Purchased a remote start. I was scheduled for Saturday. Dropped the car of Friday, and purchased a remote start for my son. The installed mind that evening and installed my sons the following morning. The are very friendly and very professional. I recommend these guys for all your needs. I had a stereo system put in my motorcycle with am Amp as well. A few months later I had them install 6x9 speakers in my saddlebag lids. I had such a great experience from this store. I bought a car stereo and adapter kit from a big box store out of convenience. I had a question on installation and the place I bought it from refused to help, they wouldn’t even answer a question. I called around nobody could help. I called these guys and Aaron was super helpful and With his expertise was able to help me right over the phone. I hooked up the radio and everything works perfect. In a world where nobody wants to be bothered to help you, this place is a throwback to a time when they cared about customers. A remote starter was planned to be installed for the vehicle that I brought with me and there was an issue with the starter module. After trying for several hours to install the starter, the staff was kind enough to install a better starter that did work for very little additional cost from what was quoted originally for the installation labor. I would highly recommend using Horizon for their excellent service and customer experience!!

Had some speakers put in the back which sound fine. Although, the gentleman was supposed to check into a subwoofer and get back to me on Monday... its been almost 2 weeks and he never got back to me... So, Im not to impressed by that.

I was calling around to a bunch of stores looking for a specific JL subwoofer for our boat and could not find one anywhere. Sold out in all stores and online. Backordered indefinitely. I was shocked when I received an unexpected call from them letting me know that they were able to track one down for me. I had no idea that they were even going to pursue this for me. He also took the time to answer a bunch of questions for me and went into detail trying to explain to me the differences between the different sizes, amplifiers, gave me honest opinions and advice, etc... (being a female, i know nothing about any of this). They ordered it, got it in within a few days, and I went and picked it up.... all the way from Cleveland... Was definitely worth the drive for this kind of customer service. I wish they were in Cleveland, I would 100% hire them to come do the install on our boat. Would not hesitate to give this company my business again. Customer service is over the top and extremely friendly staff! Would highly recommend!

Went in to have HID headlights installed. Apparently getting dual low high bulbs to work in that truck was not plug and play. 05 Dodge Ram. Aaron and his crew were great helping me and figuring out everything that needed to be done without charging me little labor charges!! These guys are great for anything you need to upgrade your vehicle. Always my first go to. Have returned since for audio equipment. You tell them what you’re wanting or the sound you’d like and they are spot on. Prices are very reasonable. They even make suggestions without pushing sales. Very helpful I do a lot of the installations myself and if I ever come across a problem they are always there to help. I stopped in since my keyless entry key fob stopped working. Turns out the piece holding the batteries in place had broken off. I was greeted by Faiz, who took a quick look and did a little solder to attach it back together. He was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend. I needed new headlights for my BMW - I called my regular BMW garage and they said they can’t do it but they recommended Horizon Audio. I talked to Chris and Nate and they said they were swamped (due to many loyal customers, I assume) but somehow managed to get me in, which was a blessing. They did an okay job on my window tint. There are some hairs from my dog and tiny bubbles sealed over but overall it looks good -- perfection is rare if not possible. Id trust them to do it again if the price is right again.

Its local, thats good. Selection of audio equipment is pretty ample. Staff is friendly, mostly helpful and somewhat knowledgeable.Went in to add an aftermarket subwoofer, box and amp to my car. Install went smooth, components looked good and everything was clean, aside from the first line out converter that was spliced in and wrapped in electrical tape. Maybe I need to lower my expectations.. I didnt replace the factory head unit and long story short it didnt function as it should have. Turns out I had to spend more time and money there to fix the problem they should have known about at the time of install. They finally got it working correctly and it sounds pretty good..All said and done, I think I annoyed a few people there because I expected them to know things they should have, but didnt.When its time to do the head unit, Ill drive a bit further and go to Century 2000. The guys up there are more knowledgeable.

In my experience Horizon has always gone out of their way to make sure they find exactly what you need and if theres ever an issue Ive always had great customer service. Aaron always does great work and helped me the last few times Ive come here.

I had the guys do a full JL audio system in my truck and they really nailed it. It was more than I was looking to spend but not their fault. Once I started with JL I had to go JL the whole way. It actually gives me a headache if I listen too loud for too long... but crystal clear! Tyler was my sales guy and he stayed in touch with me while they had my truck for the install and also coordinated to where the tint guy could squeeze me in for my front windshield.My installer was Cody. Dude killed it. Super clean install and even solved issues/mistakes that were made during a previous install. He tuned it to where it is perfect. I dont have to mess with it... all I have to do is play music. The install was above my expectations.I wont list everything that was installed but it was an entire audio system with mid to high end JL Audio equipment. Yes, it was pricy. Yes the labor was a little pricy, but the install took an entire day with tuning and I realize my install was labor intensive. I paid for quality work and got quality work. Overall I am please with the outcome. Definitely will use them for future audio needs.
