Ive used Mr. Tires services a handful of times now. Theyve done 3 sets of tires and a few other things. They have done a great job each time. The times Ive had my vehicles in for issues, they fixed them at a reasonable price and didnt try to up sell me on other things. Im not only confident in their abilities, but also their honesty to give you the service you actually need. Its hard to trust some mechanics, but these guys are worth a try.

Reasonable prices, Quality of work and people there are 10/10 and they won’t come up to you and pressure you to do things to your car that you Didn’t pay them to do. Quick to the point to put it simple. They have good recommendations of tires too. Dont let the fact that they’re a chain mechanic fool you.

I have only been a Mr. Tire a couple times but they have been great experiences! Service is quick, have never had to wait really long. When your appointment is, thats when you go in which I appreciate since other places will squeeze walk-ins in before you. And the prices are very reasonable! Always running some sort of deal. Ask for Mark, he is awesome!

I live right up the street and always come here for all my car needs. I personally have seen the managers and technicians take the time to explain the issues and what can be done to correct (with solutions). As a woman, I appreciate this because while I may not know a lot about cars, I’m well on my way to a PHD! Appreciate the honesty. I have come here exclusively for a year and a half. Service is still good but your 35% price increase since my last service 2 months ago is exorbitant. Time to shop around.

I brought my vehicle in just under two months ago. An associate was able to schedule an appointment for 1.5 hours later that same day. Once my vehicle was being serviced, the wait time was not long, which unfortunately was not for the best. The front passenger tire had a slow leak which was fixed successfully. However, I also requested to have the tires rotated, which was not done. When asking if this had been completed, the associate said I think so, without verifying if it had or not. After checking 4 days later, I found that the air pressure in the tire that was repaired was inflated not only beyond the suggested PSI of the vehicle manufacturer but also beyond the max PSI indicated on the tire itself. This could have led to a dangerous if not life-threatening situation. I also found that none of the other tires had a consistent air pressure, leading me to believe that they were not checked nor filled/bled to maintain a consistent PSI. While the repair to my tire was made as requested, overall the service was poor, with little attention to quality or detail.

Fast and reliable service! My most recent visit took place over my lunch break. They had everything handled and I was on my way back to work in no time. It is such a relief to have somewhere I can take my car for routine maintenance and not have to worry about being sold things I do not need. Highly recommend to everyone!

This shop is fantastic. The ownership and staff are incredibly friendly, courteous, helpful, and thoughtful. They look out for you like family.I stopped in because one of my tires started making an obnoxious screeching sound. After a quick check, they located a piece of gravel in the wheel and removed it, then sent me on my way. The service was complimentary.I returned shortly after for an oil change and tire rotation. And I intend to return again and again. I cant wait for my tires to wear out so I can buy a new set from them. If they gave haircuts, Id get em. If they sold BBQ, Id eat it. These folks are great.Its refreshing to see people who sincerely care about what they do. They do business right. With the right values and ethics. Theyre interested in developing a base of lifelong, loyal customers. And their service delivery shows.

Mr tire on Portage is the best repair shop Ive ever been to. From the comfortable waiting area, the fresh coffee, the cleanliness, great customer service, and great technicians. I would never take my buissness anywhere else. Ive been going here for about the last year. With the restaurants near by it makes this location ideal while on my lunches. These guys are absolutely amazing! My midsize SUV rode like a tank before they got it. They did a complete overhaul in about 4 hours and she rides than she did when I first got it. They were extremely pleasant and accomodating. Mikes customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

I flew into Canton around 5:00pm to be with my sick mother in the hospital. I got in her car to head to the hospital in heavy snow coming down in the dark and had a flat tire. I took it to Mr. Tire that was nearby and asked the two guys there to check my tire and see if it needed to be patched. They fixed it in about 10 minutes and I went to pay them. They knew I was frazzled and refused to take my money. They said it was complimentary. Yes, there are still good people in this world and also speaks to the fine people in Canton, Ohio. We will definitely be coming here from now on! The waiting area is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable, honest, polite, friendly and professional. We had previously gotten tires from Sams Club. We were having some issues and took it there to see what the problem was. Sams checked the tires and balanced them, claiming they were just off balance and the tires were still in pretty good condition. We left there and the problem persisted so we took it here, trying to get to the bottom of the situation! We worked with Mark Clelland, and he told us that the tires were bad and basically junk. So we replaced the tires and it completely fixed the issue! They also replaced our brakes and rotors. The prices I feel are quite reasonable and fair! And Im happy to say its like driving a new vehicle! Id recommend them to everyone!

