Though they were out of pumpkin flavoring, they had plenty of other options to offer. Despite being busy, they provided fast and friendly service to all their patrons. Really a great place.

Line is always wrapped around building and my lunch time doesnt allow for lengthy wait times.

I ordered the drink in the drive thru and when I got to the window, they didnt have my drink or my order in the system.. I was NOT happy.. I always go to North Branch for coffee... Never had a bad experience like this.. I didnt get any apologize or any discounts on drink... Thank goodness I got my points..

Love these folks! In spite of the often long lines, out the door and around the corner, they put on their best face and get the job done. Ive never had a miss on any orders (walk in or drive-thru) and theyre usually pretty well stocked on food items. The only thing I can think of to improve on is a 2nd store to take up the overflow 😉. Keep up the good work, Yall! Highly recommended!

I had the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich and the Turtle Mocha Cooler, both were amazing!! The egg on the Farmhouse was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasonings! The Turtle Mocha Cooler was great as well! Line to order was a little long but you can expect that from an establishment with this good of Food and Beverages. However, the line went very fast! Overall very good experience!

My husband stopped by to pick up a couple Tasty Turkey sandwiches. I guess it’s not on the menu anymore. This sandwich that replaced it (turkey, sun dried tomato paste-like spread, and wilted spinach, did not taste good. The bagel was gooey from being heated and from whatever was inside. I don’t know why you would change that sandwich for this one. This one tastes horrible I couldn’t even take more than a couple bites.

I have a hard time with points at this location. I use my app to redeem in store. But when I get in the store, they cant process it. Then they try to get me to go back and process and re-do my order as if Im ordering online, ahead. Then they reprocess my order. It takes me longer and most often I get tired of them trying to figure it out, and end up paying for my order instead. Then lose my points. Its happened multiple times, and I dont have this issue at other Caribou. I have to believe its this store for some reason. The manager, when discussed with about this says they are different than other Caribou. She is also somewhat short with my insisting that I dont have this issue say other locations. I dont know how they could be different then the other ones, but really should get this figured out.

The new sandwich mine completely stinks. The farmhouse is gone and if they are out of the bagel the sandwich comes with they will not make the sandwich with another type of bagel. They also will not change anything on the sandwich or omit something you don’t like. They also refused to cut the sandwich in half. Terrible policy. This used to be a frequent stop in our way up to Duluth. But we will go elsewhere

Went for iced coffee, was very good but the wait through the drive through was a little longer then I liked. If not for the long wait would have been a five star rating.

Wonderful place! Its a great place to stop for coffee and a light snack or small meal. The service is always quick and the atmosphere is lovely. Sometimes a bit noisy, but all coffee shops are. I have had a few meetings here and there have never been any issues. One of my favorite places to stop for an hour or two and get some work done or meet a friend.

Caribou is always friendly and fast service. Idk what is up with some of these new flavors, though! Tried the spicy pineapple blended, today...ack! Tastes great at first, but the aftertaste is horrid!! I looked it up and the additive is smoked chipotle 🙄 (or is it the bousted that is the culprit??) That sounds great on veggies and meat, but not in a sweet drink...besides tasting like rancid oil! I could not drink it. Too bad I was 20 miles away before I decided 3 sips was enough 🤷‍♀️Caribou, just keep the pineapple!

Caribou is ok. I enjoy coffee, so I joke with my Minnesotan husband that when I’d like a coffee, I’ll choose somewhere else, but if I’d like my sugar with a splash of coffee, Caribou will do. The nitros and cold brews aren’t bad, though. The recent menu change is still disappointing— this location was a “Coffee and Bagels” and served delicious made-fresh Einstein Brothers sandwiches, and the Caribou pre-made sandwiches just cannot measure up. My orders are significantly less $ now that I can’t get a Farmhouse. (The Caribou version is not worth the effort of trying, unfortunately). The wait for drive thru used to be terrible almost every visit, with cars wrapped around the building. Now it usually moves quicker with less of a line, probably because the best part of the menu is gone. Today’s wait was unexpectedly awful again though. Took about half an hour from arrival in the drive thru line to driving away with our order.

Whatever was in my iced coffee was curdled and expired. The syrup would not mix no matter how much I stirred. I drank chunks of curdled milk and huge amounts of straight syrup every time I tried to drink this and then gave up. There was no way to miss that something was very wrong if you just looked at the drink.

Good coffee, good service - whats not to like? Cozy atmosphere with various seating available for conversation, temp workspace, etc. Convenient drive-thru. One of several good options for coffee in North Branch.

I almost always have a problem here at this location, but last nights really blew it. My mom and I were the only people in the drive thru, and Im guessing that no one was inside because the parking lot was empty and there is a pandemic. It took so long for 3 drinks to be made, and then they werent even made right. I ordered a hot chocolate and had something with coffee in it. It was very very disappointing especially since Caribou Coffee is a treat since I dont live close to one as its at least a 40 minute drive to the nearest location.

Anyone local knows this is the worst Caribou in the area. Avoid it at all cost. Extremely slow service. Drive through line is always wrapped around the building. Employees are not skilled.

Skip the North Branch site and head down the freeway to the Lino Lakes location. Unless you easily have 30-45 minutes to sit in a line waiting for your order, don’t even waste your time. And on top of the wait, when they do finally get to the window, your order will be completely wrong or the price different. Perks also..... be sure you know what ones you have because they will NOT let you know when you have anything to use before it expires. You have to be on top of that!! Then when you mention you have one, they act like it’s coming out of their paycheck and are rude!!! Not worth the stop!!!

