Jessica was amazing. She did my makeup for my wedding and it lasted 12 hours. It would have lasted longer if I needed it to, but it was bed time. She even gave me a quick mini facial so that my skin was in the best possible shape for the makeup application. She made me look like the best version of myself, with flawless, glowing skin and makeup that made my eyes really pop. I cant believe how good I looked in the mirror and even more importantly, in my photos. She gave me great advice for skin care, how to take care of my lash extensions, and gave me some samples to make my skin happy after wearing makeup all day (which Im not used to). I plan to go back to see her to get set up with more makeup and skin care. Brides/bridesmaids/anyone with a special occasion in the Pike & Rose area: save yourself the time and hassle of traveling somewhere and just go to Jessica. You wont be sorry.

THANK you Linda and Charlotte!I came by today to pick up a product which was supposed to have been available for me today.There was a mistake and the product had never made it to the store. Despite having her hands full while running the store on her own, Linda put together a plan for me to pick up the product tomorrow (Charlotte is going to bring it), arranged a way for me to be contacted once it is ready, and she sent me home with some free samples! (Who doesnt love samples?)I also should mention that Charlotte helped me find the product in the first place, she is very helpful!I am very pleased with the customer service I received today!

I dont know if youve been here before, but if you happen to go on a day where the store manager Erin is in, be ready to get the kind help youve always needed in finding products. She is so kind and attentive and knowledgeable-- shes only been at this location since the summer, but Ive seen the improvement in the business as a whole since her taking charge. 5 stars because a knowledgeable and hands on manager is a rare find, and I can tell how happy the staff are now. Not to mention, how talented they are as well, especially Rachel and her sweet self✨

Jessica is a truly gifted artist and special person. I highly recommend her for makeup and her sincere, honest product recommendations. She did my makeup for a vow renewal and it was perfection even in the humid DC weather. She also took the time to fix my daughter’s botched hair style.
