Was sent on a mission by my wife. She sent pictures of items. They couldve been alien spaceship parts for all I knew by the look of them. I walked in, showed the cashier and she just silently walked to where they were and did a Vanna White hand gesture. That was all I needed.Large size or small?Uhhh...*looks at prices*Small fo sho.Prices are ridiculous, but I dont shop there. Ill try to object to future purchases here, to no avail. Oh well.Lady was really nice.
Only 1 employee working but she was amazing. She kept her cool and patient attitude while dealing with a less than easy transaction. I shop here often and service is always great but today I was really impressed.
Just moved to the area and decided to go to Sally’s to purchase a bulk of items my goal was to purchase about $500 in products. The store manager at this location store 3694, was rude as can be!I went in to purchase all of these items the first thing I grabbed was a pair of clippers of WAHL clippers not cheap but great brand. The box felt very light therefore I asked her to please open it up to make sure that everything in there was correct. She inspected the box she opened it up and said everything was there it looked like a pouch was missing from this box therefore she proceeded to go to the shelf pick up another box that was unopened and opened her self to show me that I was wrong as she was right. When I went to purchase more items she started shaking her head no so I proceeded forward to go to the counter and check out while there was a young lady there very kind doing the checkout I had a coupon with a code and I zoomed in with my phone to show her the code the store manager comes up to the counter snatches my phone out of my hand and tells me that this coupon is not applicable to the item I am trying to purchase when clearly the coupon states for the entire purchase the coupon was valid.She proceeded to punch in the code and then acted surprised when it went through. She still had my phone in her hand with Covid 19 happening and a pandemic this is unacceptable! She proceeded to give me the phone after she punched in the code luckily I’m vaccinated but during a time of a global pandemic for somebody to snatch the phone out of my hand because she didn’t believe that the coupon will go through it’s unethical! It’s uncalled for.Once I left the store I proceeded to call corporate office spoke to somebody named Doug who took down the complaint and then hung up on me I called again and spoke to a supervisor who helped me immensely however I will tell you that from this experience my very first experience in the state of Illinois and add the store was absolutely horrible. From now on I will be going to Amazon to purchase anything I need Sally’s you just lost a 15 year customer. I am very disappointed at Sally’s customer service not just at the store but also over the phone customer care is definitely not in their best interest even though they state that they do as much as I had kept repeating myself that I want to return the clippers just not at the store they wouldn’t work with me on that either. As I stated now a 15 year customer will now take my business fully to Amazon.
Will not be coming back to this location ever nor spend my hard earn money here again!!!!!!!!!!!! I came in the store and was not acknowledged nor asked if I need help. However, when two white women walked in, not only did the worker greet them, she also her assistace to them.
Restock on items would be nice
The sales associate, Norma, at this Sally’s North Aurora location was incredible. She was very prompt, courteous, and helpful in assisting us with an unusual return issue that was not the store’s fault. She went above and beyond her job description in numerous ways to be as helpful as possible. Highly recommend!
This Sallys Beauty Supply opens at 10:30, really? What is it with these retailers? Most people would like to have all their errands done by 10:30 and get on with the rest of their day. 3 stars for product quality.
