I cannot say enough good things about Ray Mees. Weve taken multiple cars to there to get them fixed. Top notch work every single time. I love this no nonsense -great customer service auto body shop. Last week my car was hit in the back right bumper and I took it to Ray Mees and got an estimate for the work from Chris. He took my car into the shop to take a look at it and called me a little while later- said my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived my bumper was fixed and they even painted the scratches on the bumper. I couldnt believe how great it look. Chris told me I would eventually want/need a new bumper if I was hit again but was more concern with saving me time and money. He handed me the estimate for the new bumper and told me to have a good day. When the time for a new bumper comes around, you know who I am going to call. Its no surprise these guys have so much business and customers. They simply are the BEST! Thanks again Chris!

Extremely happy with the out come of my car repair. Carlos is very professional and fast. They estimated 9 days to complete the job and by day 6 the job all done. They even took their time to clean the inside of car.

Our car was banged up in a hit and run. Our insurance company suggested a few nearby garages and we chose Ray Mees. Happy we did! They were very easy to deal with, super professional, and while our insurance covered majority of the costs, we found the pricing quite reasonable and well worth the very good quality of their work. Usually when you think about dealing with insurance companies along with auto garages you assume itll be a nightmare, but Ray Mees made the entire experience fast and easy. Highly recommended!

Had to fix front bumper, hood, headlight for Nissan Sentra 2015 specifically spoke to them if they could order parts and let me know when to drop off the car once the parts where all there.They said no problem took all insurance info and my info. Called at the end of first week. parts were not there. received no call second week called back still no parts. I called on Monday of third week dropped off car because i was told all parts were at the shop. asked about estimate of time it would take for everything was told a week .No problem took a week off work due to no vehicle only form of transportation 40 min away. was told it would be done by Friday. was told it was on the last finishing touch ups and paint had to take more days off work. was told Tuesday of fourth week it would be done and would be kept up to date never received a call. called Wednesday morning was told by end of day would be done latest Thursday morning. Went personally to location car was not done bumper not attached nothing was told parts should be coming in today. reason i took car two weeks after was because all parts were suppose to be at the location. to be told bumper should arrive today. was giving a rental due to absurd time it took. could not miss another week of work. No communication with customer or updates went to this shop because of the good reviews but was disappointed by the lack of time and carelessness. At the end of it never acknowledge why it took so long. Took the money and had no care would definitely not go back here and i have more work needed to be done but will go to another shop that will not take a month. extremely disappointed!!!

I took my red Dodge Charger to be fixed. Dealt with the Geico adjuster named Mike. he was very nice and helpful. Dropped my car off and it was done in two days. when I picked up my car it was beautiful. it came out awesome color matched perfectly. Chris the owner is a very nice guy and very easy to deal with. I will be definitely be going back in case I ever have another problem.

Would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone!!!! If you want quality work thats quick and super detailed this is the spot to go!!! Not only is the shop ridiculously clean and well maintained the staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Eddy is fantastic and has great customer service skills. Went into every detail and explained everything to me. Made me feel really comfortable after a terrible accident.Cant find trustworthy shops anymore but this is the one!!! Every experience Ive had with this shop so far has been Grade A!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

This place is quite terrible. They completely lied about the car damages to my mother. I knew they were full of it and brought it to another reputable shop in the area. They explained that there were some damages for sure but nowhere as ridiculous as what the man here said. Never coming back here again.

Very accommodating. I wish I knew about this auto body shop earlier. The team was awesome. Delivered my car back looking better than before. Total turn around was 1 day for the car. Manager called me to verify if I would be able to pick up same day, because then he could expedite it in queue. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone. I had my Honda Accord repaired at this shop after an object on the road destroyed everything at the bottom of my car as well as my bumper. My car stayed there for about a week and when i took it back, it looked as if no accident happened. Great body repair work, great mechanical work and great customer service.. I took my car back once again after i felt a small difference in the way it drives. They were very friendly, listened all my concerns, went for a drive with me to address the issue, and pointed out where the problem was (it was the lack of break calibration which the previous repair shop should have taken care of), and fixed that for me as a courtesy.. They also provided guarantee with everything they’ve changed in my car and also told me i can stop by anytime if i have any concerns. Thank you so much Chris and Fernando for all the work you have done.

Excellent quality of service, I cant say enough good things about this shop. We found this place through GEICO after our vehicle was sideswiped, but I wish Id known about them sooner. Their staff was very courteous, professional and accommodating. The owner, the appraiser, the office staff and the techs were all great to deal with. The work they performed was excellent and the SUV looked brand new after the repairs were done. The owner made sure we were happy and even took care of a small issue unrelated to the original repair. Theres also Enterprise car rental on site, which made the experience even better. This is what excellent customer service looks like.

Honestly one of the best bodyshops i’ve visited, there was extra damage from a previous accident and they fixed it absolutely free of cost. It was a small scratch, but they went out of their way to fix and it and make my car look awesome again. Chris you are awesome!

Got in a pretty bad accident. The whole front, passenger side of my car was smashed in. Everybody said it was totalled. There was no way my car could be fixed. I found ray mees through my insurance provider and in two weeks, got my car back looking perfect. They had to replace the door, hood, radiator, fender, light, and a bunch of other stuff. You cant even tell. They are amazing

Always seem to do exceptional work

Let me start off by saying really nice people and they did excellent work in a timely fashion on my car.. however i didn’t like the fact that they drilled 2 holes into my front bumper without asking me first. i had my license plate zip tied to my grille cuz i was waiting for my mount to come in the mail. i’m gonna call them first thing in the morning and see wht they say. i’m not trying to be rude i just didn’t ask for it.UPDATE! i called and they said they will take care of it right away for me when i bring my car in. and they apologized to me.

Horrible!! Wasted 10 days on this place only to find out they ordered wrong parts on car then said they were not able to fix simple bumper repair. Go somewhere the mechanics are more skilled.

I went there because someone hit my car and geico sent me here. when I brought my car they fixed but they did something to my car keys remote. they are not working when I when to asked them. the manager said they were like that when you came. that was not true .I will never come back here to fix my car.
