Called mid week while out of town and spoke to an employee in parts and service looking to find a very difficult part to find for my defender. Turns out they had one. I asked them to hold until the end of the week he said no problem. Showed up to pick it up and they had sold it. Guy at the desk told me because I didn’t pay for it they couldn’t hold it. Wouldn’t have had a problem paying for it had I known that was the only option.

I cant seem to get a salesperson on the phone. I have left several messages, and havent received any calls back. I was hoping to buy a Kubota tractor, and had some questions. I called a different dealership and was immediately put in contact with a salesperson. Unfortunately I will have to travel further than I hoped to purchase my next tractor. Based on my experience I feel that the other dealership values my business more, even though Im not from their local service area.

This place does not stand behind their products.And they can never get repairs done in a timely manner. Dont buy anything from them.Russ in service has no clue whats going on and he loves giving you the run around...

Got our tractor from them and rented a backhoe.I wish when we got the news we were approved the salesman would have been as happy as us he definitely knocked down the happy meter back down a notch. Also wish they would have spent a little more time explaining things to us. We said we needed a tractor that could move 1,000 to 1,500 pound round bales and the salesperson said they ant that big. Well I get mine weighed out and it lifts the tractor every time. We definitely needed a bigger tractor.Only complaint I have is being told I didn’t know what I was talking about and that we didn’t need a bigger tractor

Bought a BX a few weeks ago, had an issue on a Sunday, dropped it off on my way to work Monday and it was ready by the time I drove by on my way home. So thankful they squeezed me in without an appointment.We all know mechanical issues happen and its the support from your dealer that determines where you do your business. I can tell you come fall I will be knocking on their door to buy another piece of equipment.

The service was amazing.I Had an issue with my breaks/rotors on my wheeler. (Was not Olson’s problem) they are not the ones who manufacture parts. They werent the friendliest when I went there to buy w part for my riding lawnmower and them told me they could get it but it would take 3 weeks and would cost me 38 dollars to ship it. I went to minnesota Equipment in cambridge and they said they would have it the next day and didnt charge me any shipping or any other expense. I wont go to Olsens again after that. The salesman made me feel like I was a nobody

Ive been going here since I was a kid, when they were located by central park. I now have a small tree company and have purchased multiple pieces of equipment from Dan and his family. They have an outstanding parts and service department. Your equipment is only as good as the people that service and repair it. Up front, honest, and fair..... Thats hard to find these days. I love coming here. I had to rebuild my Ski-Doo due to a fire. Decent pricing. They arent the cheapest but they got my parts to me in 2 days. Excellent. Counter guys know the parts and what your sled takes with rarely looking up. Always the right stuff. Bought a sled from them and it was absolutely flawless. Their shop was super busy but they were up front and explained to me right away. I took the sled and studded it and added the carbides myself. They had everything I needed to get it done. Then my sled got wrecked when I let a buddy ride it. Hauled it into Olsons. They helped me get it out of my truck and told told a few days before Theyd have it estimated. Next morning, I had an estimate. I think these guys do a very nice job up here. From sales to parts to service. They are a busy shop and some people dont realize they have more than 2 customers. Good shops are busy for a reason. I wouldnt use anyone else but Olsons for my needs. Thank you guys!!!

Was in today to look at new or used sleds. Receptionist was friendly outside of the fact she was on her phone the entire time. Young generation. Sales was busy. Ended up leaving, hoping next time I come back it will be different. Lots of selection though.

Bought a used John Deere a week ago from Olson Power and Equipment. Everything seemed decent so I loaded it up and hauled it home. Monday hits and its my first chance to put it to the test, and it failed. I wasnt happy having just spent a fair amount of money and I was concerned about how they would approach it, this is where they shined for me. The same day, they came to pick it up and brought it back to their shop to diagnose the problem. The mechanical crew had no issue getting into the machine even though deere isnt exactly their specialty. they ordered and installed the parts and are coming out to deliver the machine today. You cant get that kind of service private party, buyer beware. I would highly recommend and I plan to make all my future purchases in this class at Olson Power and Equipment. Thanks Guys!

I have only dealt with the parts department so far, and that experience was great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be bring my Can Am Outlander 1000R XTP there for service for sure. Hopefully they are as great as the parts department.

Would have been five if the equipment color had matched all of my other stuff. I do not think it will effect how it works. Very good people.

Poor service experience.The estimate I got was WAY off... When I got the estimate I told them twice my tractor had a cab, after they had it for two weeks, I got a call that it would be close to $1000 over the estimate because my tractor had a cab... Really??? I told them twice, and they were in the lot when I dropped it off. by then I really needed it back, so had to let them do the work.Also sloppy workmanship... bent all of the hydraulic lines on my loader because I didnt sent the loader stands what the hell, they never even called and asked me to drop them off so they just wrapped some straps around the first spot they they saw without even thinking about that might bend..

We just got ANOTHER new Kubota from Olsons !! great people, excellent service, very nice family operated business. Weve also bought a couple Ski Doos from them, very nice store, very happy with both products.

Wife and I visited October 5th, 2018. Our primary reason for the visit was to take a hard look at some new Kubota equipment. We parked and slowly walked the used equipment lot and then the new equipment. We spent probaby 20-25 minutes looking and not one employee approached us so we headed inside to the sales floor. We perused the sales floor indoors while we watched two salesman joking it up in their office and another surfing on their phone in their cubicle. After another 10 minutes inside and everyone looking too busy for a sale we left. Horrible first impression. I get it, it was Friday around 4pm but a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. I wont be back and will find another Kubota dealer.

Been in here multiple times poor service, never have the parts needed (I have friends who own skidoos who have had this problem as well with these guys) and do not bother to look whether physically or on their computer. I even called once and before I was even done explaining my part the guy said dont have it, would have to order it takes 4-5 days. These guys need some customer service classes and keep a basic stock of parts on hand. I will take the extra time and pay the extra money in gas and go to Tousley more pricey but a whole lot better attitude.

Poor customer care, did not call when work was completed. Kept vehicle outside. No proof work was completed, invoice was incorrect, no parts were available afterwards. Treated as if vehicle was stolen from them as opposed to purchased from them. Would suggest another place for sales and service.

Worst place ever both me and a buddy brought our sleds there both had to take them back a second time because they didnt fix anything a simple carb job it was so bad that the mechanics that were there were shaking their heads when we brought them back . They say they test ran them bs they didnt cause if they did I wouldnt of had to take them back. Call up for a simple tail light to see if in stock they said Ill call u back never heard anything call up tousley found out if they had it and they did trouble free olsons is horrible

Looks like they have a lot of inventory. I have called and left messages even stopped by. But no callbacks and no one to help.

Absolute horrible service. Brought our sled in over a month ago and spent plenty enough on it, to get it back not running at all. They said theyd work on it first thing and get it back to us. Its been over a week and havent heard anything at all on it. Called in to see whats going on to have the service guy get snippy and rude with us and tell us it hasnt been looked at yet. How do you tell someone it will be looked at first thing and before others and its been a week and not looked at at all yet.? Very horrible customer service.
