So far so good. Doug hooked me up with a 2015 Chevy 1500. Price is decent for a work truck but the process wasn’t too bad. We couldn’t get approval same day but nonetheless the truck is here.Side note: the rear backup camera says to “service.” The vehicle was smoked in and wasnt detailed much before I got it... it’s a work truck not a show truck so the little things don’t bother me too much but I could see how this could break a potential buyers interest.Doug the salesmen was an alright guy... not too pushy.
I purchased a BMS sniper this Tuesday and I can say this is one of the best things I purchased. Talk about having a good time in the boonies this summer. Only gave 1 star because I cant go lower. We stopped to look at a particular vehicle that was out by the road. The sales man tried playing lots of games with us. It took us a lot to get the price of the vehicle. Then he wouldnt let us test drive the vehicle without getting a loan approval first. I have never been to a car lot that made you get pre-approved prior to a test drive, especially on a $13,000 vehicle. We had stopped to look at a Jeep because I want one as a play vehicle. I have a new Honda CRV for my daily vehicle. You dont buy a play vehicle if you cant afford it. Credit isnt an issue but I am not going to take the hit on our credit report and then not even like how the vehicle drives. We finally got up and walked out because I will not play those kinds of games. Its a shame because we would have bought the Jeep had it driven nice etc. We will not step foot on that lot again, thats for sure.Edited to add that he wanted my drivers license before he would give me the price. I refused because they dont need my license to give me the price of the car. Also told us the car had just come in 2 days ago but I know for a fact I had seen it 2 weeks prior but didnt have time to stop that night.
Nothing but BAIT CARS! Found a car we liked on market place, they said it was sold! Two hours later after they closed they posted another car same make and model, we went up first thing the day after they posted it and said they sold that car that night (they were closed). Tried to get me to finance a different car, and we told them no and walked out. Not to mention they kept pawning us to talk to 3 different people.
I love this place.... Im 2 hrs away....they worked out a great deal for me and when I say they worked it out thats exactly what they did....great group of guys....it took 5 days to close the deal...because of paperwork issues on my end....they were patience....and got it done.... Great cars, good deal, however not happy with how it went. Had a great car picked out, said we were approved and could come back in morning to finish up. Morning came, Tim said noon, noon came, Tim said 3. It’s now 5pm, and I’ve not heard from Tim since noon. They closed at 4! What a joke. Need better communication with customers!

This place was just ok. I found a van through Facebook and when I went it was already sold. I made an appointment for it as they said it was appointment only. Then I get there and the lady who helped me was not who I set my appointment with. They had like a man on a top booth who looked like he was in charge and music was playing like a he was a master DJ. It was loud and hard to hear the person who was helping me. I have mixed feelings about this place. Could have been more cleaned up seeing how it is in Belden Village!
They sold our 20yo Daughter a car that had been wrecked without telling us. Went to Ford dealer to have headlights aimed and found out the car had been in a front end collision. One headlights adjusters were broken. Called Royal to get it replaced, and since they cant find a good used one, they have totally ignored us. They never answer their phone, and dont return messages. Buying from them was the biggest mistake ever. I should have known better when the car advertised online wasnt even on the property. Classic Bait and Switch. Stay away from this place! Only gave them One Star because it wont allow me to post with ZERO!

They said they had a car on their lot 2012 Cadillac CTS wagon for 10k after several days of trying to figure out location of this place she finally told me so I give them a call and trying to ask about mileage they said that car wasn’t on the lot and the car was sold a while ago. Since then I’ve had numerous calls from them pressuring me to come in and take a look at what else they had to offer. Safe to say I didn’t waste 4 hours of my time just to find out what I want isn’t there.

