I went there for printing. They asked me to print it out myself. The printer is not working and the fee kept charging. They took a while to figure out and there was still some pieces not printed. They took their own PC to print and charged me for $10 for 4 pages while the receipt is shown for 7.5. I argued it was their printer no working to cause the charge and they didn’t care. Horrible service! Like robbery!
Employees working there close the doors WAY before posted closing hours.Arrived at 6:43PM to closed doors. Attempted to knock and get attention of employees seen throwing packages and was ignored. Was finally approached by young employee who stated that they were closed and did so at 6:45PM (both a lie and again BEFORE posted hours of operation).Had pre-labeled boxes so at minimum employee just had to scan and provide receipt, wouldnt agree to do so.Poor customer service since change in management at this location.Please find employees who want to work their full shift or kindly change hours posted.
Im seeing too many negative reviews with regards to wait time. I dont know how thats true, Ive been here dozens of times and even when the line is out the door, I still get service within 15 to 30 minutes. These guys work fast and are very knowledgeable. If youre in a rush use Googles wait time estimate and go at those times and youll be in and out in a flash. Besides the friendly staff, this is the best place to go because of the tons of free parking at the plaza.
The Asian old man is so rude. He doesn’t even say a word. You tell him “thank you” and he no response. So rude. I’ll go else where to ship my packages. Customer service is important to me. No need to be rude and have an attitude.
Amazing service, staff is very helpful. No problems whatsoever. Brought a amazon package here about a month ago for a return. It was in a bag package. And its either stolen or never was sent for a return. And because of this store amazon is charging me for the product. First and last time I ever enter this Ups Store
The line (social distancing) isnt always enforced. But anytime I send something out get to recipient as expected. Staff is friendly, and store is kept clean (even if sometimes) theres boxes all over the lobby waiting to get picked up by transport
The service is not good at all. The old employee is very rude to customers with a bad attitude. I won’t come to this place again. Also they are pricey on their services. They were charging me $3 to tape a box in two places; where you can buy a tape there for $3 and use the rest for personal use.
These people have lost two packages that I have sent, they have a great mess in that store and there is a rude Asian old men with a very bad attitude who does not like to help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE.

Horrible customer service. I went in asking a question about some thing I had seen on the UPS website and the employee, who seemed like the manager, said I had no idea what I was talking about. He said I was probably confused thinking I was at the USPS store. I couldn’t believe that! He made me prove what I was talking about by having me pull up my phone and show him what I had seen. When I had indeed shown him the information that I was asking about, he didn’t apologize and just said he said he had no idea what the website was saying, then proceeded to say that whatever it said was not true. I cannot imagine a worse waste of my time.

If people are getting upset over paying $2 for labels, then they should have printed them out at home and then it would have been free.This is the best UPS store in the area!

I arrived here quite later after opening and once I entered i see two people ahead of me. At first I didnt mind the wait until the two girls at the front were giggling and wasting time with the young man working for ups. Because of their banter they made a huge line and the two girls were taking forever along with the young ups employee not caring about the long line. Most of the people were annoyed at this until finally and older man came in and did his job professionally and efficiently unlike the younger man. It was just uncalled for the young man talking away and wasting time with the girls. By the way I arrived here around 8:35 and left at 9:15, just for one small package!!

I am not sure who is running this place, came in to print on cardstock something they have done for me no problem in the past. An older gentleman confusing told me they do not do this. Then told me it was something I can do myself? When I tried to ask a younger gentleman if he knew what I was talking about he claimed that the normal computer paper was the only paper they had. Very disorganized, very confusing. Wont be returning. Lost valuable time on what should be a routine transaction. One Ive done there before!

