Poor customer service. I went there today because I needed some pictures printed, and there was a rude guy, he was very impolite and very rude. He is kinda a big guy and has beard, and def he is nor very happy working there.
The store is open 24 hours and I live around the block ... There are a couple employees that are extremely helpful and courteous ... There is also 1 manager a woman I dont know her name it might be Gloria she definitely deserves a raise .... Then there is a morning manager man and a over ight manager young light skin guy they think they are cvs superhero managers .... If anybody cares to ask why I call them that then that will be another comment lol.... But yes the 1 manager lady Gloria she is awesome and deserves a raise

I am a CSI manager, I do this for a living, it’s all about empathy and listening to a customer when needed. Unfortunately with my experience, I put in my prescriptions on time, I was unable to pick them up due to being a single mom working full-time and trying to juggle virtual schooling with my two kids. my one child needs a substance for school... I understood that I was late to pick up and I kindly asked if I can at least get one or two pills until I got her psychiatrist to prescribe me a prescription for her this month so she can get her medication up and running and on time again. They didn’t care to ask, they didn’t care to even care, they just disregarded ignored me, when all I asked was a simple question. It’s very upsetting when times like this and “we” understand that at certain companies, we have to follow protocols but as a employer for a company we have to sit down and talk to our customers and say why and why not. They did not care. I’m very upset, I never did I think to put up a review about this, because I deal with this every day but this is unacceptable very unacceptable. It doesn’t hurt to try and it doesn’t hurt to hold someone’s hand, because everyone situation is completely different I put myself in peoples shoes so I can sit down and understand where they’re coming from even if, we/I can’t deliver what’s expected but at least the try was there. It wasn’t there with this pharmacy, being that they are in the medical field you would think they would have this type of empathy/sympathy. Nothing. Even if I don’t have the answer, theres is an urgency that I will try to find the answer for my people. I definitely did not see that with them, actions definitely speak louder. Very upsetting during this time that we are all going through. Thank you CVS pharmacy you were no help.
They talk about customers to each other. They violate HIPPA regulations. They lie to the customers. They have no sympathy. Horrible people working in the pharmacy.

