On Friday October 1st (10/01/2021) @ 2:50pm I had visit this location. The cashier girl (some LIGHT BROWN SKIN chic with contacts or something in her eyes. had some nerve to want to play games instead of doing her job and being professional. Instead of ringing me up she asking me questions that has nothing to do with my food, money, or even quality of their service. I was like, look... where do I pay. I want to eat and go on about my day, not waste time playing a game some little girl who has no sense of professionalism or respect. She need to be fired. She take her job as a comedian. If I wanted to buy my food from a comedy act I would go to one. Someone need to replace her and the ones who work that shift as well. The food was horrible on top of her bad service. This location opened yesterday and I had to go and check out their world famous chicken!! There is plenty of parking, clean store and friendly staff. Fast and easy touch screen to order and self checkout. I got the 8 piece mixed chicken and it was delicious!! Well seasoned, crispy outside, juicy and tender inside!

Employee mad fun of my brother and said rude things.As well we order food and said they were out of some things.(which i was okay with) But it was after we paid.

This new Royal farms location is an excellent spot to fuel up both your car and your tummy. They are becoming famous in the Delaware valley for their fried chicken which, as an old man that lived his life in this area, reminds me of the old Pathmark fried chicken. That is a very high compliment. This location is extremely well designed, nicely lit and youre able to get in and out fairly quickly. In this day and age of social distancing I was even given the pleasure of having a young man pull up next to me as he was fueling his car. We had a conversation about the incredible modifications he did to his BMW and with his two friends I had memories of my friends from high school who are still a part of my life. This made for a very enjoyable experience. Enjoy!

Was in the store today and the gravy was over heated by 4 times the amount it was to be done they handed the gravy to me and the lid was not on all the way and got burnt. The manager Steve did nothing about it he stated he had to call his manager to find out what he was supposed to do about an accident in the store. Is this the way you run your store it seems like they need to retrain the manager. this store is the worse

Today I received excellent customer service again at the Markley St location on 202 in Norristown. The staff there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. ..from ROFO card membership to dining in/out. This location is less than 6mos young. I truly enjoy the coffee too. Continued success to the whole staff!!!!

The fried chicken was extremely overcooked. Ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and got one order of potatoes and one Mac and cheese. The only thing good about the meal was the biscuits. Threw the food away.

Always a gas pump open and never crowded

Last two times I went there thighs were small and dry. Been going there since it opened always good and juicy chicken. Will have to reconsider going back.

Royal farms is a nice rest stop to grab snacks or even a hot meal. There bathroom is also always clean.

The chicken is way too salty nobody needs that much salt you can smell the salt in the air

Went out of my way to get gas & an atomic chicken slider. After waiting over 15 mins I told them i couldnt wait any longer & i wanted my money back. They gave me a very difficult time just give me back my $6. That whole situation could have been much better. They need customer service training immediately!😠👎

Small store with great drinks and decent food! Will definitely come back again!*update*Good drinks, staff, and chicken... but their sandwiches are sub par. Only way I would eat them again is when Im drunk ... once they get beer/wine in. Bottom line, come here for anything but the sandwiches.

I ordered my food with nobody else in the store only a wrap and didn’t receive till around 15 minutes later. Just went in there and the staff had an attitude mostly the lady behind the counter. My boss and I both said thank you for making our food then proceeded to ignore after looking us both in the face.

Check your orders! I placed an order for 20 pieces, which consists of 5 breast, 5 thighs, 5 wings and 5 drums. Also 8 dinner rolls and fries and gravy. After paying for my order prior to picking up order per their request. They had no gravy. I wasnt going to request a 2.19 refund because it was so busy. Going through my order at home five thighs were missing and I had an extra order of 8 rolls.

The 5pc tender meal was mediocre,, not worth the $9 price tag. They gave me rolls when i asked for biscuits; the rolls were yummy but still. Nothing was too bad but I will not jump to come here again.

I’ve been into the store maybe three or four times since they open. Each time it was a bad experience. The staff need to be trained. They’re rude to the customers. They have attitudes. The orders are always wrong. The chicken look burned and hard.

The staff is really friendly and they have great breakfast sandwiches.

I went in to buy the famous Royal Farms fried chicken and it was black from being cooked in used grease. I always purchase when I am in Delaware and thought wow a new store ... opened 3 weeks ago. Let me order their chicken. Knowing Royal Farms is known for their chicken you would think cooking it the right way would be done in the right manner. Very disappointed.

I love Royal Farms chicken but the chicken at this one is horrible! It always looks burnt. Im wondering who trained these people because that is completely unacceptable for a business.

Took 20 minutes for 8 tenders.. ate 2 of them, now Im sick... horrible customer service, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Went there tonight in Norristown PA. Chicken was fresh and they put in a SEALED PLASTIC BAG!!! Got it home and the flour and coating was all mushy and fell off!! Plus we ordered mashed potatoes and got BISCUITS INSTEAD!!! WHAT THE HELL!! Don’t go!! HYPE!!!!!

Horrible efficiency. Chicken was nowhere as good as other locations. Didnt give complete order. I did not want to go back in and wait in the mess. Rude staff.

I went there early in the morning to grab some food, and one of the ladies making food had her mask on her chin. Didnt catch her name but she has reddish brown long hair. There were lots of people in the store and she didnt care to wear her mask properly.

Chicken tasted like I was chewing rubber and myself along with multiple people waited very long for the food because not enough employees working

Absolutely the worst coffee Ive ever had.

Got $30 of gas there today. Paid with my debit card (like a credit card), and Royal Farms put a $125 hold on funds. That’s crazy! Gas stations haven’t done this in years!!!! Not getting gas their again!

This location is a branch of the famous seashore gas and convience store. They have all your favorite foods including the yummy fried chicken which i highly reccomend. There will be multiple fuel pumps and lots of parking. They will have a huge selection of beverages and coffee too.

Waited 25 minutes for one order of chicken then they gave me less quantity and then the food was cold and hard. Has to be the worst royal farm store in pa ........ never going back

This location is open, it is super clean, in and out, staff is great compared to rest of the area and companies like it.
