My VA hearing device just up and quit on me. Gotta have it to drive.Went to two local hearing clinics, but they wanted to make reservations for next week.Found the local Miracle-Ear clinic, and even though busy, they cheerfully fit me in.Ten minutes later, I was handed back my hearing appliance, cleaned, batteries replaced, with extra new batteries, and working superbly.The staff was professional, personable, and efficient. Without reservation I would recommend North Bend Miracle-Ear clinic to anyone.

Today marks 1 year with my hearing aids. I’ve had hearing aids second grade till ninth grade through the school program at no cost to my family. It has been about 25 years with no hearing aids due to old ones quite working and funds. Now with my job and Miracle-Ear I have a new set of hearing aids. It’s amazing on what I’ve been missing out on and it brings me back to my first set in second grade. I just wanted to send out a Big Thank You to Miracle-Ear team here in North Bend, Oregon.

Yesterday 2/10/2020 I had another appointment for maintenance and it was a very positive experience. I love that Bens little Stoic is there to greet people. The couple before Ben and Pam did the same. What a calming idea especially if youngsters come in. I had my left hearing aid clog over the weekend and Ben chided me for not calling him. He said he would have come in to fix it. Where else would you find someone willing to come in on their day off to help a customer? Once again I cant complement this team enough. 😍

Long ago we had to deal with people shouting across the dinner table just to have a conversation. Well, we still do because my family is German, Austrian, and Scottish so the louder you are the more you are heard. Or so we thought. One day Grandma wasnt chiming in, which if your grandma is anything like mine you know thats never the case. Turns out her hearing had gone out the window, along with manners, cares, or ability to not tell you what she really thinks when shes thinking it. I figure it you have kids, who have kids, and manage to keep everyone alive while being the matriarch of the family you have the right to do whatever. So, with this being said, I hope I painted a picture of Grandma. And she LOVED Ben Parker when we went in for her consult. I think she asked me to trade places so he could be part of the family... Needless to say, Grandma actually wants to go in to get her hearing aides and we dont have to sedate her (just kidding!). Thanks to Ben for such great service and charming Grandma! Ben is the Best!

Ben impressed me from the first time he shook my hand --he had good vibes. He is respectful of women and has shown patience when Ive shown my lack of coordination. He gives off positive energy and encouragement until I finally get the hang of his demonstrations of inserting my new hearing aid. Ben is a genuine good guy who after explaining all the options, never pressed me for a decision before I was ready.

I stopped in without an appointment and had all my questions answered. Very tidy office, Pam was extremely helpful. Thanks for all your help! Will recommend my friends and family get their hearing needs sorted out here.

If I could give Ben and Pam 10 stars I would. Yesterday I just stopped by at the last minute to see if maybe my hearing aid repair came in. It had just come that day and even though they were backed up they stayed late after a really long day to make sure that I got my hearing aids and that they were programmed correctly. They knew I lived out of town and didn’t want me to have to come back another day. Every experience I’ve had with these guys has just been phenomenal. So 10 stars from me!!!

The new location, Receptionist, and new audiologist Ben Parker, are impressive. My Grandpas hearing aids were not working well until Ben meticulously cleaned them. My Gpa can hear So much better now. Miracle ear has improved dramatically since a year ago.

This office is terrific! I went because I wasn’t sure if I had a hearing loss. Finding out that I had a significant hearing loss was quite a shock! Ben made the whole experience easy for me. He is knowledgeable, supportive but very honest. So pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who thinks they MIGHT have a hearing loss!

I found Terry and Joyce to be professional, knowledgeable and willing to take the time necessary to make sure that we understood every aspect of the examination my husband had. When it came time to order his hearing aids, Terry again made sure we understood exactly what we were getting and that we were comfortable with our choice. When the hearing aids came in we got extensive instruction on use, and when weve had a question or two, Terry has always been available to us. I would definitely recommend this office of Miracle Ear to anyone.

Ben has renewed my faith in my husbands hearing being the best it can be with aids. He was very understanding and helpful with those of us not so technically savvy.
