5 stars!!! Don’t listen to the other reviewers!! I got this Delicious bagel with cream cheese and stuffed with bacon :) everything is always fresh

Bagel Bistro has returned to its previous awesomeness. Gary is back and the place has completely turned around! Everything is fresh and delicious, the staff is helpful and friendly, the portions are generous and the prices are great. The place is clean and organized and well maintained. You can sit and eat there or take your food to go, but either way its always excellent. The iced coffee is very good as well. The breakfast platter has a huge omelet and plenty of home fries and its cooked perfectly. The sandwiches and wraps are wonderful and there is a nice variety of meats and cheeses and toppings. I highly recommend the chicken salad and egg salad. Oh yeah, they also have bagels. My favorite sandwich is hot pastrami, swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion and Russian dressing on a long roll. Just in case you were thinking of treating me. :)

Had a Taylor ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Everything was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Place is very clean. Very comfortable atmosphere. Parking lots is small but not terrible. Gary the new owner is very nice and engaging. They also have vegan bagels and organic bagels. Bathroom was very clean. I had a good experience over all and will be coming back with the restof my family next time we want to eat out!

The omelette I got was really good, but the staff really needs to be improved. As a young lady was taking care of me I could hear her being constantly berated by a male employee. I’m not sure who Gary is, but I don’t notice any difference. The speed was on par with other bagel shops and reasonably priced.

So I figured to give this place another shot because I heard Gary was back well if he was back hes here to run it to the ground and finish it. Same old food that tastes days old and dont even know their own product. The cream cheese taste like butter. The potato and macaroni salad taste days old and and the woman that works there cant tell the difference between eggplant and fish because instead of give me eggplant they gave me fish. I have given this place so many chances its a joke. Im officially done with this place.

Not bad open early. Had French toast bagel wasnt the best I ever had but it was still warm and with the cream cheese need I say any more.

Service is not what it used to be. Went there on saturday. I walked up to the counter, as I was the next customer in line, and all the employees walked away without even noticing or acknowledging me. Someone then walked up to me after a few minutes and asked if I was being helped. Bagels arent even as good as they used to be. Damn shame, it used to be good before Gary first sold it.

BAGELS are delicious.

The oriental guy cant even toast a bagel.He talks like he has marbles in his mouth.The only bagel store owner who cant melt butter.... no seriously.... ask him for a toasted bagel with butter... guaranteed to get a warmed up bagel with globs of unmelted butter...Over priced drinks.8 dollars here is 4 dollars elsewhere.

When I lived in North Jersey, I stopped at this place at least three times a week. The staff are extremely friendly and their food is good. I love the variety of bagels and cream cheeses.The only thing I wish they did better was coffee. Their coffee here is atrocious, but its not too bad because you can always drive right to Dunkin Donuts next door.Before I left they started making chocolate chip bagels and french toast bagels. Youll feel bloated after eating the french toast bagel with cream cheese, but it tastes phenomenal.Go there a little after rush hour and youll be able to find parking easily. If you go during rush hour, you should expect to park at a different store and then deal with large lines.

Grew up going here, used to be great. Now orders take forever, they always mess up simple orders and act like the wrong order is some how your fault. The staff is rude. I called an order in and went to pick it up. I tried to leave my name and was told it wasnt needed. When I went to pick up my order they asked for a name and when i said i was told it wasnt needed, I was given an attitude and they couldnt find my order. Never go here, it is a waste of not only your time but your money.

Staff are very friendly. Bagels are ok at best. No very fresh. Sandwiches are ok too

REALLY SLOW SERVICE!! I remember now why I stopped going to Bagel Bistro. Theyre slow and food used to be just ok. Now besides even being slower than I remember, the quality is worse than before. Ordered 2 omelets which took 30 minutes to make. The vegetables tasted off, like spoiled, couldnt eat them. Had to throw them out. And the home fries, who the hell told them microwaving them was a good idea. They were a soggy, tasteless mess. All the other bagel places nearby are faster and better. Never coming back to Bistro.

