My husband has daily prescriptions that he has to take, were away from home but with rite aid we can call and get them filled. We called the north bend one because its closer to us. We called 7 times using the automated phone directory. Finally I just called the number and dialed for a different department and was switched to pharmacy and than finally got an answer. She didnt even apologize for how many times I called and had an attitude when I explained that we were out of home town. Than rudely said they would be done late today. If my husband didnt need his medicine right away, I wouldve said forget it and drove an extra 20 miles to the next rite aid. They need to work on customer care alot more!!
So I personally love Riteaid my whole life I remember using Riteaid for everything. If my family needed something we got them there, flu shots, meds, ice cream, all hygiene products we bought it from Riteaid. That is the only reason that Im giving this riteaid a four star review. When I first moved here in 2016 the North Bend Riteaid was the best drugstore around in my oponion. Other then not having an ice cream section they were pretty perfect. They even made sure that theyre bathrooms are handicap accessible. Since then I feel their services have decreased a ton. My medications are never filled on time, when I show up its at least a thirty minute wait, and its super irritating to be told to pick up my meds on Monday at 4:00 pm and then not actually be able to get them until Friday at 5:30 pm because they werent ready all week. Look I really like riteaid and Im writing this in hopes that they will get their shizz together . ALSO THIS ISNT A REFLECTION ONf the Staff. My EXPERIENCE WITH THE EMPLOYEES HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD ONE.. the system is just not working.I. truly hope they get a better one otherwise Ill be finding a new pharmacy and a betterdrugstore.
I take daily meds that are NEVER ready on time. Its not healthy to be forced to go without depression meds and preventative asthma meds. Also, they are closed more often than.open.
Incredibly rude employee by the name of Julie practically hung up on me while I was asking a simple question? Disappointing to say the least! I did not believe the question I asked about a product was too taxing, all it required was a yes or no
I can’t get my medications on time have to wait days and have been having issues with them to the point no one is picking up the phone Its so Infuriating! Does anyone even work at this pharmacy ?
Assistant Manager doesnt wear mask and then had attitude about it not really being the law. Inappropriate in a wellness type setting during pandemic.Addendum: Went back two days ago, and everyone wore masks, and an employee even chased someone down and got her a mask (but did let a middle aged male customer go without one). Rite Aids response was AWESOME, so Im bumping this review up.
ALWAYS very nice. Very good pharmacy staff. Very easy to work with five stars is not enough. Never had a problem.
Don’t expect to get you medicine on time. Every time I’ve gone to pick up a prescription they haven’t even started it, regardless of when my doctor sent it. I don’t know what their staff does there, but checking their faxes and computer messages obviously isn’t it.. Would love to go to Walgreens instead, but they don’t take my insurance
It’s a great and friendly place and if I need help there is always someone to help me find what I am looking for! Great service!!
I have been with this Pharmacy for many years and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Use a different pharmacy -trust me. Too many reasons to list all. Some of the reasons are refills not getting handled on a timely basis, attitudes from some employees, and organization very bad. I gave them 2 years after a few retirements, but having to come into store 8+ or so times monthly for 4 prescriptions is unacceptable.
I called in for refill, automated system said will be ready for pickup at 11AM, at noon the person working said that I should have known better than to have listened to there system. WTF?
I had a Doctor make a mistake and send my superscription to the Bandon rite aid, I went into the North Bend rite aid where the doctor had resubmitted the prescription and they told me that I needed to contact the Bandon location to tell them to cancel the prescription so they could fill it there. When I called the Bandon location they wouldnt answer the phone so I asked if the North Bend location could call the Bandon location since i couldnt get through. They gave me aditude and said there was nothing they could do for me. I finally got ahold of the Bandon location by choosing the i am a Doctor calling option and it went right through...go figure. Once the prescription was filled they told me i had to have a consult even though all i had to do was sign saying i wanted to decline the consult. I am never going back there again...they made me feel like I didnt matter and didnt have a clue what they were doing.
Great store....but...they take forever in the drive thru to get you your prescriptions
Pulled up was asked dob gave dob 40 min later pushed the button 3 times final time they came back same person how may I help you I said dob again and Ive been waiting 30+ min to be ignored and then 10 min later asked for pay to finally get it 20 min after this is the last time I will be coming to this store if it wasnt for my mom being in poor health I would not have waited this long
Pharmacy is awful! Extremely slow. Youll sit at the drive thru for 10 mins before they get to you. Ive had them mess up on my meds as well. Very frustrating.
Completely incompetent pharmacists. I was very upset to find that not only did they not have my medicine but they told me I was not in their system. This is after my family has been with them for two years. I handed them my insurance card and she said came back saying my birthday was incorrect, with no follow-up. The pharmacist was irate and told me it was my fault for picking up my prescription too late but apparently they never called it in in the first place nor took the time to call me to let me know that there was a problem with my insurance profile. She said they were in a crisis there and had no time to solve my problem. Meanwhile, all I need was the prep-drink for a surgical procedure. Horrible customer service. Horrible!
The actual pharmacy hours are not the same as shown online. The pharmacy is only open until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. And only 8pm M-F. This should also be posted on the site.
Clean store and nicely stocked.
Just a good size of permacy.Other than bargain selling is not cheap.Oregon souvenirs and ordinary foods and miscellaneous goods are also handled.Clerk is everyone s friendly (^ ^)
