I have purchased three truck caps here. Two for our company and one for my Tacoma. The last one for my work truck was a frameless cap that started leaking after warranty was out. Then my Tacomas cap started leaking and I couldnt make it down to Canton right away. I finally got a Saturday off and took it to Cap Stop and unfortunately the cap was two weeks out of warranty. The young man at the desk said there was nothing they could do as far as warranty, but that I could schedule a time to bring the truck in and they would fix it. I declined and got it fixed elsewhere. Now it is time to buy a new cap for my work truck and Im not going to CS again. Their service guy really let me down, not to mention having two of their frameless caps start leaking so soon. Buying a new cap elsewhere.

This was an end to end great experience renting a u-haul here. Service was efficient, professional and friendly. Quick and easy checking in and out. Will be my first choice anytime I need a truck.

The customer service was absolutely awful! This place had our truck for 3 hrs after being told it would only take 1 1/2. When we finally got to look at the cap it is Jimmy rigged on our truck. We were told they could have it off in 10 min and they would give us our money back ($1850). We didnt trust that they wouldnt ruin our truck in the process since it took them so long to put it on and wire the electric to it. After pointing out what was wrong we were told that it was normal to have to make adjustments like they did to make it fit. They cut the cap and the metal framing around the back window and then lied about it as we were brushing metal shavings off the bumper. There is a huge gap in the back window hatch that has to shifted to close it, and there are chunks of wood in between the cap and the truck bed. Instead of calling us and saying it wasnt going to fit properly and ask if we could wait for a new one they took the money and hoped we wouldnt notice. I have contacted Leer directly hoping they will make it right or I will find another dealer to fix their mistake but I will never recommend this place.

Ive shopped here a few times and theyve always been very helpful. I bought a few parts to repair and mount my cap. They had everything in stock, their prices were reasonable, and they were able to quickly get me on my way.

Customer service was polite, helpful. Answered all my questions. By far the best U-Haul experience. Highly recommend this location for business with the company.

Got a tonneau cover and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Fast and friendly.

Just purchased my very first truck. Needed running boards, tonneau cover and bed liner. Overall, pretty happy with the pricing and installation. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and assisted me in choosing what I needed. However, I felt like a couple of the guys were whispering comments about the fact that I am a female. I’m an engineer and have worked with mostly men my whole life so that stuff doesn’t bother me but it was unprofessional and uncalled for, particularly after spending a pretty good amount of money there. Show some respect to the customer, no matter the gender. Can’t give 5 stars because of this.

To be fair, they did good work replacing a glass door on my Cap, guy on the phone was good to deal with, and it was the lowest price I found... but..when I got there I stood for 5 minutes watching an older guy talk on the phone without acknowledging me, then when I told him I needed to leave the Cap and not my truck with him, because I had my 2 year old son with me, he became very angry and stormed off and yelled “sh!t!”. I put the cap on myself in 5 minutes, didn’t think it would be a problem for a Cap shop. Guy then brought a fork lift out, took the cap off that I unbolted and drove back in shutting the door behind him and didn’t say a word, as if that was such a difficult task for him. Maybe guy was just having a bad day, but most people can’t and shouldn’t get away with pouting and cussing in front of customers just because they’re having a bad day. I will personally never return. They should keep that guy in the back.

We use the uhaul rentals and parts for our f150. Love this place

I purchased a used cap from them last week and prepped myself for all the extras I would have to endure for getting it properly installed on my truck. I was in shock when the price I was given included everything and boy did they do a nice job. It was definitely worth every penny and I would not hesitate to go back there again.

We always rent our uhauls here for work and Ive even gotten a couple for myself here as well. Larry is one of the nicest most helpful Uhaul guys around.

When in the other day to order side rails for the truck and some air vents for the windows they were in the very next day guys got me in and out in less than an hour and a half very happy customer.

Went in to buy some Weathertech liners for the front and back floors of my Chevy Colorado Z71. They had the fronts, and ordered the backs. They installed the fronts right then. I ended up buying a Truxedo Truxport tonneau cover. The rear weathertech liner and tonneau cover came in 2 days later and was installed quickly and professionally. While I was visiting, I browsed their store. They had a crazy amount of items in stock and for order. It looked like they also rent u-haul, but dont quote me on that.

Called to see what size cap Id be going there to buy and the guy on phone said go measure it myself
