Phenomenal service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful and made it easy to switch to TMobile. Loved it (and my new phone)

Sprint customer, moving my 4 phones to TMos network. Not only were Kat & John friendly and able to change thing over, they were very knowledgeable about the phones and the plans TMo has for moving Sprint over. They were able to answer all our questions and get four new phones ordered for us, the phones actually showed up a day early!

Was receiving great customer service until the manager stepped in. The manager Eric is rude and very unprofessional. We have been going to this location for years-formerly as the Sprint store and now as T-Mobile, without any issues and with amazing service. If this is T-Mobiles customer service-it is time to change carriers.

Tyler G. and Katherine are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Tyler took time to explain the options of a couple different phones, even taking one off of the testing station so I could hold the phone in my hand to make sure I was comfortable with it. Katherine spent A LOT of time with my husband in showing him options, setting up his automatic alarm, changing touch time, putting a screen protector on the phone so well that you can’t even tell there’s a screen protector on the phone. She was also EXTREMELY helpful and friendly during our time in the store. They only had one Galaxy S20 in the store, so Tyler called another location to have a phone driven over for us, going out of his way to make sure we both left with our new phones. Tyler also came out with me to pair our new devices to my Chevy Equinox, show me how the charging doc worked in my vehicle (our other phones were too old to use it, so we’d never taken advantage of using the cordless charging doc), even changing the name of one phone so that we could have both phones linked with mine being the primary. I can’t stress enough how great these two employees were to us. They had other customers and walk-in’s come in which they handled so professionally and juggled taking care of all of us and our needs without ever acting as if anyone was bothering them or stressing them out. It’s nice to see young people enjoying their jobs and treating us “old folks” with kindness and respect and making 100% sure we were comfortable during our new device purchase. They were wonderful and deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service and knowledge of the technology in their store.

John gave us excellent customer service. Hi is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

I recently switched to T-Mobile and received excellent service from the staff. Very knowledgeable and honest people who helped me save on my monthly bill. They’ll have my business for years to come!

Went in to activate a new cell phone I purchased directly through samsung. The employee working with me was quiet but very helpful! The was another customer in the store being helped by an employee that was going above and beyond to fix the elderly fathers smart phone issues. Overall it was the best most pleasurable trip to a cellular store Ive ever had!

I have nothing but Great things to say about this store and the staff. Kaden helped me the first time I came in took the time to help me and answer all my questions. Options were given to me that were not even mentioned when I went to the store 5 minutes from my house. The time was taken to address all my needs and services that would work best for me. They recommended just enough things and did not push to try to make a sale. I work in the customer service business everyday and the service I received was awesome. The whole staff has a great attitude and treat all customers like friends. I know that when I need anything or someone else is looking for a phone where to send them. Came into Sprint store today and had great service for a technical issue. Charlene and April were super, explaining everything and what I should do the next time it happens. And they said if I didnt remember, to comeback to the store and they would fix it again.

The people in this specific location are absolutely amazing and helpful. Two employees in particular I believe their names were Dan and Jazmin, they were absolutely wonderful. If you go to this location i highly recommend asking for one of these two people.

Brian did a great job, so did the assistant manager rob. I had been to 2 other providers earlier and nether gave me even close to the experience they did. 10/10 would go back.

I only gave in to stars instead of none because they did give me some information about my bill that I had been paying too much. So I try to straighten out on the phone and I found out that I only owed little over $20 the pay my phone off so I dead. Then I found out what I had done online as far as so rearranging my service in my bills was not done correctly again. So I went to T-Mobile got an S9 free tray again my phone that I thought I had paid off then I get a letter in the mail to return the phone. So I find out that the money to pay off the phone was put towards my bill which wasnt even do yet so today I had to finally give them more of my money and I will never give them another dollar again
