Great turn around time, quality of services, and cost! They have a lot of specialized knowledge, equipment, and skills. I could not be happier with their vinyl and screen printing services for my business.

We ordered five shirts one month ago. The day we came in to order them, no one communicated with us that the design person was going to be on vacation. So we waited well over a week to call and ask the status in which a woman rudely told us that he was on vacation and he would handle it when he got back. We then waited another week still no phone calls no communication and no email. Then again another status call and the guy didn’t even introduce himself. Through the conversation, as my daughter is explaining what she is needing or who she is and what her order was, he then says that his name was Chris and that he’s the one that is the designer. Then through another phone call they then didn’t even understand or know what our order was because nobody wrote down the colors, design, etc..So one month later…. Another status phone call and we are simply told they’re working on the order. Then we get a phone call a day later… in which the woman was very tart and short and just said the order was ready and hung up the phone, unsatisfactory customer service! we finally get our shirts and when we arrive we simply asked a question and the woman was very rude and not even wearing shoes! The price was very high but yet she told us that we got a steal of a deal because somehow we got a discount but didn’t explain why. We will never take our continued business to this company again. We love buying local and we love supporting our community but when we, as a new Business, are treated less than stellar and glared at and spoken to disrespectfully we will take our business to someone else!

I took a couple of my husbands shirts in to have them embroidery a little poem on the shirts. My plan is to make the shirts into a memory pillow for my grandchildren. They did a fantastic job, and very very reasonable. I will take any more work that I need to have done to them in a minute. I highly recommend TeeShirt. They do beautiful work and theyre really nice too!!

I had a great experience with all the staff. I had ordered at shirt on line....... did not arrive in time for a concert. I went in to TeeShirt Express they heard my story and made my shirt in 48 hours for a reasonable price. Super awesome.

I stopped in to check prices. They were friendly and helpful. The prices they quoted me where a little high but still good. I cannot adress their quality of work though until my order gets here so only 4 stars for now. I will update when I get more info

I used to go here for everything. Not anymore. They have a new (to me) lady working here who is not the owner, and she is RUDE. Kept rolling her eyes at me (every two minutes), and looking off behind me not listening to what Im saying. Completely monotone. Disrespectful. Charged me $72 to have 12 words printed on two shirts, and 7 words printed on another shirt. One color. No designs. The price seemed way over-priced to me, but I didnt mind because the reason I was getting the shirts meant way more to me than the money to buy them. I ended up paying in full because she told me I had to put money down, and I left. I was very upset while driving back to work about the way she was acting. I could tell she wasnt really listening to me as well so I was nervous how it would turn out, etc. So I called and I got the owner, who is nice and Ive always went through her for everything, and I had to tell her I wanted a refund. I ended up getting a refund and my shirts back, and had a WAY better, more professional and delightful experience at BNT in North Bend.I gave them two stars for the refund, and nothing else.

Did not go for the t-shirts, was there because a shipping something by a FedEx. However while there I saw an amazing amount of t-shirts and several people coming in and out. The staff was very friendly

Im from out-of-state and was looking for a unique cap that had a suede-type look and feel to the bill and had verbiage on it like Oregon Coast and embroidered. Disappointed and not finding one pre-made I had this place custom-make one for me that was fantastic. I also had them make a second cap that said Charleston Bay on it. The owners joked with me about that saying, You sure you dont want it to say North Bend? They are very friendly service-oriented people that are wonderful to work with - and they do fantastic work as well! A great shopping experience for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nearly every business in the area should take lessons from this place! The best customer service experience Ive had in a long time. They answered questions, looked like they enjoyed working, and went above and beyond to price the right product (a banner) for our band. Still Standin will be back and working with TS Express much more in the future.
