We had an excellent experience with the Quality team. Our salesman, Mike, was thorough and walked us through all our options. Reid the owner was great to work with as well. Both Reid and Mike came out on the install day to check in on how things were going. Shawn was the lead installer and walked us through everything they did at the end of the job. The rest of the installers were great too. They cleaned up the areas they worked in and communicated with us throughout the whole day when they needed to do things such as turn off water or electric. Quality came on Friday morning and arrived before 8 AM to install my new furnace. The Quality guys Fred and Ivan were great! Very respectful to my place as they placed coverings on the floors and carpet and very thorough - Fred told me everything they were doing and how long the job would take. Our experience with Quality Heating and Cooling was a very good experience. It started with our salesperson Mike K. He was very helpful. Scheduled us as soon as possible. Even during the install he stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned,Also, the instillation crew Matt and Steve were a great team. Their work was very neat and exactlydone the way we wanted. They were experts of their trade.

Quality has kept our AC and furnace tuned up and repaired so we’ve never been left freezing in the winter or hot in the summer! They recently removed our old 75 gallon hot water tank and hooked us up with a sweet tankless water heater! For a family of 5 it’s amazing, we never run out of hot water now. The staff are always able to answer my many questions, and work through service options that suit our needs.

The first time we used quality we were happy with the whole experience. they were professional and did a phenomenal job. But having to call them back for another issue was a whole other story. We were told a repair person would call us back shortly. Three hours later we call again. We are told we are sorry they are all out on other jobs, if the dont come tonight they will be there in the morning. Noon comes the next day, no word. Call back and were told that Wednesday is the soonest they could come. Ask about our home warranty. They said absolutely not. I explain to them our company only need the diagnosis and we pay them(repair company) to get reimbursed(by warranty company) but that the company has to hear the diagnosis from the tech. Nope we will not talk to any company period. So I guess we will now take you off of the schedule. So beware that if you would like to use your warranty they will not help you in the least. And now they have lost what would have been a life long customer.

Fred and Ivan were very professional. The install was very neatly finished, they did a great job cleaning up after their work and did a very comprehensive walkthru of the job.

So first off, these guys came out on a Sunday in November after I woke up to a 60 degree house (despite heat being turned up much higher). The two men who came were awesome and very helpful in explaining the issue and so sympathetic when they told us hey, youre going to need a new furnace. Words no one wants to hear but the thing was ancient.So they came out and replaced the furnace and all parties involved were splendid, awesome at explaining things and cleaning up after. Super great all around.THEN this Sunday I noticed water leaking from the furnace down the drain on the other side of the room, making a mess across the laundry room floor. So I called (finally remembered on Thursday) and they came out the next day, today. Essentially the issue was caused by our water softener drain being frozen and backing up into the FURNACE drain, caused by the previous homeowner here trying to fix something himself.So Quality H&C to the rescue, the OWNER himself came out. Was super awesome and chill, I had no idea he was the owner until after he left. Said he was going to set us up with a condensation pump, and explained how to fix the water softener drain. Shawn was our tech for the replacement and he was the one who came back today, always super great at explaining and recognized the issue right away.For the fact that this problem happened because of something completely unrelated to Quality, I could NOT be more grateful for how they handled it for us. They really truly are top-Quality! Thank you all so much. Id say keep coming back, youre always welcome here, but also I really dont want any more furnace issues :)

