I love Walmart. Social distancing guidelines in places and staff are working hard to ensure that people are 6ft apart when standing in line. Walmart has a very helpful manager, his name is James. He ensures that carts are clean, he does price matching and also helped me set up Walmart pay because Walmart does not accept Apple pay( please fix this soon Walmart staff) he also will help you find in store products or have an associate help you. The karts are always clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. When items are low or out of stock a store associatewill check the stock room to see if they have the item(s) you need. I had a store associate tell me that a delivery of my breakfast sausage came in and then he went back to the stock room and brought a few packs out to me. They have many toys in stock the scanner on their app allows you to find lower prices at times and they honor the price listed. The customer service is exceptional. I am so glad the staff at Walmart are kind and helpful especially with all the weirdness going on in the world.

Employees over the last couple of years have been more and more rude. Not stocked or well organized. Lines are extremely long, they need more people.

I remember a long time ago when I used to cash my check at this walmart. But now they refused to let me cash my check. Saying that my check was declined when its not declined. Just wasting my time standing in a long line looking nervous because of my social anxiety. I stop coming here. Because Walmart is the most sick place to shop. I never like Walmart. I havent been to a Walmart store for about few years now. I dont like crowded stores because of my social anxiety. So its good for me to stop coming here anyway. Now I just go to the regular check cashing place to cash my check.

Always could find great reading material. If not great staff would help me find what l needed. Nothing l like better than a book store. Am a rapid reader and sometimes read as many as two three books a week. So Barnes and Noble and the Library are my go to for reading material.

Love Clutter. Such a great store! Everything you need for moving, storage and shipping. Oh lets not forget they also offer moving services and storage!

Workers and isles Clean, entrance and exit tidy, couldnt find trash can outside? good customer service, all self checkout s open and working sufficiently which was nice, low traffic which made for a speedy checkout=big plus! Havent visited toy isle yet to check Lego inventory for my son.. Will keep u posted!

The two women handling the lunch time grocery pickups are great at customer service. They are flexible, engaging, nice, and efficient. Let them be recognized.

Good Walmart, but staff is hard to find most of the time. This Walmart is larger than the one in King of Prussia. I like going here for their full grocery and condensing my shopping trips to one spot.

Been sitting here waiting for a employee over 15 mins to get formula….. nobody came to help and some employees walk right pass and didn’t event help for assistance….terrible

Whats not to love about walmart. One stop shop. And it will get you for $100.00 everytime.

Definitely serves your needs as a major shopping venue. If item not on stock, they make sure to order it for you.I know labor is short, but they can really use some more hands.

Excellent service by Walmart Grocery, would def recommend using if you have the coupon which lets u get it with free shipping. Pretty decent store with lots of options and it is not that expensive when you compared to you other retail stores. I did find the crafts/school section a bit mishap nothing is arranged properly and things are laying around just like that so I think that section should be taken up and cleaned. rest of the store looked in decent shape and everything you need will be there almost, like appliances you had a Home section, the baby section, the latest clothes collection as well which is pretty decent in price but compared to other stores or do you know when high-end retail stores probably. The self checkout line is quick. The number of items that you have has to be like 15 or less I dont remember but thats pretty quick and the fresh has good collection of fruits and vegetables if you go early like around 10:00 AM in the morning you will get any fresh fruit with you want.

Pretty typical for a walmart - not enough cashiers, long lines. but the self-checkout moves surprisingly quickly and the prices of dried and canned goods are unmatchable in the area unless you have the storage room to shop at costco.

Poor service, the old man in the entrance make the discrimination Choose who to obligate the mask until you got the vaccin he stop me and said I need to get a mask before get in I said see all that people inside with not mask and the other one from me, (maybe he do that because I’m black), the line to check out is very very slow stay almost 45min. I’m pretty sure I will not go anymore there.

I went to the Walmart to pick up a few things. I found what I wanted but I was not able to check out. It would likely have taken an hour. I left the items on the shelf and left. On my way out there were three managers just standing an talking. They should have been on the registers.Walmart needs to convert some of their regular lanes into self check out. This store was like this long before the pandemic started and this is why I rarely go to Walmart.

