Bad customer service and rude employees. Made me purchase boxes when I came in with my own and wouldnt ship them out. I had 2 packages for buyers then they intentionally mixed my buyers packages up on purpose. nobody else was in the store it was empty. no possible way to mix up only 2 packages with the labels attached to them and products. Now Im stuck dealing with upset buyers and called fed ex customer service and reported these employees. Dont go to this location they dont care here and are rude! I already reported these employees to customer service!
First time at this location returning an item with pre-printed label. Quick in and out on Monday afternoon. Free parking in front of the store.

I arrived at about 4:00pm on a Saturday and there was only one person working the store. I believe her name was Maira. After waiting quite awhile in line, I tried to get something printed, laminated and bound. The company policy wouldnt allow me to email the file in a link (it was too big to attach) and the woman working there gave short, unhelpful answers to my questions about options for getting the file to them to print. She was also overall unfriendly. When I asked about different options, she didnt seem to understand any of them. They charge to use the computers so if I wanted to download the file that way to have them print, it would have cost extra. I understand that they cant just allow free computer access but when its to download something to pay the store to print, it seems a bit excessive. The customer service attitude was the biggest disappointment. Maybe its because the store was under staffed and she was overwhelmed. I was so frustrate with the process, store policy about clicking links to download something to print, and poor customer service response that I left the store crying and decided to go to staples. Staples, by contrast, was amazing.
Im happy to know that I have Fed Ex store five minutes from where I live. A big plus and the times Ive been there the staff have greeted me, have helped me and most of all super friendly. :)
That was my first visit at FedEx store, Kate was very professional, plugged all info into the system, litelly handled everything smooth and fast.
Very helpful and outstanding service for printing.Do NOT use the FedEx app. Call the desk at the FedEx office and ask for their specific location email address and then send directly to the FedEx office.Recently, I was in a big hurry to have board meeting documents printed. The FedEx app was HORRIBLE, but the people at this print shop were outstanding. At first, I could not tell if they were taking my time constraint and need for speed seriously. But they told me what to do and immediately helped me get all of my documents printed. I visited them twice and both times they were very helpful. As always, be sure to check your job before you leave the premises, but they were most helpful. They may err on the side of being quiet and efficient, and not effusively friendly, but thats ok as they got the job done very quickly and it was perfect.
This store has some of the most patient and helpful employees I have ever met. I had no idea how to send a package internationally and they kindly told me what I had to do. Absolutely recommend this store both for the price of its products and its customer service. A+
UPDATED 10/15/20: This store did some kind of positive staff overhaul, I came here for some somewhat complex document binding and Matt was the rep that helped me. He was able to bind the documents and understood every step of the process. My 1 star review from 3 years ago is a solid 5 star now.

Who ever is the manager should be fired. Saturday afternoon with 10 customers in line and only 1 employee working. who obviously is still new and has still to learn and is slow. But on a Monday evening somehow there is 3-4 employees. Yup manager definitely needs to go
I wish I read these reviews before I went in. Stay away from this place. They lady didnt like the box I was sending back.. She measured the box ten times.. looked at the box requirements (which were under 60),its like she was looking for a reason not to ship it. The box came here from california, why wouldnt it go back?I asked for a manager, and she was no help either. I was shocked, and everyone in line (like 6 people) said they had similar experience, and that this place was indeed horrible.I went to the post office down the street with no problems, and it was probably cheaper.
Horrible absolutely terrible customer service! Stay far away! The store manager makes up her own rules and forces the employees to work under them. If your box isnt perfect they wont accept it. Im an airline employee and ship under a discount they wouldnt accept a photo of my badge even though Ive shown them pictures of it numerous times to other employees there. She claims no store is allowed to accept a photo yet everywhere else does and her own employees do. Total joke stay far away.
I had shipped a package internationally, but forgot to include commercial invoice with it (my mistake, first time shipping internationally with FedEx). This FedEx office has accepted the package without making sure the invoice is included. Few days later, I got a phone call from a local distribution center that they need an invoice, or they will send the package back to me. I have emailed what was needed. Three days later, the package was returned to me. I have contacted this FedEx office, and was advised to purchase another label, and ask for a refund on this one. So I did. Three weeks later I get an answer from FedEx via email that they cannot issue a refund. Called their revenue dept. and spoken with Carol who hanged up on me. This is extremely unprofessional. My business with FedEx ceases immediately. I ship packages daily and will look for another carrier. Not recommended when things go wrong.
Similar experience as the other reviewers. (Older) Woman at the counter made a comment about the label placement, advising me if they need to cut the tape and open the package they would cut through the label. I pointed out they could open it from the opposite end, she looked stunned for a second and told me she was just advising me my label is placed in the wrong direction. WHAT!? Was this interaction really necessary? Why not just let some things go?

They wouldnt accept box, box wasnt taped perfect or even, they would ship my item without box and they did 2, 2 other (same type)they said unpack and ship without or no service. Because it might be insurance claim if got damaged? so without box means safer to ship for her or him - not sure (she he) look like both. Misleading person- little f. probably manager. as...- heshe knows cost more to ship without box b... other employs are good and star for themSoo I taped couple corners more, (as they could say or offer to do it)and I dropped on North ave, without problem,Update:i over spend 32$ - checked my statement

Older lady told me I couldnt ship my boosted electric skateboard because of lithium ion battery. Ive shipped from same location before and FedEx is boosteds primary shipping agent. Derp.

Instead of submitting the paperwork and getting a result from my job, I have to drive back there to reprint some documents that guy has printed wrong, despite it was the easiest order ever.
Did not have any problems at all. Came in there to return a package and came out in 3 minutes.
Terrible! I went to have postcards printed and they were done wrong. I shouldve have guessed it would happen because I wasnt given a proof to review. They offered to re-do them correctly, but after waiting a week, I had to cancel the order. 2 weeks later, and I have to start all over with a new printer.
