Dont waste your time ordering a toolbox through this place. Especially if you need it sooner than later. Gonna go round and round In circles and nobody has any information that adds up to what anyone else says. I like the icon toolboxes as they are made well but it seems like harbor freight really just doesnt want you to ever receive it if you do order one.

Worst business model. I purchased Avanti paint sprayer and it was leak from handle and all over. The spray was malfunctioning and my workers could not work that day. I replaced to new one but same problem. I borought back to store for refund. Store manager was charging restocking fee 20% on malfunctioning equipment per store policy. You should watch out how they selling malfunctioning equipment and charging you restock fee.

Found some reasonably priced drills here. Ive always found decently priced tools here. Many folks will have a bias against them but they offer good quality items.You can always get extra perks if youre a member and save money. Its closely located to my home and its never too full. You can run in and out when you need any last minute stuff.

A very useful store with great prices. Tool quality has improved in recent years and there is a better mix of quality and price. Im now getting tools that are good enough for the top shelf of my tool box. Also lots of useful things there that you hadnt thought of. Got an amazing hand held LED flashlight which is a floodlight and very well made for $7! Much better value for things like sanding dislike, belts etc.

Good service but a waste of time when nothing is in stock. No place is indispensable Mr manager. How about doing a better job both re-stocking and donating!. Thank you

Needs real manager that knows their products. I ask the manager two question and couldnt help me out. Had to google the product to get better info.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door at 8:15am. Store is clean and everything is easy to find. Prices are obviously good and plenty of parking. The center it is located in has a variety of other stores and food places. Great spot.

Small cosi but I find everything there tks for great attention.

Got a $60 20v drill, feels like a name brand drill with a different skin. One star off because you cant use the coupon on power drills.

You get what you pay for they say. Here you get more than what you pay for. If you work on your own home there is generally no reason to spend more on tools.

I know that its not the quality of the top name brands, but for the DIY kind of jobs, this is an absolute great place to get tools. Great prices, good quality, definitely happy with all of my purchases so far.

I always go here for 1 or 2 items while my wife goes to Walmart across the parking lot, then end up having a shopping cart full lol. They have your typical made in china tools, at very competitive prices. The staff gives great service and they are always friendly. Be sure to visit their indoor Parking Lot Sales for crazy deals

Love harbor freight, yes they may not last a lifetime but for the price, you have tools that will last guy quite a while and get the job done

If you need something obscure and hardware related this place probably has it. Its basically a mini home depot but with better prices and bundles. If you can avoid going to home depot or Lowes go here because the prices are way better and the quality of their products are usually really good.

Great for what it is - a Harbor Freight...for all those reviewing here with unreasonably high expectations slamming the store and people that work here with pathetic one star reviews - this is a counterbalance to them. The store is clean, well organized, and the people are always willing to help if you ask. I’m taking a guess by saying 95% of the stuff in the store is made in China; hence the dirt cheap prices. Often, you can purchase 5 of anything in the store and still pay less than its equivalent at HD or elsewhere.Don’t expect quality on many of their items, period. But if you need a wrench you need to chop or file to perform a job you’ll do once or twice - this is the place to go. Great place to get gloves that you’ll surely destroy, and/or odd tools that’ll be seldom used. Just remember: EVERYTHING in this store is much lower quality than most name brands and IT’S OK...if you’re expecting Snap-on quality at Harbor Freight prices - you’re an idiot.
