I called to see if eye centers of ohio has confocal exams for korneal neuralgia, and a girl named Trinity was super rude disrespectful and she yelled at me. And when asked to speak to someone else she said no. I just want to know if i have it.. I just want to get looked at. :( For the last year i have been unable to leave my house because of the pain.

Dr. Karns is a wonderful doctor. The nurses are so caring. I had a procedure that needed extra care and they are very responsive. Highly recommend Eye Centers!

Dr. Turgeon has horrible bed side manners!!!!! Don’t make an appointment with him!!!! And the office Manager is extremely rude!!! The wait time is absolutely absurd!!!!! The front desk however, is exceptional!!!!!!!

Very poor experience. Making the appt as a new patient, my 1st question was, Do you take Humana insurance? Answer: yes. Booked, showed up, nice receptionist. Called back by tech (Mark) and was scolded for having my contacts in. Never told not to! Did not have a case, had to be re-tested once they were removed, . . . Generally a perturbed tech throughout the preliminaries. Great doc (Dr. Smit) and very thorough exam. Was surprised that I needed a separate appt for contacts. Then very disappointed to learn that neither glasses nor contacts were covered by Humana there. That was my first question!! Needless to say, I will not be returning to Eye Centers of Ohio on Frank Rd. In North Canton.Too bad. Excellent doc, but very subpar service otherwise.

So nice being able to see! Dr. Karns is great, removed my cataracts and now I see better than ever! Would do over again! Plus the glasses I got are super nice and less than the ones I’ve gotten previously elsewhere....

I had laser cataract surgery in November and December. I cannot begin to tell you how clear my vision is. Dr, Turgeon is amazing!

I have never been able to see so well. The office and surgery staff are friendly and caring. The surgeon did a wonderful job. They took time to listen to my concerns and chose the best possible outcome for my vision. Office and surgery center are convenient locations. Some of the wait times were a little tedious. But overall I am absolutely thrilled with my new unassisted vision.

The doctors and the medical staff are caring and great. The office staff is semi-incompetent. They cannot take messages properly, do not send medical records to other physicians as promised, and don’t even turn on the phone when they are supposed to be open. The optical department didn’t even bother to tell me when to expect my order. Expect great physicians, but beware of office staff.

All the staff was kind and I was taken back to see the Dr on time. Dr Karns explained everything to me and scheduled procedure to be done the following week. I felt extremely comfortable and would recommend him to friends. Very grateful to have done what needs done.

Excellent team of Medical Doctors that also has Great manners. They take Great care of their patients. I have went there since 1968.

Very happy with the services performed. My new prescription is perfect and I see better than I have for years!

Had a wonderful experience here. They got me right in at last minute and did not have to wait but 5 minutes to see Dr Dickey. He was very nice, imformative, and understanding of my eye issues.

I have known dr. Gray since I was a little girl I have gone to him for many many years could not ask 4 a better eye doctor hes patient understands he takes his time he explain stuff to you thanks for everything you have done for me he is like family

Physicians and staff are friendly and caring.

Waiting an hour and a half for a follow up appt. Still havent seen doctor.
