I came here for the flu vaccine and proceeded to wait 45 minutes while the middle-aged female pharmacist talked to an elderly couple about everything from their prior health history to what their insurance company was upselling them on other vaccines to their grandchildren to to their favorite movies to what Long Island looked like in the 1970s. I was the only other person in line, but that didnt matter. We all needed to hear their opinions on whether this area needs a skate park for their little Timmy to play in! I finally gave up and left. Really unprofessional.....if I wanted to wait an hour for a vaccine, Id go to the doctors office. But Walgreens doesnt even have doctors administering their vaccines, but mere pharmacists.Even the cashiers who work here look like weird troglodytes. The last time I was here around 10 pm, some young kid shot me an angry look for daring to bring my items to his counter for payment.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 8 years to get my epileptic son medication. It used to be nice and friendly when Frank was working there, now it’s terrible, it’s always a hassle to get my son medication. Majority of the times I’ve to come back twice for his medication due to the pharmacy don’t have his monthly supply. It’s becoming a habit for this pharmacy to give me 5 days, or 10 days supply for a 30 days medication. I never had a problem going back twice for his meds. What I do have a problem with that his pharmacy is charging me double the amount of copay for my son 30 day supply, 2 weeks ago I was there to uplift for my son medication, same story, this time I got 20 days supply of medication, I paid my copay which was $40. Came back yesterday the pharmacy charge me another $40 for 10 pills, let me make this clear, $40 is my monthly copay for this specific drug. It’s not my fault this pharmacy didn’t have the entire 30 days supply, so why do I pay to $80 dollars copay instead of $40??My advice to others stay the hell away from this pharmacy. I’m will be taking my business somewhere else.

Today was a very good game at the Walgreens at 703 new bridge road in North Belmont I was having a problem with Western Union receiving money and with the help of Michelle and Andrea my experience was painless and they helped me a lot made me feel very comfortable and welcome Made my experience theyre very happy just wanted to say thank you very much and anyone who goes to that store will be treated very well once again I would like to drag thank Andrea M Michelle for all the help that they gave me

Absolutely horrible photo service. I went in to have 9 photos printed, they said it should take 20 minutes. Understood, there are other customers who had placed orders before me, I get that. But to have me wait an HOUR? Only to have me go to the counter to ask and for them to tell me to give them 10 more minutes? Okay, I gave them an extra 20. And still not done. I wont be returning to this location. I dont even want to give them 1 star.

Pharmacy are extremely courteous and knowledge. They treat me like family and try to help me.

I used to really like this pharmacy but they hired a new pharmacist - he was rude and extremely disrespectful to me. I had to switch from my usual CVS pharmacy to Walgreens since they were out of stock of my current prescription. As they were filling it he called me to the window and said he refused to fill it - even thought the insurance and my doctor approved it - bc it was a controlled substance. I have had multiple surgeries on my neck and shoulder and have incurable chronic pain and wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy. This medication makes my life livable and I do not abuse it but only take it as prescribed. I was treated like a common criminal!! He was rude and I was scolded at - being told that “you should have plenty left over from last month” when it was a day or 2 short of 30 days. I can appreciate you doing your job but to treat a customer with such disrespect and disregard - in front of other customers, I was never so embarressed and upset in my life. I will never come back to this pharmacy and will advise all my family and friends to also stay clear of this pharmacy as well. Such a shame. The regular staff in the front is friendly and courteous. STAY CLEAR OF THE PHARMACY!!

The store is good the employees are friendly & will go out of there way to help you!! The PHARMACY IS ANOTHER THING!! Thats why I use a different PHARMACY.

My Wife & I like this location, its clean, ample parking, and, usually not at all crowded !! Lines move faster than other Walgeens locations !! We will continue to patronize this location !!

Fedex on site with NO FEDEX ENVELOPES OR BOXES!?? Really?
