ROACHES. My stuff was there for ONE MONTH. And I’m now pregnant, crying have all my stuff in my garage trying to bomb it out to get rid of them! Had to even throw stuff away. & I mean it’s INFESTED . So disgusting. I can’t believe I paid 100$ for ROACHES!!!!!!

These folks were awesome!! I had my unit for almost 2 years with not one single issue. The staff are super friendly and units are secure and clean. One specific thing I really like is that you have to code in AND out. So unsavory people cant just follow you in or out. If yall read this thanks for 2 years of great service!!!

Being in the military, Im always having to use storage facilities to store my belongings when I move. I can honestly say that the staff of 77 storage were the most hospitable and friendly people Ive ever dealt with. Its just a shame that there arent more places like it. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and coworkers.

SET OFF 3 BOMBS IN 1 1/2 DAYS DID NOT FAZE THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF ROACHES !!! ROACHES RUNNING OUT OF MY SOFA AND CHAIRS!!!! ONLY REMOVED ITEMS THAT COULD BE WASHED DOWN TO REMOVE ROACH LARVA!!! HAD TO BUY NEW SOFA AND CHAIR!!1 MANAGEMENT DID NOT CARE..WE WERE TOLD TO NOT WORRY ON INSURANCE FOR PEST CONTROL BECAUSE THEY EXTERMINATE EACH MONTH!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLAN TO REPORT TO BBB
