Ryan (normally of the Arlington location) was working at the Sunset Strip Location when I came in. I needed a new mattress for better sleep quality and he helped me pick something based off the things I didn’t like about my old mattress. His knowledge was excellent, and I was able to purchase my new mattress and base to be delivered this weekend! Thankful for Ryan’s excellent expertise!

Matress firm on sunset strip was good at waiting on us and explain the difference between the mattresses. We bought a Malbec Queen prime and was told that it would give in after thirty days and to have my kids or grandkids to jump on it and it would soften it up and 30 days later it was still hard and I wanted my money back and they charged me restocking fee of 500.99 and kept gold service fee of 99.99,and I have bought matress from matress firm before and they never get soft enough for comfort. They never have a soft bed and I should have know better shame on me and shame on you Joe. Never again!!!!!

Impressed is an understatement.Upon arrival we were greated by a very respectful and pleasant young man.Not only was he pleasant, but had a true grasp of knowledge on the products and the ways your body works. We asked many questions and he never once failed to answer them, nor did he fake the answers. You could tell he actually carred about helping people with chronic pain get a good nights sleep.There was no pushing for unnecessary products or plans. Instead it was all about providing the best information so we could decide for ourselves.Once he found out that I am a veteran and crippled, his efforts to help only increased. (I didnt think that was even possible after all the help he was already providing)He got us set up for in home delivery and everything. So I dont even have to get rid of my old mattress.I am absolutely blown away by this young man.

Pillow is awesome. Sales person was very helpful. Giving Mattress Firm a 2 star today because as I checked out they told me absolutely no returns on pillows. Went shopping 5 minutes later at a nearby well known home store and found the exact same pillow for $30 less.

I went in for a new base for my mattress and was given great service by Rob! He was able to get delivery and setup fees reduced greatly due to my physical limitations. He also was able to get me 12 months, same as cash. He did not try and sell me a base I didn’t need. No sales pressure. Should be delivered on Wednesday.

As everyone knows, shopping for a mattress is not fun. There are so many decisions to make and you are not even sure if you will make the right one. Shopping with Hillary at the Mattress Firm in North Canton (off of Portage) made our shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We told her what we wanted, she showed us our options and we were in and out quickly. I especially liked the fact that she was knowledgeable about the mattresses that would best address my back issues and didnt try to sell me a more expensive mattress that would not have helped me. I was delighted to learn that I could have my mattress delivered the next day (which happened to be a Sunday). The delivery guys were professional, quick and took care in getting the king-sized mattress to a back bedroom. Overall, a really great experience for us. Ask for Hillary. She will take care of you!

It was such a pleasure to buy another mattress from Hilary at Mattress Firm. She was extremely helpful two years ago when we bought our sons mattress and today when we bought a guest room mattress. Great experience. Much easier than I ever expected. Thank you.I received delivery of my new mattress and adjustable bed frame late Friday evening. When I bought my mattress, I asked a minimum of 3 times if the delivery guys would also take my frame and the answer each time was yes, of course they will. They will remove your mattress plus 2 more items as part of your delivery that you are paying for. Both the store manager and the salesperson told me this. That turned out not to be true and at 9 pm Friday night I was left trying to figure out what to do with my queen size bed frame and how to manuveur it all by myself. Finally, the next day it cost me more money and time to find help to remove the bed frame from my home that I had been told would be taken care of by your delivery guys. Wish I had been told about this before it cost me money and time.

Would have giving a 5 star, but the service side ruined that. When a customer schedules a day to deliver.....you deliver. We have extremely busy lives. Thanks to Manager Joe at the sunset location in Canton things were corrected. I would have wanted an entire refund if it wasnt for him. Love our bed. Thanks!!

I had been shopping for a mattress online and in brick and mortar stores for about 4 months. I was trying to find the best deal and a mattress that was going to fit how I sleep.Katti, was amazing ! The sales woman was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. She really spent the time to find a mattress that fit me. She could work at any mattress store and be the top sales person.The delivery is more expensive then other stores so we picked up. The mattress was just as expected. The adjustable base was much different. Being packaged at the warehouse, we didnt find the damage until we were home and it was opened. Thin cover was chewed up exposing warped wood with signs of water damaged. Also, was possibly chewed by mice from the look of the opening. Requesting an exchange was very easy. The offered to deliver and set up for free but, base was on back order. One month later, still no base. Six weeks in, received a message it would be delivered next week. Seven weeks in, a message about delivery the next day however, the base never arrived. Eight weeks later with multiple calls, base was delivered and set up.We paid in full for our product on the first day and the whole process took an incredible two months.The warehouse will kill this business. Needs serious quality control with shipping management who has ethics and integrity.

Our daughter has said our bed was made by the hands of Jesus. Haha. Those there are great too. Have a referral and get free pillows which are the best pillows we ever used.
