The staff is great, was able to get my new hearing aid in before I left on vacation. This was very important to me. I noticed the care they give their clients. There was an older gentleman waiting for his senior car service and it never showed up but the staff was so concerned they made arrangements for him via a car service and was able to get him a discount and they came right away. It very rare now a days to see that type of care for a customer.

I very seldom do reviews and this review is way overdue. When I see my husband Tom so happy with his new Signia hearing aid, however, I cannot resist but writing this review. First of all, my heart-felt thanks to Maria, audiologist and to the staff at the Wise Hearing Office at North Bergen, NJ, for the professional outstanding service. Especially Maria was so knowledgeable, patient and thorough in her screening Tom’s hearing ability. In the past, Tom had tried cheap and expensive hearing aids, and nothing worked to improve his hearing ability. Now, it has been a long time since I could exchange conversations with Tom so comfortably as now without raising voice thanks to Maria and Signia.This is the best treatment and service that 90-year old Tom has ever come across in his life. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. For anyone who is having hearing difficulty, I strongly suggest and recommend the Wise Hearing Clinic. You would not be disappointed.

I was there for a hearing test the two ladies that took care of me (I did not get their names) were very courteous, professional and explained to me in details the test and results. I would definitely recommend this place.

Its NOVEMBER!!! I Went around June got an exam, talked about hearing aids she said she would get back to me and nothing happened. I called around September-October had to make an appointment to ask about my hearing aides, she asked if i wanted a re-exam I said no I am here for my hearing aides she stated she needs to call the insurance I said I already did they cover the aides, she stated okay we will call you and I am STILL WAITING!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! It was better at Hoboken.....SMH.
