Great prices, courtesy services and variety are all hallmarks of this store. They do tend to run out of popular products for extended periods of time. Better planning there will keep everyone happy!Id like to see them do approximately the same Model with all specialty smoking products. Of course they arent going to provide a bunch of high-end Cigars and such because of their Demographics. However, when you combine those two product lines, they will come... The Smokers Den in Bennington VT is an example.

The worker in there with the long hair has the most worst customer service I have ever seen inside this store and I go in 2-3 times a month I will prolly stop going to this store with the unprofessional work ethic shouldn’t be on his phone while dealing with a customer and when a customer asks where something is don’t point and say there and roll your eyes don’t like your job don’t work there’s other people out there that want a job other than that awesomePrices hope the owner sees this review

Very weird and unprofessional experience buying a keg from here. Called a couple days before to order it. They told me it was $105 plus a $30 deposit (Which would be given back once the empty keg was brought back).I picked it up the next day. I needed a tap as well which was $5, plus a $50 deposit. My total ended up being $220. I was confused by this amount. It turns out the keg costed $135 + a $30 deposit.Was an unfortunate misunderstanding, but I paid for it anyway. I felt kind of cheated though.When I brought it back, the clerk originally handed me $30 cash back instead of the $80 I was supposed to receive. I told him it should be $80, and he seemed very angry, which was weird. He eventually gave me the correct amount of cash and told me My manager will call you if there is a problem.It was an unusual process. It seemed like this was the 1st keg theyve ever sold.

Probably one of the largest selections in the area. Wine, beers, and liquor both imports and domestic. Prices were average with typical sales on domestic beers.

One guy is rude and threatens my father all the time. He once threatened him in front of me and followed us outside and Im a child. Its uncalled for and not okay, he needs to be fired.
