Love this store, but its the employees that make it great. They are so willing to go above and beyond help the customer. Earlier this year I was looking for a rifle that had not been in production for a few years. That were able to track down a new still in the box. Awesome service

Was a little disappointed cause motor cross clothing was very minimal but still good place for hunting and fishing accessories

Friendly staff and had all that we needed or will need for sports of all kinds like hunting and fishing. Staff seemed very knowledgeable about the products we looked at and purchased. We will definitely be back for any other future purchases.

Had a great time in Kames today. It was my first time in the store. From the cash register woman, to the guy behind the gun racks, and the guy in the offroad section. All super great and knowledgeable. Then there is the owner. When I met him, I let him know how much I liked his store. And how great all of the employees have been to me. That he is doing a great job with the selection of items and brand name equipment. Nothing bad at all to say about Kames. I have found my new sporting goods store. No need to go to the chain stores again. Stop in if you havent already and find out for yourself. It is worth the trip.

Got my Honda HP trans oil for our bikes & all set. Kames been great for many years to me, love having a local cycle / ATV supplies shop in the neighborhood. Prices are very reasonable.

Visited this store while in Ohio on business. They definitely seemed to have anything you could want for just about any sport. Great selection of guns and ammo. Got a great deal on some S&W .40 cal ammo and found the perfect size case for my Henry Mares Leg pistol. Thanks to Matt for helping find the perfect case!

I cant say enough good about this place. I have now bought a total of 4 guns from Kames and always been treated great. The prices have been the same or better then other local shops and the service is great. I will stop back next time I am in the market .

Lots of great dirt bike clothing and accessories to choose from, and there’s always stuff on sale. People working are always very friendly. Lots of neat old dirt bikes line the walls. Great place to shop.

FANTASTIC store with just amazing selection and FIRST CLASS responsible management and owner. One of the items I bought here about 2 years ago and the sales person said you will NEVER find THIS item any cheaper than what it was that day....A week later it went ON SALE and I sent a copy of my receipt to the store and they ADJUSTED the price and REFUNDED me the difference ! Now that is something you would never see at the other BIG store that sells golf clubs,baseball stuff,etc.....This store has a HUGE thing that THEY do not.....CUSTOMER SERVICE ! A++++++++ KAMES SPORTS !

I love this place I can get guns and ammunition. I have a four wheeler and can get parts just got new tires. if you like fishing. And archery department check it out you will love it!

When I first found this place, they were very helpful in guiding me to the perfect match up of price and what I felt I needed in a pistol. That was 20 years ago. This is the 1st place I come to when I want ammo or another firearm. They also have bought back what I dont need anymore. Fairly. They also have a wide selection of fishing, camping, cloths, and motorcycle clothing, and safety gear.

Wow, massive hunting and fishing store! Wonderful variety of fishing supplies. The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. Special shout out to Nate for his reccomendation to offer an alternative for an out of stock item.

Nice large outdoors store. This store carries the essentials at a fair price. Not to fancy but is a good one stop shop. Similar to a Gander Mountain. They also sell motor bike parts and accessories.

Most shelves were empty, selection for almost all goods were limited, motorcycle and four wheel equipment seemed to take up 1/3 of store, sporting goods selections were greatly reduced. It appears as if the store is going out of business. Prices are still higher than competitors. Would not recommend this business.

Used to have all the good hunting stuff. Lower and lower inventory selection. Just read theyre going out of business. Bummer

Another business where customer service is going downhill. Once a pleasant place to shop for sporting goods, but no longer unless you a shopping for a gun. No associates at all on the floor except for the two behind the gun counter. I wondered around with a deer in the headlight look as I looked for an item and could find no one to help me.

Went the other day, their selection on what I was looking for was nothing like it used to be. The salesmen simply told me it is what it is. Not the most helpful.

Awesome place for outdoor sporting goods to include fishing, hunting, kayaking, dirt bikes, and more. This place has so much more than you will ever know until you make it in here for yourself. I would also like to add that the folks working in the firearms department are not the fake special forces types that do work at so many other firearms stores. Its comfortable to talk with them and there is no criticism for lack of knowledge.

