I dropped these vintage posters to be dry mounted after I found them in an attic of an old house long ago forgotten about and sitting under piles of dust. Micheals did a fantastic job! Special thanks to the girl who worked on it, very happy thank you so much! The pictures speak for themselves. These were tattered torn folded doomed to be in the garbage. Dry, crisp, delicate. I was shopping for a customer on Instacart and it was a large order. One of the employees actually took me to every item except one paint pen that I saw before her.

Pretty standard Michaels experience. Been to one of them, and you have pretty much been to all of them. The staff here seem pretty helpful. Always friendly and quite knowledgeable, and most importantly, helpful without being pushy or annoying. All in all an enjoyable shopping experience.

Had what I wanted. I knew where it was. Im and out in about 5 mins. Associates were friendly. My only concern was other customers not keeping social distancing. All customers and associates had on masks, which I appreciate.

This is a small area store for Michaels. The store personnel are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a SS chain or a SPlated chain this store did not carry either. However I did find some especially cute decorations for St. Patricks Day!

To much stuff to mentionPrices on many things could be brought to be more reasonable but they make up for higher prices with coupons that will leave you speechless as you dance out the door counting all the cash you save!I just wish I could get some of the colored pencils down to a more manageable price... Very nice place to shop well-organized clean and the staff were very friendly my daughter was able to find the art supplies she needed which I thought were at a reasonable price. It was my first time in a Michaels store but it was a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back

This store is clean and well organized. The associates know where everything is at. They are helpful with suggestions on specific projects. This store is in the right place for Auroraland. It would be sad if this store ever went away.

The employees are very helpful and patient. I have used the store pick-up and every transaction goes smoothly. They are well-stocked here and stay pretty organized and clean. I often am puzzled by how they can move merchandise so well in so little time.

Every type.of packaging and framing available at good prices. Containers and decorations for holidays and gifts. Store is extremely clean and organized. Parking is ample. The staff member that assisted us was extremely helpful and personable

This store has all of your crafting needs. Its well organized, the employees are kind and helpful, and there are cute classes for kids! There are classes for adults, as well, but I havent been to one of those. Michaels is a little pricier but often has coupons online.

I drove out yesterday, google and website indicated it was open, but a letter taped to the door indicated they are temporarily closed. Bummer, as it wasted a trip and added another trip to my project to find material elsewhere.

The store does not carry half of the inventory that the other Michaels in the area carries the store was disorganized as well as the employees when they could be found had no clue where stuff was and just was not helpful.

It’s prob good for crafty people but I’m a pro artist and I’d visit Blick, HL, or even Home Depot for my supplies before here typically... however, they’ve always been nice and helpful when I’ve searched for that strange item I just can’t find. Last one I was in they truly had a very helpful and problem solving artist there working. She got the store an extra star.

Your standard Michaels store. Helpful employees, clean store. This visit we had custom frames ordered for two very sentimental gifts I recieved. The ladies behind the framing counter were super helpful and took the time to help us with options, not scoffing at the fact that we had a budget. A tip: always search for coupons before visiting!

Its a really great store for art supplies, even though it tends to be the most expensive of the three major craft stores (hobby lobby, Joannes and Micheals) it tends to have the best quality supplies. Though you should know that if youre looking for craft supplies over fine arts supplies it might not be the best store for the job. This particular Micheals is very clean and in my experiance the employees are knowledgeable and ready to help.

They honor coupons and discounts and cost half what I bought on line. W/O shipping cost and I dont have to wait a week to have what I need NOW. And super sweet and good service!

This is a nice craft store but I go there to buy yarn for knitting and the yarn stock has really gone down. Not as many choices as they used to have. And compared to some other places it is more expensive.

Went in looking for glass jars with lids. Found someone who took me right to them. Was in and out very quick.

I venture to Michaels in aurora,Ill for unique products most stores wont have ! And when Im there I ck on my cell phone to get coupons or 2 for one BOGO perk $$$ if store not busy staff can/ will asist you! I go there for do it your self picture frames, or special holiday decorations that holidays have meaning.🎃🎄🎆

We went to get a frame wired and the framer just left for lunch so we talked to an associate. She recommended that our frame would not hold the wire and she could possibly crack the wood frame. So we opted for a brand new frame, that was 50% off, but the associate would not frame it herself yet had said it would take 5 minutes and that she could do it. Which was rather confusing to us. So we were told to come back in half an hour till the framer came back. After a half hour we went back and the framer had installed the wire without adding any screws which took 3 minutes to do. Overall, we were happy with the product but were unsatisfied with how long we had to wait if the task would only take less than 5 minutes. It felt like we spent more time explaining to the associate than time getting the task done. We appreciated the advice from the associate but when offered that she could do it but would not do it was off putting.

Good selection but certain craft areas have shrunk a lot (like yarn). Prices are ok but coupons help. Staff is a mixed bag, some are friendly and others are sour. This is my usual store.