This place is a joke. Years ago I made my first child support payment here. It cant be done with a debit card. I didnt know. They called to bring me back. And made me feel as if I was committing a crime. I let that slide. Today I walk in there and some lady in a mask stops me and tells me I have to disinfect my hands. Listen you do what it takes to keep you safe. You have on gloves and masks. God damn if you are going to take away my freedoms. I wash my hands and protect myself daily. But you arent going to force me to do it your way. This place will never get my business again.
Gloria, the assistant manager at this location is extremely courteous, patient with seniors, and values the customers very highly. Ms Gloria is a valuable asset to CVS.
I dont whats been going on with them. Ever since they remodeled theyve been slow. I usually give them plenty of time to fill my prescription but hours and hours later I still have to wait
The customer service at the pharmacy check out is the worst set up ever. During busy times where people pick up medicine they only have one person at check out. They need to hire more part timer who are willing to work at this time, the pharmacist have a nasty attitude. I told them i was waiting for her and when i finally receive my text it was ready i came to check out and i had to do the line so why was i waiting for ? Nobody would talk to me like they don’t understand people have busy life and should’ve be waiting on a line for more than 10 mins . I was literally standing there in like for 35 minutes, the manager need to find a better way to work during busy time.
CARELESS PHARMACY!!! PUBLIC DANGER! Everyone if you are going to use this CVSs pharmacy department for prescriptions, please make sure you are triple checking the medicine they give you and ask many questions. Physically look at the medicine if you are familiar with it and makes sure the pills are shaped the same as the last months. This CVS has twice provided the wrong medicine to a family member of mine. Recently, my 70 Year Old mother went to get her needed blood pressure medicine (store was crowded and its dangerous in these COVID-19 times). Seems that they put someone elses medicine in her bag and since it looked similar to her real medication she did not notice it. She took the wrong medicine for a week! Now the store is telling her she needs to go back in to give them the wrong meds and get the right one vs. deliverymen the correct medicine. Luckily it wasnt a medicine that was super dangerous for her, but CVS North Bergen couldve killed her. The first time this store messed up was with my poor baby who was given the wrong vitamins with Fluoride in his name. He was taking it for over a month as it had his name on the prescription so we thought it was right. Fluoride is very bad for young children. It was the next pharmacist that noticed the Fluoride when she was refilling and flagged it to us. I shouldve reported them back then to corporate HQ. Now I am just putting out this warning to all, The 90th street/Bergenline North Bergen CVS Pharmacy is dangerous and careless! BEWARE!!!!!
Pharmacy is slow AF! People that work here seem to hate their lives and want all the customers to know. No one smiles here and don’t even get me started on their phone etiquette. They answer the phone with a bland hello; no proper greeting for the time or day or even information as to whom I’ve reached. Incredible. If you hate working here then quit, or maybe take some of those happy pills that you take so long to provide to people who ACTUALLY need them.
Parking is good. The store is fine. The pharmacy is the problem. Pharmacy line is always super long. Pharmacists and pharmacist technicians always have an attitude. Youll be lucky if they even pick up the phone and if they do.... expect an attitude about how they are really busy. Avoid unless absolutely necessary.
I was giving in my prescription and one of the workers (Josefa) overheard how much my prescription would cost. She directed me to web site for a Manufacturers coupon. BAAAAM saved me $65.00. Thank you so much.
Do not waste your time, go elsewhere. Not a credible place. After waiting 10 mins to speak to someone at 11 pm, for a medication I’ll need early in the morning, I was told they had it in stock. Around 7 am I paid an Uber to show up and was told otherwise. You just don’t do that. Waste other people’s time and money. Very insensitive and rude. Best believe you lost any future business you would have gotten from me. To the person who did that, you’re a miserable, disgusting woman.
The worst cvs. I ordered a photo book for same day pick up and it was delayed by 9 hours without any notification. Moreover, when I got an email and I went to the store they didn’t have it ready. It’s ridiculous how they never even let me know and the people are the store were not helpful at all. My worst experience at this cvs store.
Prices are so out of touch with reality. They just expect you to pay anything they want just because there is no other choice. For a while now they have hired a security who walks around and makes you feel uncomfortable. It seems to be like you are a suspect of some crime. I will suggest to hired someone to keep the air system clean. It should be essential for a pharmacy to keep it the best they can. I posted a picture of one outlet where you can see how little time they spent cleaning it. Just imagine how dirty the ducts have to be !!!!
Just waited on a pharmacy line that was the full length of an aisle. Just to be told it will be another 20 minutes. Complete waste of time. The year is 2018 almost 2019.. get with the times CVS. Mismanaged and poorly run!! Dont go here if you can help it
This is absolutely the worst CVS I have ever been to in my life, the manger Freddy Gamboa, treats his employees awfully, I have witnessed to this several times while visiting the store and he is very complicated. Every time you ask this guy a question he puts on a long face and seems like he doesn’t care about his job at all. I recommend CVS starts to actually use there head and get rid of this terrible manager.

Ugly looking store, like it looks dirty and needs to be renovated. Employees are not helpful and need attitude checks. Don’t bother coming here, go to Walgreens that is only half a block away from here.
The worst pharmacy around! Please, do your self a favor and go somewhere else, they make you wait hours to tell you they don’t have the medicine, the staff is rude, they do not care if you are in pain or having shortness of breath, the pharmacist is not profesional at all!
The managers have no concept of customer service. they do not smile, they are barely helpful if you ask them and it is not unusual to receive bad attitude
Awful communication with customers, timing on when medication is supposed to be ready is inaccurate. I don’t know if this issue is them being understaffed or what, however Ive had a bad experience with this pharmacy overall.

This is usually a great pharmacy but they do not want to pick up. I know this because I went inside and no one was in line or anything, they were not busy but just refuse to pick up. I hate when businesses do this, you need your customers, ignoring them is rude and can be life threatening. Like I need a change for asthma medicine for a child but need to give the updated info, so in a span of 5 minutes drive you just cant pick up. Called before I went there too, no one picked up and they were empty inside. Just because someone is calling doesnt they are not close or in stores. Worst customer service, even worst because of the line of work you are in, someone can LITERALLY DIE for your petty negligence. A negative star wasnt possible.

They yelled at my mother and were very disrespectful and said to go to Edgewater to get my little sisters medicine because she was really sick and on the middle of the night that we were coming back from the hospital the attendant said come back Tuesday or Wednesday and we did and when my mother went they said that it was not ready and yelled at her and screamed at her
