Very unprofessional. Female had negative attitude, couldn’t provide information on the different machines they stock. Every question I asked was a burden for her to answer. Woman has no knowledge regarding clippers/ trimmers. Worst customer service. Buyers beware. Many other beauty supply shops that will provide decent service. Shop elsewhere for better experience and service. Place doesn’t deserve 1 star, consider it a gift from Google.

Its not a bad store it has everything you need to start being a beginner barber and the lady there is really nice I 10/10 would recommend going there

I ordered some hair gel from them. I sent an email weeks after the Shop app stated a shipping label was made. I got a reply email the next day stating my order was canceled upon request. I emailed them back asking for an explanation and have yet to receive a reply 4 days later.

Barber Supply & Company is awesome! They always have hard-to-find items, their customer service is top notch! Luz is the owner, she is always super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products she sells! Prices are always great! This is the only spot I will go to for my barber shop supplies!

Stopped by to get some clippers fixed. Owner was attentive and said she didn’t do traits but to let her take a look to see if there was anything she could do. A few min later, she adjusted the blades, cleaned out the clippers and had me on my way - no charge. Thought there was a bigger issue but the 5 min she took to help me out saved me so much time and money. Much appreciated and will def be back soon.

I recently ordered the Wahl senior Cordless from this place and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I was attended directly by Luz along the process of ordering via phone (I ordered from Miami) and she was polite,helpful, and extremely efficient in getting me exactly what I needed. Besides the Amazing price I paid for a Pro level clipper, the shipping process was easy and fast. I couldn’t ask for better service. I will most definitely order from this place again soon!

My boyfriend job requires him to be clean cut and always shaven but because hes dark skin, he cant shave everyday because he breaks out and ends up getting in trouble at work BUT thank God for Luz who is the owner of the store. She showed my boyfriend exactly what razor blade and cream to use and showed him exactly how he should be shaving. Job saver! So happy that I found this place and the owner was such a sweet person!

Clean presentation affordable prices and the owner helped me out with some product and honestly had some excellent sugguestions. There was one product that they were out of and usually places would just stop there. But working in customer service I know you have to go above and beyond esspically for a first time customer.