This place just gets worse and worse. In the last 5 stops, something is ALWAYS missing when I go through the drive thru. This time, no utensils to spread the cream cheese on my bagel, no napkins. And my drink is about an inch down from the top edge.All of my favorite items are now gone from the menu. I think this will be my last visit EVER to Caribou.

Waited in the store after ordering for 20 minutes to find out they never even started making my one coffee while the staff cracked jokes and chatted. One drink, thats it. Pathetic.

By far the slowest caribou in Minnesota. Expect to sit the drive through line for 20+ minutes. Or you can order online and have a bunch of random people touch your drink. They just cram all the online orders on a small table that you have to rummage through to find your order. This location desperately needs some efficacy training.

Unfortunately, my excitement was swiftly shut down. While attempting to order through the drive through, the gal on the other end was extremely pushy and impatient. Upon getting to the window, the cashier didn’t have any customer service skills, as he handed the food out and kept quiet; no “ thank you have a great day,” etc. Additionally, the blended blackberry lemonade has a very chemically taste to it. Lastly, both bagels were burnt and the sandwich was missing sausage; a waste of money.Needless to say, I would not recommend they place, nor will I be back.

This location can either be really good or horrible! I am a very frequent customer. It is very disappointing when you wait in a drive thru line for 20 minutes, just to get your coffee and it is completely milk or watery! On the other hand the times when you get your coffee and its spot on it makes you smile! The manager needs to work on training the baristas on being consistent. Especially when you pay over 6$ for one cup!!! Please get everyone following recipes each time. Other than that usually have friendly service 🙂

They are always awesome when I visit! Lots of great people work there! They work very hard to keep up during busy times. It is my favorite Coffee and Bagels store.

Drive thru wait times are excessive. Even if you order online I recommend walking in.

This is the third time we have gone here and barely got any cream cheese on our bagels. Literlaly barely anything at all. And on all three of our bagels we ordered today.

Customer service needs some definite help. Stood at the counter inside with multiple people working behind the counter— waiting for 10 minutes and not ONE person asked if I had been helped. Then the one girl who did finally asked goes “what are you waiting for?” How about how can I help you?!

Never had a bad experience at this location! I visit this coffee shop almost daily while studying for a big test and I can say I wouldn’t want to study anywhere else! Great coffee, food, and amazing staff!

Every time i come here there is a huge wait and they never get my order right. Either the wrong type of coffee or something extra on my order i didnt ask for. They really need more training. Very unorganized and dont listen.

Waited for at least 5 minutes at the counter before one of the employees came over to help me. They were all busy with (Im assuming) the drive thru and online orders, but I dont think that should ever excuse the customers who are inside by the counter, ready to order.In all fairness, the employee who helped me was friendly and cheerful. Best coffee and bagels ever!!!! Coffee always taste good and everything is all natural and fresh. Its always super clean and smells good. Ive had countless sandwiches here and Ive loved every single one of them. Especially the ones made by Chris who works there almost every day. The staff is super nice and funny. Ive been going there for a few months and the staff jokes with me and is very friendly. Good at reading people. Everything is very fast especially considering everything is made to order. I couldnt recommend going here enough!

They have a great gluten free selection. All left in its own package, so there is no risk of cross contamination. Love getting food there. The gluten free food is a bit pricey though.

Customer service and product availability is pretty scarce at this location. I love Caribou and will always choose it over the main competitor but I wanted to get a half dozen bagels also on this visit. They only had one bagel available for the flavor I wanted and their than plain bagels there was no other flavor that had 6 available. Maybe st only had one or two. Instead of mixing a few kinds up I didn’t order any. Just got the drink. And that was another disaster. I moved to the area recently and so I hope this was the exception and not the norm for this location.*********UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE***********Not sure why I need to go to the email address you posted as I already said what was wrong in my original post above as well as the location is North Branch, MN because that’s where I wrote the review.

The staff is nice and they have great service. The food comes out hot and ready really quickly. The food is amazing and there are always great deals. The place is nice and it always has great food.

We always stop here when we are in town. Beverages and bagels are very good. A favorite bagel of ours is French toast with maple scherm. Since we always eat on the run we appreciate that they get the bagel ready for us. Once they made a mistake on my beverage order, but they happily made me another one.

Very nice hangout spot, love the wide open windows to watch the cars go by on Main Street, and the calm lighting paired well with the music, which wasnt too overpowering and helped give the feeling of a bustling cafe. This was only my first time there, but I will be back again, maybe outside the range of 330pm, as the after school crowd sure does pack the place!

Pretty good service, fairly quick. I understand when its busy a longer than normal wait is expected. Coffee tasted good. All in all pretty good, nothing spectacular.

My daughter and I go there several times each week because she loves it and its convenient, but they mess up our order almost every time. 3times in the past month theyre given us a wrong bagel. Every time I order I ask to have the bagels cut in half and they tell me no problem. But almost every time I have to give the bagels back at the window to be cut in half. The only reason we keep going back is because the drive through is fast and staff are pleasant.

I only give this a 4 rather than a five simply because I am a coffee drinker not a bagel eater and this being a coffee and bagels location I think they focus more on the perfection of the bagels than the coffee. Personally I think a caribou only store makes a better cup of Joe. However they do have great employees that are always greeting you with a smile and enthusiasm.

What a combination! Best bagel I ever had, and you can get good coffee with it. Smart move by somebody. I know I will be searching out one of these places next time I need a coffee or a healthy snack.