(Changing my review from 1 star to 5!!!) This place had horrible staff at one point. They really changed my outlook on this place. Mike serviced our vehicle to the best of his abilities and now our 2013 dodge Durango runs like new again. At first we where sure they they got over on us. Me and my spouse are so happy that they worked with us and got us back on the road. I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. The new staff is amazing📣📣📣‼‼😁😁😁

Beware, do not buy a vehicle from here. They sold us a truck, we told them we are moving down south and needed something to pull an enclosed trailer with. Come to find out 2 days later that the frame on this truck had been welded, and we had it checked out at another dealership and they said there is no way, safely we can now use this truck to pull a trailer. We tried to take it back to them and get our car back that we traded in, and they said they did not know about the frame, so they wont take it back or give us our car back. This place sucks! Lesson learned!

Sold us a car with a warranty for $1300 that we didnt find out about until we got our info from the finance company. Then refused to do a 2016 update on the computer system. Then charged us $266 to replace a shift solenoid. What did the warranty cover? Im so dizzy from all the spin moves this place put us through, Ill never step foot in their establishment again, God willing. My advice; go anywhere else. Very unhappy!

If I could go lower than 1, I certainly would. I went to their astablishment over a month ago. Drove 1 hour to get there to be told the car I inquired about on Saturday was sold by Monday. Every vehicle I inquired about had some type of issue . Waited for 5 hours, put a $200.00 deposit down on a vehicle that I really didnt want but didnt want my trip to be a waste. 8 hours later, same night, I contracted my last salesman (had 2) to say I didnt want the vehicle and wanted my deposit back. After many text messages and a few emails, I was promised my deposit. 1 month later and Im still waiting. I will seek legal action. Just terrible!!Update 11/16/20Called and spoke with a kind and patient gentleman that fixed my situation. Thank you for handling this for me.
Doug really helped me and my fiancé out. We came in to look at a Subaru but ended up leaving with a 2011 Mazda 3 (who I affectionately named Minnie) he showed us the Mazda based on our price range and needs and we fell in love. We were at the shop for a couple hours at no fault but our own. We came unprepared with paystubs with us so we had to wait for those to be emailed. Doug and the staff was very patient with us the whole time and made us feel welcomed. As a first time buyer with NO credit Doug really helped us out in this desperate time!

This place is a joke. I found them on facebook marketplace. They had a 2018 Chevy Malibu for $500 to $750 down no credit check only if you have a steady income. I Immediately message the guy which name is Danny.I told him i was interested in the vehicle. We set up a time for the next day to come see about the car. I get there i did not see the car on the lot. He wanted to try to finance me for a car so we set there for over a hr for him to say i need just a little more income so we use my mom income only to set there for another two hrs for him to say they have nothing on the lot at the time for me. So i asked about the Chevy Malibu he says oh its out there i say where he said oh it most be in the back where they clean the cars. They just lie to get you in there. Waist part of my day but i finally found something at a different car lot in Ravenna stay away from this place unless you have nothing to do but listen to lies for 3hrs

Very poor experience. Went up there 3 days in a row. Nothing they said they had was there. The salesman had me sitting there for hours. If they could not help me due to circumstances then that should have been made clear. He the promised my a call back several times. I never received a call back. I went to another lot and was given great service and they actually helped.

I tried to co-sign for my roommate they let her drive off of the lot then 3 weeks later had to give the car back because the financing didn’t go through. When I got the letter of disapproval from the bank I called and the guy told me not to worry and that I don’t have to give the car back but I still ended up having to. Once returned they “LOST HER PLATES” for the car that she exchanged. They also will NOT GIVE ME BACK PAPERS I HAD SIGNED!! They put insurance in my name with my roommates card even though I already told them I already have insurance. WILL NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. And now I have to get lawyers involved. DO NOT GO HERE!
Sold me a car worth 10k according to kbb for 15k. Within a day had a check engine light come on. Which is a more than 300 dollar repair. Needed 4 new tires 1 of which had a side wall that was about to blew. 1 had damage on the inside of the tire, between the four i found 6 patches and 2 nails. The front brake pads and rotors were completely bad. The radio didnt work when i got it and they said theyd pay to get it fixed and when i got it diagnosed they ignored all my calls so i had to pay them 150 for diagnostic. To repair the radio is a 500 dollar repair. 1500 dollars total in repairs in less than 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I drove two hours to get there but it was worth it. My credit is not the best and Brandon was still able to get me into an awesome vehicle that I love and stayed in my price range. He was super nice. Great service.
Took my sister there twice second time on a Saturday said she was good to go approved for the loan come back Monday to pick it up Monday comes they call at 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon they close at 4:00 saying that she needs a cosigner she finds a cosigner gets a hold of them gets everything figured out at 12:00 as of now it is 3:30 nothing back just for a kymco side by side but why do they have to lie and say she was approved I left work early on Monday to pick it up for her....the salesman himself told her and me.i directly asked him he said she was good to go all she needed to do is sign a power of attorney so I could pick it up for her on Monday yes yes he did say she was good to go I asked him three different times each time he said she was approved everything was good....

