I went here for info about buying a bike because I was having a hard time finding a dealership, they went above and beyond to help and educate me about the bikes and not only showed me some they had on commission but recommended dealers and offered to help me look online if I needed. Once i actually get a repair here Im sure Ill bump the rating up to 5 stars. The 4 stars is only because I have yet to actually get a repair not because f their ability.

This is the shop where all other businesses should be judged by. These people are HONEST and their prices for repairs are REASONABLE. I was really satisfied with the workmanship that I received when I took my Honda Ruckus Scooter in for repair. I was having some engine difficulties after I did a routine oil and filter change myself. Couldnt figure out what was going on as I experience engine running poorly and power loss. When I got my scooter back it ran better than when I bought it new! Dealt with Rod and Johnny at this place.Johnny is genuinely interested in helping the customer. Without a doubt, I would recommend this shop

It was incredible how awful this shop was. I asked them to diagnose a problem with my bike, and six weeks later it was still wasnt diagnosed. After maybe six times of me calling them (they never once called me) asking if they found the problem, I went up there to complain. When I got to the shop, the pieces to my bike were scattered all over the shop. I asked them why they hadnt diagnosed it after six weeks and a direct quote from the owner was Sometimes these smaller bikes get pushed to the wayside. The delayed working on my bike simply because it was a 250. I gave them a deadline to have it done by the end of the week, but it was not met so they dropped it off at my house. When it was dropped off it was missing several parts. When I went up to the shop to get the missing parts, they could not find them. This shop is poorly run and I do not believe the owner is fit to run any business, let alone a motorcycle shop. I would not ever consider taking my bike there ever again, you would be better off finding an actual repair shop.

I recently used this shop to fix the leaking fork seals, and take care of a few more minor details, on a Yamaha TW200.Seems like they did a good job for a fair price, to me.Im glad to have a local shop to use!

Recently got my fork seals replaced here. Never coming back. They took 5 days to do an hour and half job (yes, I had an appointment on day 1). They didnt give me updates on progress, I was forced to call myself and ask what was going on. When I called, they tried telling me that the fork seals I had supplied them with were for another bike and they decided to go and buy the right ones themselves without asking me. I went to the shop and had them lookup the part number for the seals I had given them, in their book. They immediately found that the seals were correct and went out into the shop to go try and see if it would work. My forks were disassembled, still covered in oil, and touching the dirty shop floor, where there had collected dirt and debris. With this filth still on every part, the mechanic started putting my forks back together temporarily, including putting the dirty components inside my fork tubes. Got my bike back on day 5 and so begins another list of reasons I will never return: they tried to charge me $50+ more than I was quoted (was able to get the quoted price), forks were dirty (most likely full of shop floor filth, which will eventually ruin my fork seals again), they scratched my speedometer lens, the speedometer light no longer comes on, and they used an incorrectly sized socket for my fork caps, which ruined them. None of this was reported to me when I picked it up. I had to find out what a horrible job they did on my own. Please, do not waste your time or money on these people.*UPDATE* After only a few rides, the forks went right back to leaking.

So I went there the other day with two new motorcycle tires that were already partly on their respective rims (one side on). I asked if they could finish the job for me. They charged me a 100 dollars for about 15 minutes of labor and the weights to balance the wheels. Bear in mind that they didnt even have to take the old tires off. I was too surprised to even make a comment at first. When I asked them why the price was so high, they said they gave one a discount when he/she bought the tires from them. I was just out of luck. Were all bikers for heavens sake! Ripping one another off like that is just so wrong! The work was done, so i shut up and paid. I will never go back. My advice to you is that you avoid that place... and as far as putting new tires on a bike... save yourself some serious money and try the zip-tie method. It works!

Very rude and extremely expensive for little jobs. I bought an O-RING race chain from them for $100, but when I go to the website the bought it from, the chain was half that price. Rip off shop and rude service. Oh, and they got shirt with me cause u brought them a tire to fix that was a little dirty. I strongly dont recommend!
