I went in to get my second COVID vaccine. I hadn’t realized that I needed to make an appointment, which is fine.I just had a few questions. I asked a girl who works in pharmacy and she was incredibly, incredibly rude. I never went to the appointment because of how rude she was. I won’t deal with them ever again.
My daughters script was put in by dr. I went in to pick it up 3 days later and it was not filled was told it would be about 45 mins before it would be mixed and ready. I could not get back till the next day and it was still not filled had to wait 30 mins for the pharmacist to mix her liquid medication. Once I finally got it I went home opened the bag and they had given me the box for the pharmacist. I waited for no reason cuz I had to mix her meds myself! The box clearly states that is is for the pharmacist. I we’ll never have another script filled here again! I am irate with the whole situation!
I had a script for adderal sent in by my dr. And i was told they didnt have any and they had to order it...i wait 2 days call back. They say im all set i can head over... I go there and that person who said. That i was all set ...was mistaken. And they have none and i need to wait for another shipmeent. That was 630 pm. The next morning at about 830 am decide to check and see if i can have it all sent to greenfield and the woman that answers the phone this time says..no need for that.. We have them right here.... And that they had them the whole time. When i asked the girl what the heck was going on.. She says... You must not have spoke to us..... Busted right... I musted had all ghose conversations with TruValue around corner..
Instead of coming 1 time for 1 prescription you gotta come 5 Then you still got to wait 2 Hours Thats There Expedite service, I will be dead if I ever need heart meds Makes no sense If prescription overdue insurance will cover fill it, so unnecessary .
I was told by a friend that she was humiliated and harassed in this store yesterday by an associate. This friend has a disability and covering her face would potentially cause a reaction the associate is not legally entitled to harass her about. Educated citizens realize in these unprecedented times that there are a lot of circumstances that need to be sorted through but this does not excuse any business from offering reasonable accommodations as they are supposed to with any person who needs them in relation to disability. He did not ask. He did not offer. He made a scene. He harassed a customer. He humiliated a customer. He needs to be retrained.

The entire staff is very friendly, always acknowledged when walking into the store, the Mgr Marshall and Bev are always pleasant and the pharmacy staff is great especially Suzan&Brandi always acknowledging me even if I am just passing by the pharmacy when not getting scripts.
I love it, they are great and nice people.
Ever since they closed Littles pharmacy and cvs took their accounts this north Adams location has fell off a cliff. Nothing is ready even close to the time it’s supposed to be done Staff is running around like they are lost. I’ve done business with cvs for over 20 years and today is the day I give up my business to a competitor.

Never have meds ready, never have enough staff on to handle the overload of new costumers they took on from other closing pharmacies . They need to put more cashier on so we dont need to pile up during a pandemic!