Truck had oil leak,battery was corroded,interior was nasty,bald tires a,missing gas lid, list goes on.Dont buy anything from this place, dont go there and have multiple inquiries on your credit report, nothing this place says is accurate.

TERRIBLE. I made it known I was driving 2 hours to look at a specific vehicle, and asked if I could do everything online before coming to make sure my trip wouldn’t be pointless. I have a two year old son, stepson, & pregnant with my second child. All together I will have 3 children, I worked all day, and they wasted my time. I was told everything on my application came back good, so I drove the two hour drive, tired from work, but excited. Got to this place, & the guy seemed to have no idea what he was doing, I sat at the desk for 30-40 minutes before I even got the slightest clue of what was going on. Then the guy proceeds to ask me if I want a van, or a car. Mind you I drive a 2016 Honda Civic, if I wanted a car I’d continue to drive the one I own. I need something bigger, and was under the impression I was getting that when I drove 2 hours one way. Then the guy asks my husband to come in, and co-sign, he comes in gives the man all his information, then directs the attention towards my husband, who wasn’t there for a vehicle, I WAS. The man kept saying he could get him a vehicle, etc. Anyways, awful experience, and absolutely wasted my time, energy, & gas. Terrible service, and lack of communication. I specifically asked for them to not waste my time before I drove that far, & that’s exactly what they did!

Ive been too 6 different lots and was told I needed 1000 down... despite me telling everyone I had zero down every dealer told me they couldnt help except royal... 0 down and got a 2016 Chevy cruze... I was told Danny was the best to make it happen when I got there and I wasnt disappointed... Danny took amazing car of me and got me in an awesome car by calling in a ton of favors for me. My Wife and I bought a Kymco MXU 450i from them 06/13/20.All in all it was a good experience. I enjoyed talking with the Salesman Brandon. He had no issues with showing me everything I wanted to see on paper before I signed anything and didnt rush me at all.Everything went great.Only 1 reason for 4, not 5 stars. The whole experience Took a very very long time because they kept messing up my information on the paperwork and having to resubmit it. The approval department is apparently in too much of a hurry to double check the information. (About 3.5 hours on a Saturday)That being said, They definitely have earned our Business if I see a car we want listed with them.
My fiancee and I made an appointment the day before going in to see a car that we wanted to buy with cash (no financing). The morning of the appointment, I verified with them that the car is still there and I said we would be a little early because we made an appointment with a mechanic nearby to have it inspected, they assured us that we would be taken care of. We got there and find out the person we were talking to works in the call center and has no communication with the sales floor. We talk to a salesman and he told us to go ahead out back where the car is and hell be right there. 5 min later he comes out with a cigarette in his mouth and no keys to the car. Also, the car was bumper to bumper with another car blocking it in. The salesman comes up to us and says Oh, did you want to test drive it? Well, yeah buddy how am I getting it to a mechanic? So he goes back in to get both sets of keys since he has to move the other car too. The car is in obvious bad condition even though he said Oh yeah, its solid inside and out. He must have been talking about the property state of metal because as soon as we open up the hood, there was oil everywhere you dont want it to be. At this point, we were late to the mechanic and we didnt even want to test drive that lemon. We thankfully walked out of there without a purchase. If you read the reviews of this place, one thing stands out on almost every review: DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Poor communication, they dont care about your time, sell really bad cars, and are pretty unprofessional.