Once again, I got the feeling from Lisa that I was their only customer and that she wanted to do all she could to make this a great experience. They came to the house to determine furnace and AC sizing, present me with various options and offer ZERO-pressure opinion/guidance based on their years of experience in the industry. Not once did they try to sell me more than what we really needed and left it entirely up to me to make a final decision. Two more super individuals. Quentin has a lot of family history in HVAC and it shows. Really enjoyed my conversations with him. The Trane brand/reputation combined with the enjoyable experience up to the point of being presented with various options made the decision to have Quality replace our furnace (including a humidifier) and AC an easy one. I was surprised to find out that the furnace install could be done as soon as one week out. Since it was early February, we decided to delay AC install until just recently in March. Scott and Ryan were our installers and were both VERY professional, polite and respectful while delivering a high-quality install of the furnace, humidifier, AC and a late add - hot water tank. Everything looks great and is performing exactly as expected - thank you Scott and Ryan! Once everything was installed, Quality dispatched another fine individual, Rick, to do a follow-up visit to the house to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and to do any final tuning he felt was necessary regarding the furnace and AC to make sure both were functioning as optimally as possible. Once again, a VERY nice person with years in the industry backing him up. Quality products and QUALITY people led to a superb Quality experience. I NEVER give reviews yet the professionalism from the initial phone call to office personnel, to Quentin (the salesman) to the professional installers Zach, Shawn (lead) and Bane we have never been more impressed. Replacing a furnace and AC unit can be costly, but we felt so comfortable with the no pressure sales from Quentin, that we actually cancelled our second appointment with another company(while he stepped outside to give us a few minutes to talk) because we knew we wanted to go with Quality. Quentin walked us thru everything that would happen on installation day, he stopped by to see how everything was going, and see if I had any concerns. The installation team was so respectful of being in someone’s home, laid down drop cloths, wore shoe coverings, asked questions before they did something, and cleaned up after as they went along. They even offered to get to know our protective dogs because they (my dogs) were barking so much 😂 We paid more than we originally thought, but honestly considering the service, and knowing if something happens we are covered- we feel we got more than what we paid for. I genuinely don’t leave online reviews, but from my first interaction I was beyond impressed and I’m so grateful we went with Quality Heating and Cooling. Scott came to evaluate for new AC unit. He was professional, friendly, personable, qualified. I had already received several quotes. Quality is known for their exceptional service and quality of work. They weren’t “the cheapest” but were reasonably priced and fair. I know I will get the best for my money. This is what I wanted. They have done maintenance for existing heating & cooling. I have been very pleased.

The company name echoes my entire transaction. I replaced my 30 year old furnace with a new trane, same btu (at my request). This sounded like an aircraft carrier in my home after the first night! This company stood by their quality and no hassle guarantee, took out the new furnace and replaced it with the correct size that was recommended in the first place... and charged me nothing for my own ignorance. The second unit gave off some harmonic noise after day 1, within an hour they were back to my home, diagnosed and fixed the issue and charged me nothing again!It’s rare to find a company willing to do that in today’s world and not charge additional costs all over the place... but Quality companies will, and Quality heating and cooling sure does!Special thanks to Quentin, Rick and Steve for the multiple trips and noise hunting that they did to make my new furnace feel new. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to discuss many different options. It helps that Sokol spent many years as a technician and installer as he could offer insight as to the pros and cons of the various furnace options we discussed. My furnace failed during one of the coldest nights of the month. Alex visited that morning, and explained the problem: a failed blower motor. He detailed and explained the costs to repair the furnace, which was 18 years old. In the same visit, he calcd the heat requirement for my house and delivered quotes for four possible replacement furnaces. You ever have one of those mornings where you wake up, its August, you live in North East Ohio, your wife is in her third Trimester, and your thermostat is set for 68 but reading 76?Same.The first AC repair shop I contacted didnt even respond to my inquiry. So I tried Quality Heating & Cooling via their contact page. I instantly get a confirmation email.An hour or so later, I call the number on the confirmation Email I received when initially booking the appointment, and was quickly connected to a dispatcher.About an hour later, their technician, Will Harvey shows up, ready to swan kick my heating problems into oblivion.Dude is in an out in about an hour. And I can confirm, as I have an office in my basement that currently has a wind chill of -40 degrees...that Will did a great job of getting my house back online.My wife has mentioned twice how much more comfortable she is.So thanks for the emergency response and great work. I appreciate it and would recommend them to anybody.

Fred was able to find the first problem quickly, but damage was more extensive once it started back up and furnace was sending high levels of CO2 into house. Ended up having to replace complete system. Glad Fred found the CO2 problem as fast as he did, but he had to shut down the system to protect the home. Only smart thing to do was replace complete 22 year old system.Quality ordered new system, but it may be a week before it comes in. So our family wasnt stuck in a cold house without heat, Quentin came out the next day and installed a complete temporary heating system for us and got us back into a warm house within 2 hours. Pretty unbelievable service and speed of installation, and I happy we picked the right company for service.Had a slight problem with temporary heating system shutting down after running all night. Alex came out and quickly found that the original furnace draining system was done wrong and not fully draining correctly. After about 10 minutes time, Alex had the drain fixed and our heat was back on and all checked out. Total time from calling service to problem fixed was less than 2 hours.

I called Quality about my AC unit issues and they scheduled me the next day. Fred was the tech that came out and he was exceptionally courteous and professional. He explained all facets of the job thoroughly which was appreciated. I will call Quality and specifically ask for Fred regarding all future service.