Used to love bagel bistro. Was just here for over 20 minutes, my food was never made, and I could see the line cook eating while the line just piled up. For 2 bagel sandwiches, it should only be like 5 minutes tops. So I walked out without paying. Never again.

If there were one star, i would put it for them. I went to order two bagels. One of them turn right and the other one was wrong . I went back to the store and the girl was pink hair was vey rude and i told her the bagel was wrong and she went make it wrong again!! so i went back for third time and through the bagel in our face and when i ask her name she refused she curse us and i ask for the manager . They won’t tell me.Iam very frustrated the girl is very nasty

Food was very good. They need to figure out how to prioritize people waiting to order vs phone orders. Went with a friend and they didnt take my order for at least 7 -10 min after her.

I never write reviews but this time I had too. I use to love this place back when I moved here, and use to defend it when people talked negative about it. I live up the block from bagel bistro and lately have been extremely disappointed with there bagels. There bagels taste great, they always have, but the size of there bagel is so pathetic. On there menu over the counter it says BAGELS ARE BIGGER! very false advertisement. My bagel was microscopic it was very small for the price I paid $3 not including tax. There is a reason why my family chooses to drive the extra 2 miles from home to go to Bobs bagel instead. Prices are the same and the bagels there are as tasty and fresh, and it is a perfect size bagel, BIG as a matter of fact bobs makes mini bagels which are equivalent to bagel bistros regular bagel. WAKE UP BAGEL BISTRO your lines are shrinking!

Nice place for bagels. Price is average. At times dont have all kinds of bagels. Bagels are never hot.

Eh, used to be better. Under new ownership now, service was slow. Took forever to get 2 bagels. Food was still okay, Ill give it okay.

They use to have menus, bigger selection and staff who were faster. Now the only thing that is really good are the bagels.

They can never get counter help. Always looking to hire. They never make enough French toast bagel.

Great sandwiches and breakfast special, I have been coming here for over three years and this place use to open at 5 a.m. today I went and the door was still locked. In the last few months I have seen a change of staff and the service has gotten very slow compared to when I initially started coming here early 2014

$2 plus tax for a snapple and the owner cant toast a bagel.The rest of the crew is excellent, but the owner is a dipshit.DO NOT LET THE OWNER TAKE YOUR ORDER.I always wait for another cashier if he tries to help me.

I have been in this place many times and normally would only say nice things but today I have to speak out . It was not the person who was waiting on me who I have issue with. I had ordered a chai tea and it was on the counter while my bagel was being made. Another employee saw it and was confused who it belonged to . I said me. Then another employee came along and asked. Both the second employee and I told her it was mine. She asked several times really??? She then put her ungloved hands all over the lid. I mentioned it so she did it again. Then the second employee told the first employee to change the lid. She did change the lid ungloved and on multiple times had her face down looking at the contents. I called her out again and the person helping me changed the lid again. How stupid or untrained or both!!!!! Everyone in the store heard me mention the board of health. Hopefully she doesnt have anything contagious handling food items without proper procedures. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff that have no idea what theyre doing. We bought two bagels, one with egg and cheese and an omelette on a bagel (egg and cheese omelette). This should have cost us about $9 total, but ended up costing $18? Plus they didnt even get the order right. Adding salt, pepper, and ketsup isnt exactly difficult, but apparently it is for the staff member here. Overcharging for basic bagels. 👎🏻

Terrible service and they made my order wrong 3 times. Made mistakes on every person that order after me as well. Dont eat here . The counter people are clueless and the food is bland

I thought Id give this place a second try since the owner seems like a really cool guy the first time I was disappointed was when I ordered Taylor ham egg they left the Taylor Ham a bit Raw and now that I ordered a Breakfast Platter they left the bacon Raw it wasnt even that busy this morning