Drove 1.5 hours to get there based on the fact that the dealer said they had a pre-approval. When I arrived the salesman said that the pre-approval didnt count and that we would have to do everything. I was annoyed but continued on with the process. I had brought all the documents that they said I needed to complete the process but as the process went on, they started asking for even more documentation that I did not have with me and would have to drive 1.5 hours to get and then return to them. The finance gentleman pretty much said sorry about your luck. The salesman who told you what documents to bring didnt know what he was talking about I told them that I would not return to purchase from them. The finance gentleman proceeded to call my employer to verify employment even after I informed them I wouldnt be working with them. This place was very unprofessional and I advise you go elsewhere for your automotive needs.
Friendly people who put me in the car I wanted and then also helped me refinance it 2 years later. They worked very hard to get me a loan with my not perfect credit. Would definitely do business with them again. Doug was a very friendly and attentive salesman.
I called this business to ask for details and information on an ATV they posted on marketplace. The salesman flat out refused to tell me if it was fuel injected or carbureted whether it was 2 Wheel Dr. or four-wheel-drive or any information he just kept repeating himself well I tell you what you need to do is come down here and check it out. It became apparent that this business is nothing but I pressure used car sales.
I Got the car November 2019 the check engine light came on the same day on the way back to my home town then the car wouldn’t stop overheating then I spent 3,000 on repairs. THEY DRIVE THE CARS WHILE THE BUISNESS IS CLOSED THEY GAVE IT TO ME ON E and gave me 12 dollars of gas. They did repair my passanger window and replaced tires and control arm BUT IT still needs 2,000 dollars worth of work. This is a risky place to get a car from

First if you find a car on facebook marketplace and the price seems too good to be true. Theres a good probability that this place is the one who posted it. Spoke with Danny on messenger about the car and he asked the usual have you had more than 3 repossessions or any in the last 90 days which we hadnt he asked about monthly income and how long wed been employed. And everything seemed good. I told him my roommate had some questions and asked if he could call and talk to him and he said his assistant would. Never happened. I got a message later that evening and was told that they got caught with work and couldnt call. My roommate and I ended up just going in. Didnt even get to deal with Danny, the guy we talked to at the door said danny was busy (despite being told by Danny to ask for him when we got there and hed help us out) The new guy (never gave us his name) spoke to us, took all my roommates information, ran his credit everything... only to tell us that even with the 1500 down and his income and the lack of repossessions he was not able to get a car. They used the term strong co-signer over a dozen times we asked if we had brought 2 cars to trade in that were on their last legs the guy said they dont turn away trade ins but then went and spoke to someone and came back and again used the term strong co-signer and unable to do anything to help us. This place is a marketing scam to get you to come in and run youre credit. Its the least consumer friendly business ive ever encountered. I have never seen a company like this treat their customers so poorly giving this whole guaranteed approval BS and then just running you through a system to tell you they cant help you. Unreal. I will not be going back and the next car i find on facebook from them ill be removing from my list as theres no point in dealing with these people. Attached is the guarantee POSTED ON FACEBOOK!! Looking for a down payment of 1,000 and monthly payments around 300.. I dont care about credit. If youre working or have steady income you can get this car! In response to the owners response I have read countless reviews posted by other customers of this business who are all saying the same thing. You make promises you cant keep in order to get people in the door. You run their credit drop their scores and dont help. And all you say is you didnt meet our lenders requirements. Word of advice get different lenders. The fact is youre hurting more people than you help.
Shady dealership I would avoid all together. The check engine light came on while on my test drive and they tried to ignore it. I asked them could I take it to autozone to get the code read and they would not let me. They knew it was something seriously wrong with the car and would not tell me, nor even let me take it to get it looked at before I purchased it so that I would know what I was getting myself into.
I just gotta say Royal Family Motors is the best place Ive ever gotten a car from. I live in mansfield and drove all the way out to them and I would do it again. The staff is great but Danny Lane deserves a special shout out. He was not only always professional but he also had my best interest at heart. Danny even worked with me on his day off collecting my papers and information so when I picked up my car it would be quick since I had work. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!