Our central air started making a noise that sounded like a lawn mower when it was turned on. Of course, it decided to die when we were setting record high temperatures. I appreciated the technicians listening to me and treating me with respect. Rick answered my questions and explained what work he performed and what was needed to resolve the problem. Every time I called I was treated well and taken care of quickly. When the parts needed to fix our AC were on back order, Dawn arranged for us to have a portable AC to help us through the sweltering weather. It was greatly appreciated, especially when the inside of the house was hotter than it was outside. It was 80 degrees inside at 10pm. Thank you so much for your help and for the quality service.

Scott and his install team did a really nice job for me on this hot August day. It was good to see that level of work as well as the service and clean-up. Nothing to do with the install team, but I was told they would start at 8 AM; they arrived at 8:30.

They are a rip off they said that I needed two pounds of R-22 (which is the refrigerant)in my ac and tried charging over 150 a pound and when I checked it and put some in myself I only needed a half pound so they were gonna charge me for two pounds over 300 bucks and the stuff is only 28 a pound they are way over charging and charging for more then people actually need

We recently purchased an older home and thought we had a couple of more years from the furnace. Unfortunately, 3 weeks after we moved in our furnace quit working and of course, it was one of the coldest weeks in April! I called, and the technician was out to assess the unit quickly. While the unit could be repaired - the age of the unit warranted replacement. Our new furnace (and air conditioner, to boot) were installed the very next day. The technicians were very professional, and left the area clean. Thanks for a great experience!

Quality Came out on Christmas Eve to help with our furnace issue they got us in quick had to order parts and got them in quick. Fred was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. very pleased with the service we received thank you! We purchased our central air unit with Quality and was very happy with the service we received then as well. We purchased a service plan for both the new AC and our old furnace and it costs less per month and includes more than the one we had just on the furnace with another company.

Really I can not emphasize enough, call Quality 1st! I called this morning. Dawn took my call and I was already feeling better. The HE furnace was leaking water. She dispatched Cody for early afternoon. Cody called & was free early. I got a text with detailed profile of Cody’s qualifications. I soon learned he is also honest, knowledgeable, professional, hard working and very creative. Problem was solved leak stopped. Thank you Cody and Quality!December 2020Our humidifier needed a part. JUNE 2021My 23 year old AC was too expensive to repair. Dillon spent meticulous hours installing, explaining, cleaning up... such a pleasure to have him here. Quentin was not only top notch with the business part, he was also very enjoyable as a person.

I use Quality Heating & Cooling of Massillon for all my houses needs! They have been informative, professional, and personable each time! I needed a new hot water tank install as well as a tune-up on my furnace. From start to finish the process was great! We just got an estimate for a new furnace and AC from Koli and we were very pleased! He was able to work within our budget and explained the process for the installation. Also very grateful he offered to temporarily fix our current AC until the new system is installed since our install date is 2 weeks out. Koli is awesome and super friendly! Now we can’t wait to enjoy our new AC :)UPDATE: We cancelled our furnace and AC installation which we were going to pay $11,595 for. We slept on it and decided to look around for different quotes. Had another company come out, which they actually looked at our AC to see what the issue was and the capacitor was burnt up. It was replaced and we now have air again and $11,595 still in our pockets.

Our experience with Quality Heating and Cooling thus far has been all positive. Quentin Cowling came out and advised us on what we needed. His professionalism and knowledge were far superior than any other company we had come out here. He didn’t try to sell us anything we really didn’t need. He went above and beyond by bringing out a colleague to get a second opinion trying to help us consolidate systems (we have two furnaces/ac units due to an addition). I would suggest you at least put them on your list when shopping for new HVAC equipment. I will provide further review after installation has occurred.Update: Having Shawn Weisend of Quality Heating and Cooling as our lead installation technician was a very positive experience. He let us know when he was on his way and arrived on time. He walked us through every step of the process from removal of the old equipment to the installation of the new HVAC units. He was very attentive when we asked questions and made sure to answer them in a way we could understand. Best of all he had a sense of humor. It was a pleasure having him out here with his team. The were all very professional in appearance and actions. Quality Heating and Cooling was out at our house for three days and it was great having the same lead technician arrive each day. I would highly recommend giving Quality Heating and Cooling a chance to help you out on your HVAC project.
