Interesting place with a variety of beer, wine, food, and services, including lottery tickets!

Every time I visit this place I have a wonderful experience. The owners are so friendly and kind and help me find everything I want. They have a great selection of beer and wine, and lots of awesome snacks that you cant find at other places. The dry cleaning always comes back on time and is always pressed perfectly, even for my military uniforms. I highly recommend coming here for all your favorite snacks and drinks!

Very friendly, great service as usual, and always has a good range of products stocked at all times which is nice. Dry cleaning is impeccable, so glad that this the store is right by my house (and the metro too!) because I literally stop by I think almost every other day to pick something up. Highly recommend.

The cashier was being discriminatory, watching my every move, and talking harshly to me but talking kindly to non-colored customers. I would give 0 stars, if possible.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It’s AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I go there almost every day and rely upon them for everything…Literally, EVERYTHING. I go there for their FRESH produce, amazing WINE and beer selection, dry cleaning and food. (PS. They have an awesome selection of snacks too!) I recently brought them my Black-Tie wedding gown to be altered and dry cleaned. They not only took the time to locate all the stains and tag them, but also they rush ordered it for me! WOW!!! The dress came out GORGEOUS and I was so impressed with their high level of service! I lived in NYC for over 10 years and I wasn’t able to find a place like this. It’s a diamond in the rough! If you haven’t checked it out yet, you are missing out!!!

Super nice staff and they carry some great snacks- cheese, hummus, etc.... prices are what you expect from mini mart. Love being able to grab a bottle of wine and am allowed to bring my pooch in when we are on our walkie.

I love this little store. They sell all the basics and an awesome locally roasted coffee Cervantes Coffee. They also have a great selection of wines. Its so convenient. People who own the place work there. You can talk to them and their employees are also very friendly. Highly recommend it.

Its a nice place. Clean, the items are reasonably priced. The management is terrible. There is a minimum requirement for using a credit card. I offered to pay a little extra to cover the cost of the fee charged by the credit card company. They refused. Ill be contacting the credit card agency.

Quick shopping area and great produce of wine and beer. Dont look for lots of options for the grocery. As I said, It is a quick shopping point. stuff is not reliable, like gift wrapping paper, old stuff will be given to you with their knowledge.

Go to the place off old Georgetown and democracy. This store is terrible with pricing and customer service

Excellent selection of wine and craft beer. Very convenient location. We have run out of things in the middle of cooking dinner and they have always had what we needed (chicken stock, soy sauce, eggs, milk, etc.) Its like having an extra pantry in our apartment building. Great place!

Im #muslim, so I dont drink. But, we come here all the time to get snacks and lollipops 🍭🍬 for my 5 year old (and myself 😆). I have #diabetes so sometimes I have to make a quick run to grab something sweet to eat to avoid and emergency. Not really a fan of the minimum to use a credit card, and the new No hoodies sign is kind of bizarre given the character of the neighborhood. Its not like this is an #urban or inner city environment. I live in the neighborhood, so I know that you can walk through the woods at 11 at night with a child and still feel wayyy safer than in #DC 😅. That sign must be because of the traffic they get from being near the #Metro station 😏

This shop is super dog friendly, and they have mostly everything anyone could need last minute. For those in the neighborhood you can’t beat the location and the staff is super friendly. My only criticism is that the pricing is higher than if you just drove down the Pike to a major store. That being said it’s not so high that it’s not worth the convenience. I’ll pay a dollar to stay in my PJs...

The dry cleaning has always been great, they have a good selection of wine, beer, and food, and the clerks are all pretty nice. Super convenient.

Its a overpriced like most convenience stores. Its okay for a candy bar or a soda....but for anything substantial its much less expensive to hop the Metro and go two stops over to Safeway.

Meridian Market is the quickest place to get Beverages or Food near the Grosvenor Station! It is very convenient due to its long hours of operation and proximity to the Metro. They also have some of the lowest prices for beer & wine in the area. It is possibly under-appreciated due to many people leaving Northbound out of the Metro Station, but it is only a 2 minute walk or so on the Southern side.The beverage selection is large and is less expensive than the Grosvenor Market. The foods there are basically snacks, frozen and canned items, and in general has a higher retail price than the Grosvenor Market. It is always good with the expiration date, organized and clean.The staff are very polite and considerate and appreciative of their clients. I cannot write about the service or prices regarding their cleaning service, but the clients Ive seen there look satisfied and the workers are attentive to them. Once, I requested a beer type they did not have and they emailed me when it came in. It was quick considering the strict Montgomery County regulations.My suggestions for them would be a small table and seating area outside their store where Metrorail travelers could eat or drink before or after their day at work. Perhaps they could have hot coffee and have a microwave oven area to attract customers that could eat the frozen food there without having to take it home. The Grosvenor area could certainly use a public area to eat at and the area outside their store would be a great place to meet people.The negative review before mine is probably biased and has at least one mistake as there is another dry cleaner in walking distance North on Rockville Pike on the left side before the new Whole Foods area. The prior review could be biased because of cultural differences as the staff and owner seem East Asian and may not speak English as their primary language, and we dont know the other side of the story.I recommend them to commuters and they will continue to have my patronage. Google Maps or Places should give them a grocery cart little grey icon. Have a good day!