Danny and Phil did a great job, had excellent customer service, and got us into a vehicle even with our poor credit. I like the fact that this place runs the numbers first off. I dont want my time wasted, and Im sure they dont want theirs wasted either. They werent able to get us in the car we initially wanted but they gave us a few options and one worked out great. I dont think these people leaving the bad reviews are being realistic! Good work guys! PS. Kim was also really nice!
Excellent! A family run business! The people are very kind and make you feel comfortable ! They are willing to work with you regarding payments whether your credit is good or not so good. Would definitely recommend them if in the market for a car.

I wasnt going too make a review about this but after explaining what happened to friends relatives and former coworkers then doing some research and reading some of these reviews and seen that Im not the only one that has gone through this me being a 22 year old young man I can admit that I don’t know to much about buying a vehicle from a dealership but even so i drove up to the dealership from Pittsburgh Pa, not expecting to buy a vehicle but just to see what they had around and to offer at first they where cool understanding and helpful and said they where able to get me into a 2010 BMW 528xi with a down payment of 1200$ Cash so I agreed that was on a Saturday and I was told to come back and pick up the car Monday and to do the final bits of paper work now at this time I had a car prior to going to the dealership after Monday when I filled out all the papers and was handed the keys and rang the bell I left with a new car so when I got home I went and got rid of my previous car cause I didnt need 2 of them long story short I got called telling me to come back Saturday (only had the car for 5days ) to fill out papers so i came back just so they could say my financing fell through they ran my credit some more and I even tried using a co-signer they said they couldnt approve me anymore and I had to return the keys so I ended up stuck 2 1/2 hours away from home at the dealership with no way to get home(on Easter weekend) I was forced to sit there at the dealership all day and had to call a relative who was almost 3 hrs away to get me and I was there from the time it opened till they closed 8hrs just waiting for a ride... So when I returned home I had no money they didnt give me my down payment back had to call and nag to get it back which took 2 weeks and they only returned 500 of the 1200$ kept the car as a result from losing the car I lost my job due too me no longer having a vehicle Im a structural inspector for a engineering company where traveling is part of the job and a boxer and trainer my vehicle is critical to me making my money so I went from 2 cars to no car and no money within 5 days and have been stranded at home for the past 4-5 weeks since then Im extremely frustrated and been taken complete advantage of Ive worked extremely hard to get to a certain point just to get set wayyyyyyy back and honestly Im Embarrassed I was excited showed my people(friends and family) the car/ fruit of my labor to have it taken away from me oh and they refuse to give me the 699$ back too I’ve seen I’m not the only one that this has happened too from this dealership I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any type of service I’m extremely frustrated and still suffering as a result from this.
Beware you leave a review here about the dealership they write back saying you didnt qualify but funny. Thing I did an on line app with them and they said. It was all good come get your vehical well thats all a lie the call center you talk too okays your app to get you out there THIS IS A SCAM And needs reported to ohio state
Never buy a car from this place they never return calls i test drove s vehicle came and picked it up next say windshield was cracked no one know how or why check engine light came on on the way home my paasenger door doesnt open from outside they sold me a vehicle with remote start it haa never worked worse place in the world i am contacting my attorney this place is a joke

