West Oil has always been there for me! The staff is polite, courteous and professional. When I started with them years ago, the drive came and said he made a note to watch out for my flowers when filling..if that isnt a personal touch, I dont know what is! I highly recommend West Oil.
After 15 years I will never recommend West Oil again. Ive done all my service with them and never questioned an invoice. After my last fill up my tank started leaking. I asked them for a price. They came and installed a magnetic patch and charged me $120 and gave me an estimate of $2,050, which is $400-$500 higher than other estimates. I asked about the high price and I was told if I dispose of old tank I could save $300. I asked about the $120 charge for 15 minutes and a $15 part and I was told there was no discount for that charge. Im not looking for anything to free, but keep treating loyal customers like this and you wont survive. Time to move on. Very sad.
Great customer service and quality product, as well as an outstanding community partner. Also, extremely generous to fundraising efforts for many causes. Proud to be a West oil customer!

Had problems with them, dealing with payments, they were rude for the most time that I called trying to resolve my issues, and while I spoke with one person I could hear all the other one in the background laughing about it and making fun of my problems. And on one of the coldest night in the winter, was never able to reach them for an emergency service. I struggled to change as i tried so hard to keep going with them. But they were rude each time that they heard my name on the line. Had no choice but to leave.
Always a positive experience with this company, from the folks in the office to the front end team delivering oil or service tech guys who get their hands dirty. I am a 17 year customer and highly recommend them.
