As a customer I say my store has great customer service. Google asked me how my experience was and it was great. As a customer I found every thing I needed for my Greek salad. Samuel in produce helped me as a customer not as employee. As a employer or as a customer it dont matter. Shes looking good.

For the second time in the last few months we have gotten home without all of the groceries we paid for. We live close to town in N Augusta and travel out to this store for specific items. It is very irritating to get home and not have all the groceries you paid for. This week there will be no lunch sandwiches because our meat from the deli didn’t make it into our cart. They need to do a better job!!

Love the Food Lion in North Augusta. Shannon is the best cashier. She is quick, precise and helpful. Example: I didnt need to take all the drinks out of the cart. She looked and she knew how to correctly charge. She told me before I even attempted to remove the drinks. She knows products and what is on sale so no decrepitancies to have to correct at checkout. Always pleasant, nice and friendly.

My kid has a special diet and this grocery store probably has the most products that fits her needs in North Augusta.

I shop at Food Lion every weekend and maybe once during the week. Fabulous people who work there! Enjoy shopping there

Parking is okay but ppl blocking the front door is really bad, checkers never get coupons on items, but at least they can get you thru better than Walmart

This place usually stays stocked like aiken on Richland Ave. Dont waste your money any place else if youre tryna find 1 gallon drinking water like me for those water canteen holders out there they have cheaper prices if you have a membership card. I bought 2 cases! I was in and out in a flash. Well stocked and clean.

Best discounts with a keychain card thing. I save more at food lion than any other grocery store with savings card. Nice produce section. Nice store overall.

This store is conveniently located to my home but its much more than that. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. But beyond all of that, I stand in line just to be checked out by Shannon. She is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I find that she does not talk to others while she checks you out. They have to wait until shes done and I really appreciate the attention to my shopping experience. Thanks Shannon. Ill be back soon.

A great store except the meat section doesnt have any type of grassfed beef. But overall I do enjoy this store, the staff and the selections. Please add grassfed beef like Bison or Wagyu.

I shop here atleast once a week. Product selection is good. Quality is good. Store is clean.The staff in the deli/bakery area are super unfriendly. Cashiers are hit or miss with customer service. Managers are very dismissive and don’t speak or greet customers.Spoke with one manager over the phone, I’m pretty sure it was the older lady with the long grey hair just to double check on store hours bc of COVID and she was very condescending and rude.

Food lion had math night tonight they had families running around adding things up. MVP program is good to every discount is taken right out at the register. Also they normally have everything in looking for unless its a specialty item.

My grocery store of Choice. I have 2 other options just as close, however They are much more congenial and price competitive than the others. And I strongly recommend their pharmacy..i have never seen a more dedicated staff.

I love that they cared enough about to customers normal lives enough to stay open to their normal time. The Walmart across the street used to close at 11 too, but now they close at 8:30.

I enjoy shopping at this Store. I can always find what I am looking for. The Store is Always Clean and the Isles are Always Organized.