Sign said open. Hours posted said should be open. Not open. All vehicles unlocked. Failed to follow up on my inquiries about a vehicle they had. Multiple contact attempts with no response to calls or text.
This place has no respect for you. I found a car on there website at a good price. So I sent in an email to say I was interested in it. The next day the price went up 2,000 dollars. Now I thought thats not right and moved on. So later that week I received a phone call about the car and I told them I was no longer interested since the price was raised. They told me they would honor that first price I saw. So I made an appointment. I drove 70 miles to the there dealership and was rewarded with disappointment. The price was not lowered it was still 2,000 dollars higher and they would not honor the previous price.
Part:1 I have heard really good things and bad things about this dealership. Im going today to pick up a Chevy Cruze. If it goes great 5 stars will be rewarded. If anything less than perfect Ill be sure to report and change my star rating. I started at a 3. Due to the fact of how I was talked to and treated on the phone. Ill give them benefit of the doubt because doing everything over the phone is harder than in person.Part:2- well after alittle bit of a rocky start, it turned out for the best. Royal auto was super nice. People and staff where amazing. They got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would recommend them. Just talk and communicate with them. They will try everything they can to do it right or make it right. Looking forward to buying my next car from them already. BEWARE THEY LIE THERE FOR THE RICH! Do not go here they lie did app over phone they called back said I was approved. Drove 2 hours there the truck i wanted wasnt even there. They tell you $200 or $300 in payments with $1000 cash down but then tell aww we cant help you ... ITS ALL A SCAM !!!! DONT TRUST THEM!!! THERE A SCAM!! SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!!
I went there they are very nice and plecent. left at 4. called next day and messaged them, they said they were working on a deal pensing approvel following day i called again. left voice mails and lwft messages which were looked at. but no response. i dont have good credit. but tell me if im approved or denied. and tell me wgat i need to get aproved.
Great place to buy a car or ATV/SIDE BY SIDE...I am working on building my credit up so it was not a good score...That didnt stop Royal...I put some money down ($750) showed proof of my job and I was on my way home with a new ATV...dont let the brand (Kymco) stop you from buying...I have had Hondas, Suzukis, and Paloris...The quality is damn near the same and you get a winch and nice rims stock...Im sure I will be a life time customer

Nobody has been able to help me because Im self employed even though I keep perfect records.. 4 other dealerships couldnt help near me.. I sent in all my stuff to Danny before I made the 4 hour 230 mile trip and it was well worth it.. I was skeptical but I left in the exact van I came for... Absolutely worst service I have ever received. I have been told for 2 weeks now from Kim she would give me a call back (no call) I have been extremely professional and patient with them understanding business can get busy but when your told I will call you back and don’t hear anything then call and check up and told the same thing again it’s unprofessional. The customer service I have received here is by far the worst I have ever received with a car lot:( very disappointed
I found a vehicle I wanted on Facebook Marketplace. I messaged the seller and found what he was telling me agreeable. We messaged back and forth some more the next day, and I told him I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle.After getting the address of where the vehicle was, this dealership came up. I read the reviews and the common theme was lack of communication, run around on approvals, cars not being available. I messaged the salesman, Danny Lane, and expressed my concerns because I was going to be coming from over an hour away, at the end of the day, and didnt want to get caught up in the same thing. Can you guess what happened? No response for hours. I messaged him again, even sent a picture of the cash down payment informing him I was a serious buyer. I immediately got a message back, stating he was double checking with the boss to make sure everything was good to go.2 hours go by, no further communication. I again messaged him stating that I needed to know what the status was as I needed to make arrangements to get a ride. No response.As of this morning, fully 24 hours after we first communicated, still no response.Being in the service side of the car business, I know how lopsided reviews can be when the customer has unrealistic expectations, so I was willing to give the bad reviews a pass. I am sad to say that apparently they are true.I fully expect the owner to state that my name isnt in their records and that I never was at their dealership and that this is a fake review. I have the messages saved, and will be willing to share them with anyone that is interested.Danny Lane, piece of advice: Communication is the most important part of this business. Follow up with customers will prevent bad reviews, angry customers in the showroom, complaints with the BBB and AGs office. It will also get you great referrals.To the owners, your responses to the reviews come across as a child throwing a tantrum. Professionalism goes a long way in combating missed expectations and customer complaints. Try this the next time John Doe, I am sorry we didnt meet your expectations which caused you to leave this bad review. We do strive to do the best we can, and will use this as a learning example. Then, if there is a legitimate issue, handle it and move on.
DOUG was a terrible car sales man,wasnt talkative nor friendly. Went in there for my FIANCE so she could by a car. He tried telling me we both had to have our names on the car and ik thats a damn lie. My dad was a car sales man for years. Yall my lost business i dont recomend this plcae or if you do dont go with doug cause he dont know his job.