Decent place. Not a wide variety of selection in the gun department. If you ride motorcycle or fish about 2/3 of their store is dedicated to those hobbies.

Everyone is very helpful. They know everything I needed to know about buying a good gun for me to carry. I asked a lot of questions and not once did I feel rushed. Thank you will definitely but from them again.

Went in to buy my first gun and the salesman (cant remember his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered any and all the questions I had while being unbiased. Will definitely be back for any future firearm purchases.

Big fan of Kames. Fortunate to have it right in my backyard as I know people who drive a good distance to shop here. Good selection and comparable to many other larger chain stores, but the prices are ALWAYS better than the chain stores. Selection and SALES on ammo are good and provide and opportunity to stock up for a reasonable price.

I am Geris husband. Dealt with Kames for years. The staff is courteous and helpful. One thing though since Steve is gone. Selection is poor compared to years back and the prices are sometimes a little high.

Was at Kames yesterday to get my fishing license. There was a special needs man there with his guardian getting his licence also. The girls behind the counter were patiently helping and answering questions. Nice employees you have at Kames!!!

I called and asked if they had motocross boots then they said yeah and I asked about sizes and prices they said they have a size 10 and there only 140 then I drive 45 mins to get there and the only thing they have in adult size is 13 and bright yellow for 190 so they straight lied bc they didn’t wana have to go check and then waisted a good hour and a half and I drive a truck that gets 12 mpg so they aslo wasted a good $20 just because they were too lazy to go check

Staff is good but selection has really suffered.

Seems as if this place is less of a gun store than it used to be. Less selection and lower end guns seem to take up more counter space than it used to. Of course this might be because guys like me will go to Fin, Feather and Fur for the selection and better prices.

Good place to go for Motocross, fishing stuff, hunting stuff, crossbows and guns and accessories. Ive bought a few guns from them theyre very knowledgeable about a lot of guns and pretty much most of the things you can think of involving firearms, they also buy used firearms.

Prices second only to fin feather fur but they dont keep much stock. Frequently run out of ammo before lunch during a flash sale.

Great for a small business, not quite a fin feather fur or similar but well worth a trip.

If Kames doesnt have it you probably dont need it or they will get it. I remember this place since i was a kid. Way before all the big name chain stores. I shop here because it is our local store and that still means something to me.

In my experience I bought 3 guns from them all at once. Not friendly at all and I had to keep asking them questions about the guns. Almost like they were doing me a big favor. Salesmen they are not! Not a good experience at all a shame though was a nice store.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have purchased many guns in my life. I have only been delayed 1 time elsewhere. Ive attempted to purchase 3 or 4 guns from here and every single time I get delayed. Ive even left there and went to fins the same day after being delayed and still was cleared for purchase. Definitely pisses me off. And definitely not coincidence.

The go-to place in the area, prices comparable or lower than internet, and just about everyone that works there knows their stuff, or will find you who does. Archery shop is especially blessed with knowledge.

Im in Kames on a regular basis supporting my hobbies and those of my sons. Its a great local resource to be able to get such good advice. Theyve helped us keep our dirt bikes running and theyve helped my boys grow in their hobbies including archery and shooting.

I went there for fishing stuff. They have a lot of a little. You can definitely find they bait and equipment you would need.

Never going back worse ever I even called in to see if they had my Honda oil gn4 an oil filter they said yes drove 40 minutes just to see they had nothing at all this is the 2nd time use to be all for this place now I’ll never go again

No one will even look at you let alone ask if you need help at the firearms counter. Havent been there in almost 7 years due to the same issue but decided to try it again and nothing has changed. Kames needs to take some notes from there competitors about customer service.

A lot different than it used to be. Felt like walking into an old musty garage. Still decent selection of outdoor equipment. But certainly not what it it once was.

Very helpful staff that loved to hold a conversation. They also had an incredible amount of inventory for the outdoors and Motocross.