Shout out and much gratitude to the wonderful staff of Walmart on Trooper Road . They found my wallet I left in a cart and returned it to customer service yesterday. So thankful for their help. Such good and honest employees. Thank you to all who helped !! You’re the best of the best. 😍

Great price for mulch. Employees very helpful, the bags in the front of the store were ripped and less than what I needed. She searched inside and found a fresh new pallet. Also helped me load my car. I wish I remembered her name as she deserves a shout out.

I shop at this particular Walmart 4-5 times a week and its pretty much the same except for the first week of the month is when its truly stocked up to capacity the staff is basically hit or miss with the exception of 2 particular cashiers an 2 greeters and Im not sure whats the 3rd persons job is. 1 cashiers personality is extremely warming (naturally) shes just a personable joy! No matter what day or time shes ALWAYS friendly & pleasant I go out of my way to see her and get in her line just to embrace her personality! The other one is just M I S E R A B L E ALL THE TIME. The same way with the greeters one guy is Uber friendly to EVERYONE coming & going while the other is another MN I S E R A B L E individual....as for the person whos job description Im not sure of hes just a little to full of himself for my taste, maybe his last name is Walmart?

Its not their fault but we arrived about 9pm and after looking at the various TVs and comparing models online... It was nearly 10 and the store was closing so we will have to go back on Monday to buy a new TV... Hopefully the old unit can keep it together until then as it has been hit or miss lately 🙂

Prices are good but inventory is always off, and never enough cashiers.

This has been one mess of a store for years. Shelves always seem to be empty (pre-pandemic too) and completely unorganized. Typical Walmart offerings, bit could be a great store if cleaned, organized and better inventory.

The visual appearance of the store awful, the associates awful non caring just getting a paychecks. Teach them some manners and train on customer service. I hate going just to pick up my prescription.

Your average Walmart but the pharmacy people are helpful and work with you to make your costs a little less.

Very disappointed in Walmart supercenter....one of the richest companies on the planet... Owned by one of the richest families on the planet...and a super center with 2 registers open....how can this be... And this is the norm for this place. Also went in today to find there is no insulin at the pharmacy.....I can see running out of paper towels, but insulin?!!.....people like myself can get either extremely sick or even die without this medication.

Good service at the pickup, great staff! Customer service takes care of any issues with pickup order. One of the best Walmart around.

The long lines and poorly stocked shelves are the only reason I didnt rate them higher. I would have rated all Walmarts in the area the same. I know its Covid related, but they really need to work on these long line problems.

Terrible terrible place. Previously Frozen chicken being put out in chilled produce with no warnings not to freeze again at home. Bad meat and poor hygiene in the meat section and chillers. Rude staff. Very badly staffed and very poorly run. Mold in drinks cabinets at the register. One hour wait to check out not enough lines or registers. Never EVER go here unless you are desperate!

The young ladies who assist people in the self checkout are very polite, patient, and helpful every time. I can never get the diced cantaloupe to scan. Its one of my favorite snacks.

Very unorganized and messy besides that employees were kind and helpful!

I was so disappointed. I was just buying some fruits and vegetables. I stood in line for easily 30 minutes! There were 2 registers open with, with lines that wrapped around the store. I came home to find my clementines rotten on the bottom. I am not going to go replace them and wait in a line again. Its my loss.

On 5/11, The greeter was very nice he helped get a new fully charged motorized cart for me he was very professional and extremely polite. He truly made my shopping experience pleasant and made my day

I got curbside pickup! So I didnt actually go in the store. But the sales associate was very polite and delivered our packages in a timely manner.

You will be pleasantly surprised the things you can find in this store.Easy to access, huge parking space, pleasant and helpful team.

It seems the moral among coworkers to their jobs is very laid back almost w/o ambition or motivation for their job. They were slow and Robotic.

This Walmart is over used. To many people in line, to get out. Lines are too long. Need more personnel. You should be able to come and go fast. Instead you have people getting out of line, leaving product to the side. It just sucks!

And I can almost guarantee theyll have at least three different versions of whatever youre looking for. The staff are incredibly helpful and super kind. BUT, should you need to return something, be sure to call ahead, as they may close earlier than listed.

Like most places right now they were out of a lot. The pharmacy is really great. Staff is ok like most Wal-Marts. Selection is pretty good compared to other Wal-Marts.

