihin minutes they had it running. I had old fuel and was flooded. They showed me how to work out of a flooding and recommended that I buy a synthetic fuel because I am an infrequent users of my saw and then charged me only for the fuel. I couldnt be more pleased with this shop.

We purchased Stihl Blower BG 56 C-E there on July 23, 2019. They have a good selection to choose from and counseled us on the differences in the blowers. They topped off the gas tank and approved it going out, showed us how to start and run it, then loaded it in the car for us. This is a very good company, did everything right, and this is why we gave them 5 stars. We forgot the Owners manual though. Called the next day and they said they would mail the manual to me to save a long drive trip. If needed immediately, they gave me info on how to look up the manual online.

After getting my push mower serviced here a couple of times over the years, I decided I was in the market for a riding mower after we moved to a house with a bigger yard. I shopped around but bought here because they were knowledgeable, helpful, and priced fairly. They have gone above and beyond on customer service including service after the sale as I have been learning the capabilities of my new mower. I would recommend them for sales and service.

We purchased an electric Stihl hedge trimmer and we are very happy with the quality and price. All of the employees are very kind and helpful; they are willing to spend time with you and explain everything thoroughly to make sure youre fully educated on the item of interest before you purchase. They Charged me $20 to say my mower was totaled and it would be $400 to replace the motor. I took it to a second repair shop that charged me $30 to replace the spark plug & tell me the oil was over filled.

Terrible service. After buying several products here I needed warranty work done to a mower, they denied it. They even said a rep from the manufacturer came out and said it looked like abuse. Took it to Pro Power on 240 and May and got it warrantied no problem. Went without a mower during the summer. Paid about $500 to get my lawn mowed over several weeks. Ridiculous. Will be referring people elsewhere.

I spent a lot of time on the internet and traveling around to dealers who carry all of the major brands of zero turn mowers. In my internet research eXmark rated first or second in all of the major categories from cut, to maintenance, to warranty, to comfort and beyond. But that alone was not the determining factor on my purchase. I was still on the fence about three makes/models. The determining factors that prompted my purchase were the owners and staff at Metro Turf Outdoor Power Equipment. From the personal attention I received from Mike, one of the owners to a thorough schooling on the equipment by Mike and their mechanic Michael, I grew to trust them and feel comfortable with knowing I would have support after the sale. I can only say thanks to Mike, Michael and the rest of the Metro Turf staff. I will be returning for future maintenance and purchases and will refer friends and family to them should the occasion arise.
