We are on vacation here in North Bend and our 2021 Chevy 3500 had a blow-out. My husband went to Ken Ware Chevrolet to order a replacement tire. They ordered it and when he went back to check on the tire delivery, they told him that he would have to order 4 tires. Needless to say, the other tires are fine since we just purchased the truck in March. So instead we ordered a tire via Amazon and now need to have the tire mounted. My husband called to ask if they would mount the tire so that we would have a spare to travel home, back to Las Vegas, and they said “no”.It is sad that a Chevy dealership will not help a Chevy customer. I will be contacting GM to voice my complaint regarding Ken Ware Chevrolet, one of their representatives.

Great dealership, I purchased my brand new 2004 Silverado there and will most likely buy a new Silverado there in 2024.

Wanted them do do a few things and it took over a week so I thought that was too long. Check engine light still is on and the tighten fuel cap still came on. They cant change out the catalytic converter, they also dont do alignments so what the hell. They dont answer the phones very well either. But they were very nice and courteous. But the service dept needs work.

Ken Ware. provided excellent auto services. The employees and management were kind, courteous, and respectful. They were also extremely helpful and efficient in accessing what repairs needed to be made and making them. The prices were amazing and in my opinion definitely beat anywhere else. I got both my break rotors fixed and more and it still cost me half the estimate I received from another auto shop. They also provided a complimentary cleaning of my floor rugs. For future auto repairs I will be going to them and suggesting them as well.thank you Ken Ware. !!💯🙌

Edit - the mechanic failed to attach the DEF tank to the fill hose. Had to get it fixed, at a cost to us, at a dealership in Post Falls, ID. We had to cancel our long standing reservations in Glacier National Park and lost our reservation deposit of $100. We are still waiting for the reimbursement check promised to us for the repair bill. I will change the stars if we don’t get the check soon.We are full time RVers and our truck’s check engine light turned on. The service personnel were so helpful and got us in within two days. Fixed the problem and our trip was only delayed by one day. Thank you!

I wanted full synthetic for my oil change, and they said Chevy recommended a blend. Every other Chevy dealer was more than happy to do a full synthetic oil change. All I got was a song and dance...

I lost the key to my Chevy S10. They were very friendly and looked it up quickly, got a replacement one ordered and because they didnt have that model of key in stock they actually referred me to one of their competitors down the street which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to buy a car or anything else from them.

I worked with Paul and the sales team who absolutely bent over backwards to help me find the right truck. During the pandemic and with shortages etc, we finally found a truck which will be delivered from the factory and into our hands, with the right price point. Paul has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he has the customers interest at heart and that is appreciated. I like that our local dealer is interested in fostering relationships over making a buck which I believe is more profitable in the long run. Purchased many vehicles w/ them.First time we purchased an actual brand new Chevy. Everything else has been from their used lot & were other manufacturers.Our sales rep has always been wonderful along w/ the guys in the financing department.Maintenance, repairs, service = AWFULOn many different occasions,1)when turning the vehicle on all gauge clusters would freeze. None would load or work.2)back up camera did not last 2 years.3)back up camera now hazy & blurry4)back up camera freezes.Theres not even 46,000 miles on the vehicle. Completely covered bumper to bumper for 7 years or 72,000 miles.ALL service & maintenance has been done by the same dealership.We have been charged for EVERY SINGLE moment of their time & parts.They claim the problem was it needed updated.Not ONCE have they said sorry for any inconvenience.They wont even fix the camera because in his opinion it still works.I am DONE w/ this dealership.

We have purchased at least 3 vehicles from here. The sales representatives are always very polite and helpful without being pushy, which is something both my wife and I absolutely detest. We both have worked in retail and being a hard seller just does not work. The photo of the Dodge Journey is our most recently purchased vehicle and we love it. Im sure that in the future we will be using this dealer for any other vehicles we may need to purchase.

I have been screwed over too many times at dealerships from out of state. I was very apprehensive about buying a vehicle for that reason. Service department is really nice and very helpful. That is about where the good ends. Sales staff and managers were misleading and I got a pretty bad deal. My 2014 impala has had to have work done twice now and it has less than 20k miles. I wish I had never done business here.

Driving from Virginia through Oregon, I lost an exhaust sensor and was in limp mode. Jim Reed got me some help on Friday night, but then fixed the problem on Monday and Tuesday, having to order parts from Salt Lake. These are great people with a great service department. We had a starting problem with a 2015 rental car and the technicians fit us in despite being filled. They contacted the rental company to ensure there was no charge to us. Great service and great people!

I have a water leak in a 2008 HHR. This was a documented problem with many customers on various online forums. This is a manufacturing defect. Yet when I wanted Ken Ware in North Bend, Oregon to fix the problem, they refused citing their only obligation was to vehicles under warranty.I wasnt asking for warranty coverage. I was willing to pay. Their recommendation to fixing the problem was to use a body shop 30 minutes away. They wouldnt even recommend their own body shop.I contacted the factory and they couldnt even get Ken Ware to do the work. Amazing that a customer that has bought multiple Chevrolets cant even pay to get their car repaired at the dealership.Honestly I would have been happier if I took the car to them and they arranged the body shop to do the repair and actually provided some customer service.

Great honest people love the fact AQ drive just but any other vehicle in that lot all day long and they have no issues with me just walking away. I was able fine a vehicle I liked get a great price for it no haggling is simple in easy I will continue to buy my vehicles from them in the future

I guess there is only one person who signs disclosures and final loan documents, so dont show up late or youll loose your spot in line. Besides waiting a long time (two hours) to sign documents, everything was fine.

Terrible first impression. The first person to approach was doing fine but he was interrupted by a senior salesman who was rude in my opinion. He interrupted to start with, almost ignored me and certainly did not offer to shake my hand. We walked on and he followed even though we were clear we were just looking. In fact we are going to buy a pickup but not at this dealership. FYI to young man, when you shake a womans hand do it just like you would a man, firm grip and dont hold on.

What should have been a 5 day job in the body shop has turned into 8. They tell their front office person every excuse in the book and wont even call me about whats going on. They do appear to be incompetent. I should have known better, when I went looking for a new car over a year ago no one had time to talk to me, they just took my info, and than someone called me a year later to see if I was still looking. Id already gone to the Ford dealership a year ago.

Salesman will lie to you to get a sale and when called on it the will lie to get out of it and the manager/management & owner stand behind this behavior. They sell used vehicles that they havent even checked out or ran through there shop as gd vehicles. The volt we bought from them has had battery issues from day one and continues to have them to this day about every 2 weeks we have to have it jumpstarted. Before buying from Ken Ware read internet reviews and on Facebook whats happening coos county. Many other have had the same experience.