Ive always had good service here. Very polite and professional. But more importantly, they do a good job. One thing Im always glad about is they actually call me when my car is done. Too many places Ive been to in the past say theyll call, but they dont. Ive been going here for a while now for my routine maintenance and I expect to continue doing so.

Amazing customer service! I was a walk in. Found a screw in my tire. Fixed on the spot. Demonstrated and offered some hands on mechanic fun to my 4 year old twins as we waited. I will go back and recommend, no question!

They always do a good job here and they have a ton of services. Theyve replaced my tires, changed my oil, fixed my fob and a few other things. The staff is friendly and gives a fair price. Sometimes theyll rotate your tires for free when changing your oil and point out any concerns they notice.

After trying various locations depending on my work schedule, I refuse to go anywhere but here. Their prices are more than fair and I never have any doubt about them being honest and fair. I never question what they tell me and they don’t try to sell me things I don’t need. I trust their judgement and have a much better experience than I’ve had anywhere else. Being a young, single woman and having a place like this is a gold mine. They’re genuinely there to serve their customers and not out to try and pull a fast one on you. I’d never go anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE - MR. TIRE MANAGER ON PORTAGE IS A DISHONEST THIEF! PLEASE READ SO YOU ARE NOT RIPPED OFFBefore Mr. Tire, place used to be Ziegler Tire. I always trusted them when I needed new tires, & never had an issue beyond that; When change of company occurred, it was same good people who worked there...Except the manager.Vehicle had a flat on left rear drivers side. What I expected was maybe a plug job costing $100 at most, turned into a $855 job.Here is how the scam worked; manager Mark C came out said my rear brakes were in such bad condition that it was very possible I could be in a fatality induced accident! He said I shouldn’t drive it period! He never showed me problem by showing me w/ vehicle on rack, & never showed me paperwork either.Why is this manager not in Hollywood? The acting job could have won a Academy Award!Mark C said the tires were in such bad shape that they needed replaced. That was plausible because tires in back had 17,000 miles more than front & both were rated for 55,000. It turns out he had the newer tires in front replaced instead!I called after talking to friend & he stated to me what he did, so I called Mark C to speak on a refund for the front tires he MISREPRESENTED he said he wasn’t going to give me refund for them and said the tire warranty was voided.That is no reason to replace my tires!Mark C lied to to me on the phone denying everything he said in person. I said I would just call corporate & he bragged they wouldn’t do anything either.That was first time he told the truth because they didn’t bother replying. Also on my paperwork it stated: CUSTOMER DOESN’T WANT OLD PARTS BACK and asked him about it. Mark C stated it was on all invoices & NEVER ASKED ME THIS. He stole my old parts I could have gotten a core refund for!So to anyone who isn’t knowledgable about vehicles like myself, take it somewhere else you trust that hasn’t had a change in management to look at it first.Manager Mark C should be ashamed of himself to rip people off!

By far the best prices and service around. I had several issues with other service centers in North Canton. Since taking my vehicle to Neil at Mr. Tire I have had no issues at all. I now bring all my vehicles here for service and have referred several family members who have also had great experiences. I highly recommend you get a quote and compare to your current service center. I have purchased tires, oil changes, brakes, and exhaust/muffler repairs here.

This shop is one of a kind. The salesmen are honest, as well as the techs. I went in for a flat repair, the techs found some issues with my vehicle. We corrected them, even though I wasnt expecting to do anything else. Mark didnt pressure me asked if I wanted to see my brakes before doing them. I dont second guess this great group of guys. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend.
