She didn’t push selling additional products we stated we weren’t interested in but when above and beyond to meet our needs and share products to prolong our new phones lives! The North Branch Verizon Store is the only wireless store that i would use, we moved 6 months ago and i still drive 30 minutes each way to ensure I have a smooth buying process. Eric and Jakob helped me this past purchase a Brady helped me about a year ago. These guys are top notch!

I had troubles when my husband and I switched to Verizon after having been with StraightTalk for many years. At first, I couldnt receive or send calls; then could not receive texts for nearly a week. Jakob, Eric, and Brett were phenomenal in getting the problem solved over a period of two days. Jakob even called me several weeks later to make sure everything was continuing to work well. I highly recommend this office!

Very impressed by the customer service at North Branch Verizon. Brady helped me get a faulty Google pixel phone replaced and helped me set up the new phone. He made this experience as painless as possible. North Branch is out of my way but the great service makes the drive worthwhile.

After writing a two star review earlier I received a phone call from the wireless store. They apologized for my experience and worked with me to find a satisfying solution. I cant say how much I appreciated the excellent customer service. Admittedly I did not contact the store first to try to get a different resolution before posting my review. Im not used to such good customer service. I highly recommend calling first or stopping in before giving up like I did. I am very happy with the exchanged phone that Jacob helped me find and I really appreciate how quickly everything was resolved.

Jakob and his staff are very informative, have wide variety of phones, tablets and accessories, get you what your looking for/need not whats newest in devices, or get your device issues addressed and repaired. I did not get the young mans name but I stopped by to pick up phone holder and since Im not a customer of Verizon I was very impressed with the suggestions given and the fact that he listened compared to my current carrier. So I have a brand new magnetic phone holder and now Im considering switching over to a different carrier not because of service but because of customer service. Youll recognize him he has a very nice beard friendly face. I was at the North Branch location.

This site is one of the best. All of the staff are knowledgeable. Shelby was super helpful and a great salesperson. Every time I go into this store I get all of my questions answered and whatever needs I have taken care of. I have bought multiple phones from this store and plan to continue to purchase from them.

Would not recommend going to this store. Brought in phones to be traded in and they gave me credit for them. Told me the phones we got would be $8 per line per month. When I got my bill they are $24 a line and I called them and they said tough deal with it. This place is a scam and I will never use Verizon again because of them!!

When asked about upgrading our phones - she explained my options - and, was even able to suggest a more expensive phone with more options without being pushy at all. I have been in Sales/Customer Service jobs most of my adult life and Shelby is the true meaning of both of those. I used to go to the one in Cambridge until one day I was in the area and stopped in with a question about my phone, they are very knowledgeable about the phones and found a cheaper plan for me without me even asking. Our 2 year contract only had one month left on it. We stopped in to the North Branch Verizon store to have them show us how to get our Galaxie S5 phones corrected the way we wanted things to show up. Jakob told us about a Christmas Special that was going on up to Christmas on the Galaxie S7 phones. After looking at our previous plan Jakob was able to upgrade us to the S7 and at the same time lower our monthly phone bill. Jacob did a very nice job explaining everything to us.

They explained everything quite well, so my mother could understand it.