Do not come here. The employees are not helpful. I was told I could come whenever to drop off my equipment to return to Spectrum. When I came in the morning the system was down and was told to come back. I came back at 6:30 and was then told I can only come between 10 and 4, which I wasn’t told earlier in the day.
I shipped a labeled package today. I was in and out in less than a minute with receipt in hand. The customer service guy was super efficient. I dont know what more anyone wants in a small, UPS drop-off location.
A franchisee that really just doesn’t care about there customers. Going through the motions. I hate seeing uninspired, unpassionate business owners. Rather take my packages to Hoboken UPs where they are pleasant to work with and am happy to support.
The service provided at this UPS location is beyond exceptional. The negative reviews for this location are absolutely ridiculous, everyone working at this location is kind, quick, and efficient. They simply follow corporate UPS procedure/Policy so I do not understand why people become angry when there is a fee or charge, this is a business. With that said if you need something this is a great location and I would recommend this store to anyone in need of a UPS service.

I tend to get a lot of packages and I have always had excellent experiences from this store. I found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Overall they try their best to give you exceptional service.Phil
See pic for new hours. The people working here are prompt and wear masks but also serve customers who arent wearing masks despite the sign on the door - I did observe 2 customers with no masks standing for several minutes right at the counter as I waited behind them in line. Its a tight space so physical distancing is not always possible. Bring your own box and tape unless your return calls for UPS to handle the packaging and labeling, which has worked for me here perfectly. Posted printing instructions not very clear, attendant says have to log into gmail.
Kind people who run the store. I didnt research competitors prices and was quoted over $80 to ship a 5 lb box in 2 days from coast to coast. Box was over $6 and bubble wrap for a foot was roughly $4.I thought that was too high, and went to USPS and bought the flat rate box for 18.95 and it arrives in 2 days.Called UPS store and was informed the receipt says all sales final. Moral of this story: research your competitors. The staff said the prices were all similar to ship.USPS packing materials are 50% less expensive than UPS store.The people who work this store are very lovely, just the prices for service was a lot
Don’t try to return any items from Amazon here. The elderly man was so petty he charged me $2.00 to fold a package the size of paper. He also gets annoyed when you drop off any Amazon package. This is my review for 2 recent visits in a month. Another business owner crook taking advantage of people in the Hudson county community. Go to the Rutherford location if you need to, they are very nice and make your experience quick and easy.

The employees here are great, the owner is on point professional and is always willing to go above and beyond. Id have to give them one star I couldnt give any less my husband went to return some packages he doesnt speak English but he understands They couldnt explain anything to him and kept telling him to go to the computer to put his email and the password and print out Ive never returon something and had to put in my email and password in a computer thats y you have the barcode they would not help him and people where walking in and out of the store scanning there barcode on there phone and they couldnt do the same for my husband they are rude unhelpful and very very unprofessional to someone who doesnt speak the same language

I rarely go to this location because Ive heard negative reviews from friends and family about the guy who works there. I went to return a package and was given a disgusting attitude by the guy at the front. I chose to not do any business with them and when I mentioned it to someone they immediately knew who I was referring to. Will not be going back and paying for services. You are not doing me a favor.
Delivery guy mostly lazy, maybe not getting paid enough. But whenever I have a package then they just leave a notification note for pickup

Avoid using this store, the manager is a very rude older adult, especially with women with a very bad attitude, my son made him lose two packages, which he could only recover one because he had insurance, when he claimed the insurance by magic the package appeared but the one who did not have insurance if it was stolen, use any other UPS store in this place there is a big mess with the shipments and a terrible service.
Joe who is in charge of always giving you a smile when he is attending you, in addition to the location of the store and all the services they provide, in my experience they are the best as far as UPS Store is concerned, and that I am sending every month of 4-6 monthly shipments, none have been lost, when I have doubts or questions, he always answers the appropriate thing, my experience attending this branch always leaves me wanting to return, I am very sorry that there are people who do not know how to treat others, I have seen people act inappropriately with Joe or his staff but he always finds the calm to serve them even though the customers are rude to them, Joe thanks for serving people with joy, may the successes continue for the UPS Store staff