Empty shelves, slow employees (not mentally, although...), bad customer service, horrible parking lot, customers just as bad as the employees and its a wonder why I even stopped here in the first place.

This Walmart has everything you need. Unfortunately, there are not enough cashiers in the checkout lines which leads to a lengthy wait. The self checkout lines have a tendency to be long also.

This store is filthy and disgusting. You got employees walking around and chatting while the checkouts are 20 people deep with only 3-4 registers open! Oh they rely on the self checkout.. 20 -30 people deep! Why have 25 registers if no one works them?! We shop at Hatfield its a drive but worth it for a cleaner store and they have 2 self checkout areas plus 7 -9 registers working. No employees standing around!

Its hard to give Walmart a higher rating than 2 stars. Yes, they have pretty low prices on almost anything you want to buy, but its not an enjoyable place to shop. Some items always seem to be out of stock. The shelves are almost always a mess. Disorganized and rifled through by thoughtless customers.Due to covid-19, there arent any places to try anything on either.And checking out? Never enough cashiers. So then you who need to go to self checkout or wait a while to pay. Needless to say, I dont frequent this store.

Always great to my family !!!Both here and Trooper Walmart have always had what I need and its rarely out of stock of anything. Trooper has a larger clothing selection and less with foods. K.O.P Walmart location is a bit larger when it comes to food vs. clothing... Neither one lacks anywhere else when it comes to recreational products, baby & child items, etc. Happy shopping

Bad customer service and on checkout it’s only 1 line open when there is a huge line. Other Walmart’s people open up more counters so there is less crown. Covid is spreading here in lines of Walmart ! Managers are sleeping in their room and could care less about long lines.

I dont know how the store stays in business. Wait yes I do. This is the third time I have returned to the store in a week try and return merchandise. Last time there was nobody available for any kind of returns. Apparently there is only one person who knows how to return merchandise in the customer service desk. Todays Venture was even more fun. Mr Wong the manager was very nice but that did not make up for the inconvenience. After waiting in line behind multiple other people Mr Wong returned with information. The only person who could do a return at customer service left work without telling anyone. She decided to go home sick. I dont doubt that she is entitled to sick time however the boss still needs to know where you are and bring in a qualified individual to replace you on a temporary basis. My learning experience has been, dont shop at Walmart. The lines are long, the store is disorganized, and returns are a challenge, learn where not to shop this holiday season.

Yes I love your store, But its getting harder for me to go there. Maybe its the way I look or that my wife likes to window shop or in your case shelf shop just looking at everything. Were getting ready to move into a new place and she just to see plan about things to put in the house. But everywhere we look every aisle we look down we see store detectives young and small big and tall following us. Yes, I can tell by their tails. Usually if youre looking at someone theyll look back at you depending on the situation. You can tell theyre on the clock. What they are looking at, whats in their cart and it seems that your store has more people without a cart and you get that sense of being followed, life look is important also. Hire me and Ill find them by camera.

So disappointed in this Walmart. The shelves are never stocked well anymore. Every aisle today was bare. From the candy aisle to the soap and shampoo sections. My second time coming back for bird food and that section had very limited stock!!!! What is going on? I’ll be checking out the Walmart near Lansdale. If that one is the same way, I’ll be going to Target!

Place is literally the largest store Ive ever been in. Resembles MGM Grand in Vegas size-wise.Surprisingly, store was fairly clean and organized which is unheard of for a Walmart. Even found some good deals while here. As a result, gave it 3 stars. Note: Most Walmart stores I would rate 1 star

At this particular store the isles here all throughout could only be described as a post riot waist land. Merchandize littered the floor. Some of the shelving was actual falling off. I couldnt believe how under stocked or completely bare it was. I wouldnt write this if it hadnt occurred the past two times I visited this particular store. Its truly astounding.sorry, Im trying not to group all the hard working employees in with the problem. I just thought if possible a manager might see this and become aware of this perpetual train wreck at this specific store.

The only reason Im giving this store one star is because I cant give it zero. I can never find any of the basic things I need such as the correct size diaper for my child, curtain rods, vitamins and so on! Its sad because it hasnt always been this way it seems to me that within the last six or seven months the store has just given up on stock stocking their shelves organizing their merchandise and making their store look decent.

