Be careful with frozen or cold products... Long story, short, Ive seen items that clearly had been sitting on a shelf or in a cart, returned to their original location after thawing out, on numerous occasions...The rest of the store/experience is otherwise pleasant. Generally a good selection of items at reasonable, to low, prices.

Im in this store at least once a week, and i can honestly say that my experiences with this location have been overwhelmingly positive. staff members are attentive, friendly and always hardworking ... even more so since the pandemic began.keep up the great work, and know that even though it may seem like people dont appreciate you, there are folks like me who do!

Love shopping there but they never have enough registers open so we end up waiting in long lines hopefully things will speed up if they hire some more people

Jason went over and above to find out of stock item, that was in the back storeroom, for us, as we drove from Woodford, VT to get it. It was not on shelf but system showed 6 in stock, so he went back to get it for us. Sad to say, some of his fellow associates told him to tell us that the item was out of stock and not here. Jason is a better man for not doing that and found the item for us. Thank You Jason for being a wonderful and caring young man!

Large store, fairly clean and pretty well staffed

I wish they had more check out lanes open. I spent more time standing in line than I did shopping. Otherwise, the place was clean, shelves were stocked and organized.

I went to this Walgreens to buy a smart TV. the first TV did not work. the second TV did not work. I went back a third time, and finally got a TV that worked. Walmart was good enough to refund my cash in both instances. when I complained about having to take a cab there three times, they took $30 off my final and third TV. so they made the best of a bad situation.

Staff is always short at the registers and merchandise quantity is often low. Maybe it will improve now that things are getting back to normal. Standing in line to check out for 40 minutes is ridiculous.

Its a small Walmart, but good for the area...the only real issues with this Walmart is they never have enough cashiers or check out line open

Customer service is amazing! The employees at the pick up were slammed and still had a smile on their face. Very helpful too! If they didnt know an answer they happily got someone who did.

Did a pickup order. They brought my stuff out. And then I had to go in to cash a check. Went and looked and 3 of the 5 items they said were out of stock were not. Guess they just couldnt be bothered to fill my whole order.

Walmart is great for non grocery items!

It was Monday around 4pm and there were only 2 registers open. Those 2 lines were with managers and workers working around the front end of the store. I know things need to get done in the rest of the store but it seems like they want most people to do the self checkout. This leads to less cashier jobs. If you have the cashiers there, which they did, put them where they can help the shoppers not stocking.

Lady running the electronics department told us that they didn’t have printers cuz they were all stuck on the bot in the Suez Canal lmaaaaoo. The printer we wanted was simply in the stock room. Maybe prevent your employees from using an unrelated event as an excuse not to work. Two stars cuz the woman who got us the printer was very nice.

I use this Walmart for online grocery pickup. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. When they need to make substitutions it is usually well done. I shop here about twice a month for our large family.

Find all your basic needs in one place. Much better than the Pittsfield walmart. Down fall is employees dont seam to know much about where they work or where things are.

I would have given it a 4 star, but I went to the Walmart in Bennington VT and that place is much better than the one in North Adams MA...

Awful store. Needed one of the larger sweetened Almond Milks and there was an employee nearby. I asked if she knew if there were more in the back, and if I could get some. Please note I could see into the cold room and see that there were more in there. Her response? A very short and quick I dont know, not my department and turned around and kept working as if I had annoyed her with the question.

Visited during middle of day Saturday. And as expected the store was very busy which in itself makes it difficult to maneuver your shopping cart. To make a tough visit worse there were large carts blocking many of the isles with stock to be placed on shelves. A disaster!! And on top of that the main isles were stacked with Christmas decorations or items meant as gifts to buy. A very unsafe condition should an emergency develop.

Its pretty big. Went in for command strips and they have a variety of them. Also picked up a new flavored diet coke. Give it a try.

Its walmart. But it had what i needed. A tarp, and some rope and more propane than I had seen anywhere in a while. Plus it had monster trucks for little hands.

At this point in time, Walmart should have be able to allow trying out clothing and still complying. It is not proper that you cant try on pants and You can not Return. So they must be selling a boat load of clothing that wont work. They must love it!!

Was okay I went to the pharmacy doesnt open till 9:00 when I got there at 9:00 there was a line so I couldnt wait and then I tried to get there I figured they were open till 8:00 but they were only open till 7:00 so getting hard to pick up the scripts there these days

Like all Walmart locations, they have adapted very well to the social distancing rules, and have a very good selection. Staff are well trained and friendly first and foremost.

Its currently 12:15pm on Tues, June 27. I spent the past 45 minutes or so here and the staff... if theyre not just plain rude, theyre space cases. I had one person ignore me in the camping department, and then as I was walking up to speedy checkout, the cashier put up her lane closed placard and walked away without a word. Made me feel pretty crappy.

Its a big walmart... Pretty standard.

Found everything some prices little more then Pittsfield but didnt get that stuff anyway. But enjoy the supermarket clean and only issue some stuff could not find prices on the items or shelfing.

Walmart is mostly a grocery store that a supercenter. 75% of the goods you see at such supercenters isnt stocked in this one. Its the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. And Im stuck with it so Meh!

The guy out front was super nice and polite! The store looked a lot better than the Walmart where we live.

On August 29th there was only one entrance on the left side of the store so parking closer wouldve been ideal, easy access and large parking lot.

Large, not crowded, clearly marked aisles, mask required. Dont clean carts though. Wipes are inside the store. They keep track of occupancy as well.
