I am truly not happy with this place! Got a car from here and drove it less than two months and the timing chain went out and I had to scrap the whole thing! Sooo much money down the drain, Its really not fair.....

If zero stars was an option it would be complety fitting. This dealership sold me a car with bad parts, parts that were replaced wrong, engine codes that were cleared before my viewing and sale of the car, oil that had been in so long that the filter had fallen apart, and a catalytic converter that had been hollowed out and blown out of a section of the exhaust that they had removed and tried to replace, if you could even call it that. They completely and utterly lied to me and then told me to deal with it and that I should be happy it wasnt worse. I dont know how much worse it could get considering I didnt even have the car for a month and had to put $1,000+ into it just to make sure it wouldnt blow up. They completely took advantage of the kid who just wanted to buy a car so he could get back and forth to work. (P.s if you choose to buy from here I wouldnt sign the paper that says you will settle everything outside of court because they know the reason for having it)

My wife and I drove from southern ohio to Cleveland to look at a car and it wasnt what we wanted on way back we saw a car on Facebook market place from Five Star Auto in north Canton we messaged them they were closed but still answered the text Brandon had Chris come down and show us the car which Chris told us he was in the process of decorating his Christmas tree with his family we appreciated him so much to come down and show us the car. We loved the car and decided to buy it so Brandon sent another guy over Adam which just finished going to dinner with his family and again we appreciated it that he took time to come over and help us out. Was sold a car by them that barely made it back to N.Y.. Car left me stranded half way back. Once I got back there where 2600$ in repairs that had to be done for it to even be safe to drive in. They said that they had put it on there lift and that was a lie. They got me for my time and my cash. Not trustworthy at all!!!!!

I bought a car off their lot and was told that the title would come in my name when they mail it to me. Instead they put my name on the back of the title leaving it in the previous owners name causing me to have to go to the dmv and get everything transferred over to my name. Not only did I have to wait over a month to receive the title it caused me more frustration than necessary having to transfer it all over after being told it was already going to be done hence why I had to wait to receive the title.

Buyer bewareI bought a lexus from this place fixed the few things I knew what was wrong with it not a problem, problem is the check engine light came on found out its the knock censer & its pretty much junk to me !! I was hoping as much as I paid for this it would of lasted longer then my 45 day tag unfortunately it did not .....

Before purchasing my car, the owner explained everything I needed to know about the car. He was super honest and told me about any issues the car had. (Nothing major, but I feel like most dealers hide these kinds of things so I appreciated the honesty). A month after I bought the car, the battery started acting up. When I called him he was so nice about it. Again, not something a normal dealership would have done. That same day, he asked me to bring the car down. They looked at it and fixed the issue with a smile. I haven’t had any problems since. The car runs awesome and the customer service is amazing! We recently purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500 from Micah at Five Star Auto Group. He was very pleasant, informative and honest with all questions we had... A short time after purchasing the truck we noticed that truck had begun to leak something. After briefly looking it over amd finding where it was leaking from we contacted Micah in regards to the issue that was occurring.. within minutes of calling and leaving a message for him, not only did he return the call but he asked how quickly we could get back to the lot. In less than an hr we were at the lot; and the part needed was already on site! Not only was the issue handled in a very timely manner, but the customer service over all was amazing!
