The worst EVER!! Made a appt for the booster shot . Got there and it’s a long wait . I’m not too sure why they make you do an appt only to be seen an hour later . They should let people know to get there an hour before your appt to receive it when you make the appt smh .

Pretty good experience.

I go to this pharamcy for myself and my parents. Theyre courteous and since I go regularly I recognize most of the pharmacist and technicians there.What I generally do is I either use their automated refill online or call ahead of time and go a day or two later.When I get there it literally takes 5-10 minutes at the most depending on whos ahead of me.

The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. Prescription was there for a week no call no text then when I go in to inquire the clerk says they don’t have the cream to make it. It took them one week to realize they didn’t have the ingredients to make the prescription. So I asked for a manager who threaten security because I told her this was just unprofessional. All along they are giving a 90 year old woman a hard time because she didn’t know where exactly to stand in line. The worst I’ve seen

Worst call services experience ever..... dont call what so ever

I loved going here, because of the convenience of buying groceries etc while I wait for my prescriptions, but lately I have had many issues with my prescriptions nor being ready when I get there and is a waste of time. I have to call them up to 3x to make sure everything is ok for me to pick up the prescriptions, but there is always something... I tell them to call me or text if there’s any issues and they never do. I know I don’t have the best health insurance, therefore my copays are high, and it bothers me when they keep asking me if I’m ok paying a high copay, the answer is: I have no other option, even tho I tell them I will pay, and to have it ready they still dont have it ready for me when I get there. The same thing happens when I need medications for other family members.This is why I decided to change pharmacies. Small local pharmacies care more about their patients and call/text if there’s any issues.

I believe that this Walmart is much better than the one in Bayonne NJ..... So overall I giving it a 3 and a half star rating

I drove from the Bronx to this Walmart looking for car tires . Thinking that they have tires in store as seen in onther Walmart upstate NySo as I enter the store I ask an employee where in the store I can find car tires he looked at me and acted like he didn’t know what I was looking forThen I asked onther employee he acted like he did not speak English and he walked away as I was talking to himThen asked a female employee and she acted like she had no time for my questionThis is sad that Walmart hires ppl and they have no costumer service trainingThis store is just as bad as shopping in Home DepotWalmart lets get your employees trained better

Worst staff and no professionalism at all. I was trying to transfer prescriptions from walgreen as they arent in 90 days supply network for my diabetic medications. Its been 3 days now I am still not done with all the medicines ready for pick up. On Saturday they said one of the medicine is needed to be ordered as that is not in stock and on day 3 i.e on the Wednesday also they repeated the same excuse . I am going to transfer to CVS for my next medication. I ll not go to them again after this.

North Bergen Walmart Pharmacy staff should have a course on professionalism!Worst pharmacy to have prescription filled. The pharmacy staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL!! The pharmacy workers do not know how to speak to the customers nor do they know how to bill to insurances. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The worst pharmacy in the world. You call them, they say the meds are ready, you go down. They make you wait 30 minutes. The pharmacists are consistently goofing off, and not doing anything. Specifically the one in North Bergen NJ.For example, since I live about 20 minutes away, I called to make sure meds were ready. They said yeh (Don was his name), I go down and find out insurance stopped covering the blood pressure meds. And why couldnt they tell me on the phone?Sometimes, I feel as if they do this on purpose, theyre playing with peoples lives in their hands.Someone from Walmart Co, should investigate this pharmacy. Its like they want you to not be taking your meds, and the way they smirk at you from 20 feet away shouting out personal details instead of coming to you face to face. Its terrible.
