I found this store to be empty. A few of the shelves are empty and maybe it wasnt restocked yet due to being closed for so long. The staff is very nice and helpful. Here is where you can purchase a few nick nacks for your home. The furniture section is fair too. Its ok.. The staff is on the floor helping and advising customers. The customer service is good. I highly recommend a visit here.

I love this shop..except for..customer service.. DOESNT EXIST...if you talk to some employee there is like talking to a wall...SAD...

Prices are reasonable ! Employees are Very Helpful and VERY NICE !!! Especially James who took the time to personally Help !!! Not taking away from the young woman on the registers in the front as they were just as Nice !

The store itself is ok and has decent parking. If your going to buy furniture be prepared because they have very limited staff for assistance. But once youre able to get someone theyre very helpful.

I originally intended to pickup a few items on my way home today and in order to save time, placed an order on-line so that I would save time shopping. 2 hours later it was time to go home but still no follow-up email confirming the pickup is ready. Had to call the store and got advised they are extremely busy and I will have to wait until I get notified by email. As I needed the items tonight, went to the store and cancelled the online order. I found the items I needed but the shopping experience was a little frustrating considering it didnt look like they were extremely busy. Probably they better remove online order as it is only lip service if it is not fast enough to cater to customer needs. Other than that shopping was smooth and check out was fast enough with low volume customers.

Never asked for my reward card. I tried to give him my number didnt listen to me proceeded to charge me. I asked him if he had my reward card registered to my debit card he told me no. I told him that I wanted my purchase to registered to my rewards card, he said not today. I told him I wanted to return everything that I had bought that I would just go with someone else because apparently he didnt know what he was doing or he was having a bad day. He got the girl at the other register to ring me up again & he just left not even an apology. The girl was very apologetic, I told her it wasnt her fault & that he was just having a really bad day. Very dissapointed today.

Big Lots is a Big Lot of Love!I have been buying from the franchise for a while when visiting friends in other states, and so happy one opened so close. Friendly Employees and incredibly helpful. One staff member (forgot the name, so sorry x.x) actually took their time before their break to help me find some Decaf K-Cups along with answering all my questions and gave me some relief that customer service experience in retail is not all horror stories. Big Lots is filled with cool stuff and reasonable prices. I will come back for more shopping when I can ^^. Thanks Big Lots!!

We are in the middle of a pandemic and the staff at this big lots has complete disregard for the safety of their customers. The customers are expected to wear masks, as we should, yet not a single employee, including management is wearing their masks properly. Masks dangling from 1 ear, noses exposed, and masks being worn only to cover their chins DOES NOT protect your customers. Its no wonder Amazon is taking over when staff at your stores dont take this pandemic serious.

I really like Big Lots! You can find many great items for your home at very great prices. This location is pretty big and has much parking.

A decent selection of most household needs. Its more valuable if you hit them on its 20% discount holidays. Staff is extremely helpful. Not everything is name brand items but there are plenty. I always find something to get other than what I had intended to buy.

OK, nothing earth shattering here BUT... this place gets five stars because it is by far the nicest Big Lots Ive ever been to. We went in randomly once for something obscure and I couldnt believe how clean and organized and good smelling the store was. I have never been to a Big Lots that was even close to comparable. Kudos to the Franchisee here... I assume its not corporately owned since it far exceeds standards but if it is, Kudos to the management team.. corporate should take notice and move them up the promotion ladder

First time shopping, the store is full of nice merchandise and good prices. Since then I visited 3 times. The reward points gives you the opportunity to save some money and incentives you to go back.

Beware! Your car will be towed in no time! I parked my car for shopping and crossed the road to take money from Chase bank ATM. When I am back in 15 minutes, the car is gone!! The best part is.. as per the tow guy, they snooped and found that I left the premise. So be ready with $189 if you visit this place.

If you want wonderful scented candles at bargain prices this is the place to go!!!! Also a great selection of bubble baths and sea salts. I have even gotten nice furniture from here!

Hate this store

I buy a king size bed and a sofa two months back almost 1600 and coverage . Both came by hime delivery . When the delivery guy opened the sofa was broken and not in a good condition. My wife called many times and the phone handlers was so dis respectful and kept her on hold for almost 35 mins and then discontinued the call . When i went there the store manager gave me in writing that it will be replaced . This is the time i am waiting no body called and when i call they say wait we get you the manager on line .... it was so disgusting the service .

Its a cool place to find discount items. But I am disappointed at certain things that I see that are more expensive than they should be. Outdoor garden lighting and decor is much more expensive than Walmart. Yeah you can find some stuff here but overall Big lots is overrated.
