I came to piercing pagoda after learning that they had a nice selection of childrens jewelry. It was just before Valentines Day and although my daughter is only 2 and a half, and I wanted to get her something special. I met the manager Betty and she was so friendly and helpful. I bought a beautiful small pink heart charm and gold necklace for my daughter and the matching childrens ring for myself.The charm ended up getting lost when the necklace was taken off. I went back and was fortunate enough to see Betty again. Of course it was another amazing experience. I will definitely be making more purchases for my daughter and myself there in the future. The ladies were super cool and answers every question that I asked with no problem even though I just asked the same question in different ways. The staff was very friendly and made the environment super friendly and accepting! They also made sure to make me feel comfortable while putting my piercing on. They were super clear on how to take care of my ears as well.

Alma was amazing and took care of my family and myself! They are amazing here! Super clean too!