Extremely unhappy. I specifically chose this Walmart as it had higher reviews than the other Walmart nearby. I placed an order for photo prints as noon and paid DOUBLE the cost than the 3-5 day shipping option. They were supposed to be ready in one hour. At 1 pm I got a notice that my photos werent yet ready and to wait for further notice. No notice came, so I drove over at 7pm since the photo center closes at 8. They received my order but had yet to put it through. So I paid double to get it in 1 hour, and I got 0 photos in 8 hours.I tried calling this Walmart 7 times throughout the day and never even spoke to an associate. All I want is to cancel my order, but my receipt says my only option is to return them once I receive them. I dont know why this would be the case considering no one has printed them despite them being 7 hours over due- again I paid $16 EXTRA dollars to get them in 1 hour.I guess I will need to go back in store which Im dreading doing since there are customers AND EMPLOYEES not wearing their masks.I hope someone will contact me about my service in a timely manner. I do not recommend this Walmart in any way, shape, or form. Stick to the other locations in your area. This one is a no go.

I usually like the Walmart in Norris town, but today the shelves were half empty, delli was closed, one cashier and the self checker had a really long line. Was very disappointed, I always drive an extra distance to go to that one. But no more after today.

This is the worst Wal-Mart. Got in line when lane light was on after being in line for 20 minutes the light turned off and I was told I had to go till another lane! What!! I stood in another lane for 20 minister. If may daughter didnt need things I would have left everything

Its a Walmart in a lower income section of town. There inventory isnt where it should be but they have the essentials.

Excessively large check out lines, inaccurate prices on clearance items, self check out staff unwilling/dont know how to properly do a timely price check.The absolute worst Walmart I have been to!

Staff knew where items were that I wanted, store was clean & well organized.

Absolutely horrendous. My partner and I had ordered photos to be printed out. We had paid extra for the prints to be expedited. The expedited option is supposed to have them ready in an hour, but given the number that needed printed, we were not shocked by the email informing us that things were running behind.What DID shock us was everything after that. Not only was that email the last form of communication we have received more than 8 hours later, we have made several attempts to reach the Walmart photo department ourselves with no success. Several calls went unanswered, to the point where we decided we would simply arrive to the store in person just to see if we could ask the department associate what was the current situation, roughly one hour before the department was set to close.Unfortunately, the person behind the desk was insistent that it was not their department, and that they had been assigned to man the register while the department associate was on break. This says to me that either the associate was not being honest (which I dont find plausible, as he made several honest attempts to help a number of people despite clearly out of his element) or an utter failure at the management level as either the department associate was somehow missing for most of the entire closing hour of the department or they had simply not informed the covering associate of the actual situation. Id feel worse for said associate were he not pulling his mask down to his chin every time he spoke to anyone (which is at least better than some associates who had their masks around their chins whenever they could manage).After a wholly unsuccessful endeavor, we decided that we would like to cancel our order, only to find that the website offers no such ability, and when we decided to call the store in order to speak with a manager to at least get some clarity on the situation, the phone calls again went unanswered.An absolutely dreadful transaction that has now left us putting in time and effort (and needless exposure) with no tangible results of which to speak.

The East Norriton Wal-Mart is so much more well maintained than the Pottstown store. Best of all, the shopping carts dont feel like driving with a flat tire.

I have been coming to this store for awhile and have had relatively good experiences up until recently. The store has been extremely messy and the shelves have been pretty bare. Over all the selection has really went down hill. I do not remember the store being this bad until the WalMart in East Norriton closed.

Use the pick up grocery here. Never had any problems. Staff is friendly and very prompt on delivery of groceries to car. I like walmarts food prices and they will substitute if out of stock.

Didnt have item in store, only online. Was told if we ordered online it would be free delivery. WRONG! A $5.00 fee was automatically added even though it states on the website that there is free delivery. Taking our business elsewhere

This store was great until the Walmart in East Norriton closed. It is now crowded and dirty.

One would be lead to believe that given the copious amount of boxes, and clutter that line the aisles throughout this store that they would have a really great, wide variety of items. However that is not the case. I’m not sure if they actually stock the shelves at this location, or if they just open up boxes, and throw them out in the aisles, because shelves always seem to be just about empty. In addition to that I’ve never seen employees act, and speak to customers the way that these employees do. It’s honestly mind blowing how some of these people still have their jobs.
